More importantly, he is knowledgeable, and his rates are moderate, hard-working, and really tries to repair the problem.
I needed a handyman when my garbage disposal stopped working. Dorin quoted a price to replace that let me pick out a replacement. He was able install it and to come the next day. While he was at the house, he was able to repair a couple more things (leaky pipe, for instance ).
As he put it,"anything broken in your house, I can mend".
