My door handle broke, so I couldn't get into my apartment even though I had my key. Mike got me into my apartment, and was professional, on time, fast. I recommend him and could use EconoLock again.

Mike saved the day and completely was amazing! My key had broken off I had to leave a message or could not come out to help me out until days later. Mike said he would be down from Novato to assist me out just as soon as he finished up with a customer answered the telephone. He was down to San Rafael inside of 45 minutes, and had a key made up for me in about ten minutes along with the broken key from the lock. Unbelievable service and quite reasonably priced. Highly recommend!!!

I wish everyone in the service industry was similar to Mike. I was seeking to program an extra key fob (in an ebay seller) for an automobile I recently bought, and tried about four places before I called Mike. Trader wanted over $180 and attempted to con me into purchasing the fob from themtwo locksmiths stated they could not do the job, and a man in SF said fine, he could manage it I just needed to drive to him in SF. Mike quoted the cost without evasion, which was competitive, stated he can do the job and responded immediately. We put if I came he was there with his tidy van and a meeting place with no hassle up. Thus, regardless of his being a Red Sox fan, I suggest you call Mike first when you will need services with car keys which nobody else seems to understand much about.

Tony was very professional and helpful over the telephone even though he wasn't able to provide (the particular keyless entry of key fob's to get a 2013 Buick LaCrosse I've ) programming and key cutting. He was good at trying to record potential choices I could predict or use. Thank you for being helpful and professional.

I'd rate a 10Decision if I could. Locked myself. Never happened before. No sneakers, no cell phone, no keys. My neighbor lent me her phone to call a locksmith. I called the first one that came up. Mike answered and was kind, understanding and stated he was on his way!! When does this ever happen in the current world of people not caring and unprofessional service? Mike showed up within about 20 mins (which kept me from sweltering in the extreme heat now at 104 degrees!) . Within minutes, he had my door unlocked. And he understood what he was doing and was kind, professional also to make this experience much better. $89 seemed pretty reasonable for putting me back into my air conditioned home for the day of a very silly mistake being made by me within a period.

I was locked out of my home at 4am...I'm a bartender. I realized I left everything No telephone. . .NOTHING! Walked back to my own job thankfully my Co worker was there. . .called a 24 hr locksmith they stated they would be so and there my Co worker and I left back to my own location they business calls me back and says nobody is around my area:--LRB- it's 4:30am!!! He was kind on the telephone and got here ASAP! I am appreciated by his kindness and will recommend his company He wasn't expensive at all!!! Thank you...I'm going back to bed. Hahahaha

Great service! This past year front door lock was replaced NOT by EconoLock and it was a nightmare. That lock had begun to stick and if it couldn't be opened I called EconoLock talked to a human being, arranged a time and they showed up right on time. What had happened with the lock was explained and when I asked what might have caused it that the repair person didn't need to go any farther than,"It'd have been installed poorly. Either the installer was not paying attention or didn't know how to do it". The deed was completed and was worth the purchase price.

This man is the very best!! Once I lost my car keys hiking on the Fourth of 20, I got stranded in the middle of nowhere. Later I called him he showed up in 20 minutes. Extremely professional and fast. He helped me figure out how to get AAA to pay $100 of their price even when I thought they would not. I was amazed the man worked on the vacation but I was unbelievably grateful.
