We encountered a issue with our old water lines. Called Drain Doctor and asked. Mr. Song came early to analyze the issue. In brief, he removed the pipe which had disintegrated within a span of 60 years and replaced it with 1-inch diameter aluminum of the highest quality. Project required excavation to our house from the yard, all of the way from the city main using multiple shut off valves and a capability for expansion. Briefly, the system has been brought up to code. The yard that has been removed was replaced and there's absolutely no sign that Mr. Song and his crew had been here. The work, e.g., design and joints, in my estimation, has been of the highest quality; the system is functioning now better than ever. The cost was reasonable and the work was completed seamlessly, in a minimum amount of time. Regardless of the challenge of working on a broken system, the water was just off a few minutes over a span of 3 long days!!!!!!!!
I'm pleased to urge Mr. Song, his team and Drain Doctor for serious plumbing jobs. They're efficient polite and talented! .
Drain Doctor came outside to replace an outdoor water spigot which has been leaking. They did a fantastic job of substituting the spigot and fixing the flow. The issue is that this was only a 15 second job and they billed her! Seems like highway robbery of my 84 year old mother!

We had a plumbing crisis at 11 . . Toilets. . Water coming from underneath and tub backing up. . Wanted to wait til the morning but once my husband said no utilizing the toilets I got to the phone searching for someone to come ASAP! I came round the backscratcher with the advertisement for Your Drain Doctor. . John answered right away and called and said he'd be here in 30 min. .
So I have a raw sewage leaking dilemma in my backyard (beneath the patio). Call Drain Doctor on Sep 16, Mon and the operator was able to program another day Eric come. Eric comes in 10:30 am take a peek before he starts and clarify everything for me. After utilizing the"snake", the congestion was removed. He places before he or she leaves, the toilet back, clean out everything carefully. Very patience and nice man. Jennifer from the Drain Doctor firm gives me about a hour later a call, to make sure I get what and the service is okay! I like that - 5 stars for Jennifer for great customer service and 5 stars for Eric for the patience and his performance. Definitely will recommend Drain Doctor to family and my friends. Oh and one more thing, Drain Doctor give you warranty also.
Scott showed up directly at 12. I showed him the problem and we ran each of the toilets, showers, and sinks at the house. He recognized where he thought the problem was (same place I did) and moved up on my roof to look at the primary line? He explained it'd be $450. He explained that where I snaked out of (U joint from laundry) wasn't the best place.
Called Drain Doctor at parents' recommendation earlier. Whoever I spoke to on the telephone said they would provide a free estimate. Take an appointment the next day at noon. He called to confirm day of about an hour but it came in as a 13 digit number which I couldn't call back. Odd. Redialing 800-921-1151 connected me to him anyways.
He got it flowing over 15 minutes, at the rain and finished up snaking/rooting from the roof. He ran the water 5 minutes to confirm unblockage. We couldn't find a pipe and he offered me $2,300 to put in one.
Had a blockage in the primary outflow line in my Hayward house. I was unable to find a DIY alternative tried to snake myself . I kept hitting on something which I couldn't pull out. This decommissioned one bath, one toilet, and my laundry room.
For when this occurs 12, quick service and I snagged his card.
Drain Doctor was a cut above the rest. Now, there is no gap between Drain Doctor along with the rest. No worse, no better. $350 is way too much to clear that a sewer lateral. Especially when I could buy a bladder for $20 and do it myself. Hauling around the sewer rooter to clear drains is theatre to justify the $350.
Great job and will use them again.
I had a backed and tried to clear it myself. Well one thing led to another and I was beyond my ability level. So I call Drain Doctor and Javier showed up 45 minutes to properly clear my drain and correct the pipes issue. So thankful Javier was able to fix and fix my issue.
Mr. Martin came in 40 minutes after I phoned to unclot my bathroom sink, he had been very frank and urge me to change some pipes which were also adding to this problem. He did it in about 40 minutes.
I urge this company and him they did it fast!
I can not understand why there are several negative reviews about this firm. People today complain about the price but maybe they do not understand how labour intensive this work is.

These men are great!! This is. Ask for Mr. Park if it's possible, he is the very best. He had to substitute our garbage disposal as it was rusted out. Then he ran his"jet" to clean out the pipes. Now everything is working fine. As that work wasn't affordable, In addition, he gave us a discount.
We called Drain Doctor X because we've had them out 1 yr ago and were very happy with the service. We had a kitchen drain issue Now. We called and they were her about 20 mins. Had the drain cleared within 30 mins. We will definitely use this service again.
No bathtub!
We had a shower so we phoned Drain doctor. Chul Kim helped us out and he was AMAZING. He worked diligently and very hard to determine what the issue was.
Eric did a great job. He was quite comprehensive, solved the plumbing issues on a 52 my ear old residence and audio and video taped the entire process I could see exactly what was completed. Eric is highly recommended by me .
This seems like a entire scam. There is in the area A man seeking to get a ceremony he was not even sure functions.
After we returned from holiday our water heater (GE, 38 gal.) Was away. No water that is warm, no pilot light. We predicted Drain Doctor's telephone number as well as we were told by the person on the telephone someone would phone back in 45 min. Suddenly someone showed up on our doorstep. He was able to perform it within 3 min, while we had tried to turn on the pilot without success. He said he would need to charge us $220 for turning to the heater and coming by. He could replace the device for $395 if it wouldn't remain on. He'd only charge us the gap to the 220, if this could occur by tomorrow .
Update: About two hours following the ceremony man left if everything was fine, we've got a call in the workplace. We told her was occurred and she said she'd talk to the service man. Out of courtesy he should have abandoned the pilot light on. They'd do this frequently.
When we told him to allow his manager understand to call us back, he turned about into the water heater, turned off the pilot and left without a word.
We told him that we not to pay $220 for less than 5 min work and expected a free estimate. We told him that we had lower estimates from different companies for replacing the unit and also for coming out for a diagnosis. He explained that his dispatcher didn't give a telephone number to call us back, but only an address. That is really not an excuse.

I had them install 3 centre place faucets . Outrageous. I discovered some putty of some kind on a single sink. Once I washed it, I discovered that he had scraped the porcelain leaving a mark that was brown that was permanent. Tried to cover it up Very disappointing. They will be used by never .
One of the worker has attitude toward us. He didn't let us finish our dialogue; he left and simply grabbed his stuff. I never had anyone like that. I not gonna recommend this corporation.
Wonderful service! Had my tub filling up with water I discovered when I spilled water wasn't going down and instead it backed up at the tub so at 11 pm and john arrived 30 minutes after! Didnt go inside the house and drained of the sewers from yard! So happy it is mended after 1 hour :)

Throughout the course of this job. Ray and the entire Drain Dr team did their best to be sure that the task was done efficiently and thoroughly. At ensuring the job website was clean, great care was taken by them. They did their best to be certain that disturbance into the tenants was to a minimal.

They have over a dozen pipes and we've seen lots of these over recent years. A couple of these were topnotch and the other two were someplace between capable and good. Is that they seem to be a company staffed by English speakers. Some of their technicians might have difficulty conversing if you've got a complex problem to discuss so if you need your plumbers to be very interactive and talk you through decisions, these guys may not be the ideal ones for you (although one of the guys that they sent was really good at the bedside manner item too).
I dwell and I've called Drain Doctor several times before 15 years for an entire range of plumbing issues. They have arrived at all hours to my house, even coming at 2am before to clean . They dug out that part of pipe and set up a replacement so our pipes would do the job again... at 2am!
Every one has been quite nice and courteous to the point that my wife feels good about phoning them. I do.
My elderly father had all toilets, his main drain line clogged and bathtub and shower backed up. This was on a Sunday, Drain Doctor came out and snaked the line double. Took about one hour. His discounted rate was $550! Beware their exorbitant rates.
