He gave me fair price to substitute. After point found 2nd clock really near pavement on property side. Again he showed me the pics of the 65 yr old pipes' form. I bit the bullet and had the whole sewer pipe substituted into the city point. So that they did not need to tear out all of cement and pavers lucky they had the ability to perform trenchless replacement from two ft from house to sidewalk.
Victor and worked with the city inspector, came on time daily, completed when promised, team were prompt and passed permit. Cleaned everything up.
Had plumbing issue! Ran washing machine water backed up in toilet and bathtub overflowed! YUCK. Had plumber from big company come out who travelled on roof said went 100 ft and no blockage out, call city Called city they stated get a plumber.
Sigh of relief now, sewer all great for the rest of my life!!

My fortune, I found VM sewer and Drain services. Victor(owner) answered on Saturday morning and promised me he would be out in 1 hr. He came, set a camera into main sewer line beneath house..found clog 40 ft out. Showed me pics on pipes holes, camera and cracks. He showed and explained although I am doubtful.

I had been have some plumbing problems and had a couple of organizations. Drain, VM Sewer and this company gave me a quote that was fair and didn't try to upsell me. Victor, the owner was knowledgeable and really pleasant and came out. I love that he managed to use my schedule. I have since recommended this company to a few of my colleagues, two of which have already scheduled appointments. I highly recommend VM Sewer and Drain!

His partner and him were NOT able to clear the drain and recommended they had to return with the Camera that the NEXT day to inspect the lineup!! John was also up-selling me installing a Clean-Out in the cost of $900-$1200 depending upon the damage found during camera inspections!
John was not able to clear our drain even! When he showed up in the day he claimed he had been prevented by a family emergency from responding to my 5 text messages.
In a nutshell, I can not recommend John. In our situation it appeared he was more committed to the earnings potential of the opportunity at fixing the problem we faced.
Since he wouldn't commit to an exact time on Monday, we retained Tony's Pipes who came on-time and cleared the drain with the proper gauge snake cable which had a massive blade onto it. They flushed loading of water with the Washer unit to help them clear the line while they snaked the drain! Contrary to John, they were there to repair the problem!
John did NOT accept my petition to earn a attempt to snake the drain, asserting that the line might snap!! I noticed he wasn't running Water as the other pipes were able to OPEN the drain and did! Additionally, John was having a gauge wire which didn't have a I ended up paying John cash despite not finishing the job!

For some reason our property was not constructed with outside cleanouts in 1968, so for years and years go beneath the house at the crawlspace or we needed to use a toilet to get the cleanout we had, that was a pain. So within this job, he also installed one for the City side, and two cleanouts: one for the house side.
Victor and his team saved. We had a lousy sewer main that mended and was broken in a couple of places over the years. Roots kept finding the joints and continued to cause clogs naturally. I found Victor on Yelp and adjacent Door and called him up to get a quote first to purge and scrutinize our lineup replace thing. He's very responsive, adaptable, and on-time . His team did a fantastic job and stored our squares of dug-up grass during the job (at each end of this trenchless section), then re-installed them so we didn't need to re-landscape. He found a way to get into the pipe under our concrete walkway without needing to touch the cement itself....also very helpful with cost-savings.

Vic beautifully set up the newest drainage system in our toilet. He figured out that the issue and fixed it up, although the home itself was old and dilapidated.
I would recommend Vic he is professional in his or her term. Quick in response (in 10 mins), and completed his occupation within 10 mins while we can't work our things for hours.

This is an updated overview from a service. We had a broken valve which victor came out to fix. He did the job showed up when he said he would and completed the fix. After to be certain that everything worked well, he checked in a couple weeks. Victor is so great and I would recommend VM Sewer and Drain!

Joe and victor were great! Our sewer line fully backed up around 4pm and bombarded our baths. . .Everyone we predicted said they could come next day in the first and would provide.
At any rate, Victor gave a quote over the telephone to me and said he could stop by in about a little over an hour. I almost did not believe him at first but he showed up and solved the issue. Then he explained what happened (somebody flushed baby wipes) and also analyzed the lineup broadly to make sure it had been functioning.

Victor showed up on time got to work and fixed out backed up drain. No complaints. Super solid and reliable.

These guys are fantastic! We had 2 baths in our house flood out of a backed up sewer line at the conclusion of the work day. We called a couple of areas who said the most early would be next day once we found VM Sewer on Yelp. Their hours are longer and they have good reviews. We called and spoke with Victor who was able come within a couple of hours and to give us a quote. These guys know their stuff, they took away what would have been a huge headache and fixed our problem. We are having them come back to do some work. I recommend them.

Needing to call a plumber is a nuisance, but needing to call a plumber using a line back up as you have the stomach flu is literally the worst!! Victor was fantastic, came out took care of our issue and gave plenty of suggestions and ideas about how to fix or avoid the problem later on. I'll Be using him for all our plumbing needs

Amazing to have a plumber not only show up on time but on a Saturday! We contacted our home management and received a call in VM within the hour. He said he would be there between 11am and 12pm (not some 4 hour gap which cable business's give) I loved his punctuality and he fixed both our toilets fast! He was very considerate and professional. If I get any drain or pipes problems I will certainly be calling them.
