Reputable, knowledgeable and trustworthy technicians!! When Technician Travis Miller performed maintenance on the 3 units of my home, I enjoyed. He was professional friendly and efficient! I love the way he called before he arrived at my property. The maintenance was also performed by him within a reasonable time. Thank you again!!

Called for a repair and has been charged an exorbitant amount. Not merely did the tech not repair the problem but made it worse. Got an invoice and requested a breakdown for the services charged yet never received clarification. Fast forward two weeks and I receive an email suggesting Estes will soon be"initiating the lien procedure on my home in addition to the collection procedure and the fee will probably likely be passed along to you." The worst experience I've had dealing with any vendor.
Shame on me for not reading all of the other Yelp Reviews highlighting similar encounters. Yelp should provide a zero star review choice .

That they installed, after something like a dozen return trips to my house, I have to say I wouldn't suggest Estes Services. Yes, they show up - typically (or at least call if they won't). Yes, they really do it as frequently as they want to. . .but they should've gotten the first, or second, or heck, maybe even the time to this thing right, rather than me coping with a sweltering office time and time again since they mis-treated an issue and misdiagnosed. Look, they're fine, their customer support is great, but according to another HVAC firm, Estes does not take dimensions and do mathematics to ascertain what's going to be required within a place - and I believe it because frankly, my office is still hot sometimes and that I think they only used an underpowered unit believing it is in the attic. But whatever, it is functional, only barely. I would not call them back, I will tell you that, not for any service type.

They installed a complete new high-efficiency system for me (heat pump with auxiliary furnace) approximately four decades back. The following year, the furnace started to refuse to come on. Since that time, they've been out four or three occasions and I have spent on repairs, calls, and two thermostats.
And although the sales and setup are much less completely incompetent as the fix service, I wouldn't use Estes.
I finally called someone else (Rohan in HVAC Guyz). It ends up that the furnace has a sign code, and this code clearly indicates that the problem is that the pressure switch is interrupting the furnace and causing it to cut away. I mean, all you've got to do is look at a light you check the guide and can view from the front of the furnace, to discover what's wrong.
$1500 flushed down the drain, because the expensive Estes fix people didn't know the basics of how to diagnose and resolve the problem.
It looks like the origin of the problem is that the system demands exhaust venting than an lower-efficiency system. So I replaced the change (at a reasonable price!) With Rohan's warning that it might not correct the problem.
Not any more! My adventures over the previous four decades are TERRIBLE although they continue to be expensive.

If you payed, $ 6,000 for an ac unit you would think. Spend an additional $ 1,000 and you would not have to go back. To make it work properly. Enough said. BBB is my next stop and flyers in

We've used Estes maintenance and repair solutions for a few decades. The last couple visits, we've been overcharged for Freon. The very first overcharge was once a representative told me we had 4-5 lbs of freon. I asked to see the freon is installed by him and it ended up being needed. We got an invoice for two lbs of freon (It is $143/lbs). My wife said,"ok" and we then received a $430 bill for an alleged 3 lbs of freon. I called the rep and he admitted to having installed less than 3lbs however, said that they"up". I am done with Estes. For not asking if we accepted for Freon to be set up and for"rounding up" on us. Don't trust them.

Cod003 - sterile secondary drain pan - $180
Total - $445
1 thing Stan found was that Estes, that set up this HVAC system years ago, initially told me the filter dimensions for my air handler. The incorrect air filter dimensions was even written by one of Estes installers about the air filter access door using a marker.
A couple of weeks before, Stan pan and washed my drain line. All of the employees I have interacted with the reps on the phone along with the techs in person, have been friendly and professional. The techs seem to have good availability (they can usually see me in 1-2 business days) and the quality of the job has been great. I simply question Estes' pricing and value on this endeavor.
Stan by including a piece of piping that I could unscrew to clear modified my drain line plugs myself. In addition, he did a thorough check-over of heating pump and my air handler to be sure it was in good working order.
I consented to the charges up front, but I should have shopped around. I have been a regular Estes customer since 2009. I had them install one of my HVAC systems and they have come out to perform maintenance and fix problems through the years.
The coils within my air handler were receiving partial coverage all these years Considering that the size filter was employed. They got dirty and rusty. Them cleaned since Estes for me free of charge told me the filter dimensions to use from the start. Stan discovered the filter size for my air handler and that I ordered filters that were correct-size from Amazon. In total, the appointment lasted about two hours.
Cod004 - Clear obstructed drain using nitrogen/CO2 - $186
In 2016, Levy and Esli replaced a capacitor in my heat pump. Later in the year, Esli came back, that time with Alex, and they substituted a bad speed blower engine within my air handler. (During these visits, two techs rather than 1 had to come out because of complications with obtaining the condominium's roof where the heat pumps can be found.)
I am disappointed with how much I was charged for my Estes Services trip. My HVAC system had a clogged drain line and me charged $445 for what sucking up water which had overflowed beneath my water heater and was clearing the lineup. The price for the job done seems a bit outrageous to me.
Needless to say, I will be looking elsewhere when I need HVAC work done in the future.
Some HVAC service businesses waive the diagnostic/trip fee if work is performed, but not Estes. Even if the $79 diagnostic fee has been waived, $366 still appears to be a lot to clear a drain line, suck up water from a drain pan using a shop vac ($180 with this service seems ridiculous), and inspect the system. I am not in the business, although I am presuming $200-300 could have been a price for this particular endeavor. Estes'm also disappointed told me the filter size to work with when they set up my system. The gear may not survive consequently.
Dpm501 - Diagnostic/inspection 1 method - $79

Quick service, great. Highly recommend. The problem was solved by them in 15 minutes with our electric panel.

I called on Thursday and has been advised that because he was close by, he would take a look at the model. I asked him to check my ceiling for water damage in the defrosted pipe while he was there. 10 minutes later, might look into fabricating firm and I see a statement saying he couldn't read the tag. Nothing about the ceiling. I called Estes, who said they'd ask him to call me back. By early afternoon, I had not got a call so I call 15, friday. Estes said he promised to call by 5:30 they could reach him. No telephone. I call again on Saturday, the dispatcher promised to follow up with me later that day to make sure he called. No telephone. I called again that dispatcher said she'd call in the afternoon to follow up on the part to see if he called and also to be ordered. No telephone.
Sick of waiting, I reached out to Neese Jones. Figuring out that the board wasn't broken, but simply had a delay in turning on. So I wasted a week of the own time and almost $900 to get a part which wasn't broken. I called for my support money back and Estes to file a complaint and was told a manager would call me. Guess what? No telephone. Don't use Estes unless you have a very straightforward issue which needs 0 cpmmunication.
I had a experience with Estes. I was alerted about my HVAC line freezing over while away in my condo. So I contacted Estes, my customary technician had appintments for over a week. A tech came out and contacted me shortly after birth to inform me it would cost ~ $875 and I needed a circuit board replacement and he would send a sales consultant to provide me a free estimate on a replacement. I had not heard back from him and decided to go ahead with repairs.

Over $5,000 worth of damages that they agreed could correct and was that their fault.
That was January 30th and two months later we are still getting the run around.
Damaged our hardwood flooring because a flow they caused by humidifier.

I have been using ESTES for four decades, and could not be happier. It has been easy check ups of the systems and to schedule visits that I've contract with. They've been prompt in getting out for my homes whenever there is an issue using Heating, AC, electrical or pipes. Recently I was impressed by my AC technician Erick, who arrived and went through taking care. He replaced capacitors smashed coils, and did other items. I very much appreciated the dialogue he provided to replacing parts that had to be replaced as a result of normal wear and tear as it came. His patience with my questions was much valued. I can not recommend them enough and have had excellent experiences together with ESTES about quality diagnostic and work services.

FALSE ADVERTISINGI scheduled an appointment on line. Immediately I was called by Marley . Off the back she advised me that there is a$79.00 SERVICE fee. I said that I only need to have an estimate because it's advertised as a free estimate on their website. She tells me that there'll be a fee for them to come out. Nothing is free of charge. She repeated that a fee was & I told her I only need to have an estimate if it need to be replaced or repaired as I'm not sure. She started that if they come out it will be a fee.

We bought a new gas furnace/HVAC device out of Estes Services. Carlos and jered came as scheduled and installed the device. It appears they did a good job. The installation took less time. The device looks great. They left a clean location. They had been pleasant. It has been about a week because the device was installed. It continues to function as designed.

Called several times to get pricing on service programs for no one and two large commercial buildings could be bothered to call me . I'd rather deal.

Estes came recommended by a neighbor to me, and I agree with her they are among the best with pricing.
Had an emergency plumbing job at the kitchen that the day of a dinner party.
This was on a Saturday. Estes was professional and prompt and installed a new faucet. Daily they had to return again to replace a pipe.

**Update** I tried to use their online chat feature to work out if Sundays were believed"Emergency services" and has been given the run around along with being"hung up on" in the conversation.... so.... I suppose they just lost my business...
Well Its a Sunday and I woke up to a home that is 44 degrees.... yuck. I watched a few videos about the best way to reset the thing that I was hopeful for but regrettably no furnace nevertheless.... My first call was to the service provider listen. No one answered. So I will start calling around to find out who is available. Will get my business If it comes to heat the first one to answer my telephone. You are a big enough company to have somebody on Sundays although I know your men need time.

I have been using ESTES for over 5 years for servicing. They are really timely, and always find a way to fit me in on their schedule, and, even more importantly, they can be trusted. I have had technicians come to service my unit and in me do not charge. They tell me the truth about what is wrong and don't try to sell me unnecessary parts and repairs. I recently used them and the technician told me that difficulty was something the preceding technician forgot to do (it was an easy mistake and no one is ideal and it wasn't a big deal). I appreciate the honesty in saying it had been something that had nothing to do with my system rather than trying for me to invest money for a 35, and I would not be billed. I understand I save cash from the fair, professional customer service although they are little pricey than some.

I had to receive a unit that is brand new and Estes worked to provide competitive pricing and went a couple hundred dollars cheaper than my other estimates. After I purchased, Jered M. and Carlos did an superb job!
I have had fairly good experiences with Estes. I live in a condominium and have little HVAC knowledge. My unit was 22 years old, so needless to say they'd normally have to come out a few times annually. Each time there was an problem, the technician would clarify to me the problem and sometimes even teach me the way to repair so I did not have to phone them it moving. They look very honest - I have experienced other technicians come and tell me I need a mend that is $500, whereas Estes will only patch up something to keep it going a couple years and admits this isn't my forever home.
The only reason I don't give 5 stars is because of one occasion, they explained they'd be outside between 12-5 and they showed up around 6:30-7. Since I had a purpose that night not the end of the world was inconvenient.

The tech gave me a call about 30min and he arrived in time! He was also courteous. In less than 30min scrutinizing the AC (that blowed atmosphere that was not trendy ), he discovered it was due to a bad capacitor, and informed me it would cost $240 to replace and inquired if I want to proceed. I went forward and he moved back to his truck to have the replacement. The actual capacitor component is probably much less than $240 (I googled), but I would not have the equipment or skills to check the AC to detect this problem, nor the time to find and buy the ideal capacitor, and installing it.
(3) reception
I enjoyed such emails.
Into scheduling an appointment, the representative who answered the phone was courteous when I called. The service call charge is $79. They informed me that had serviced our building before so they were familiar with the parking scenario.
Later, when I checked email, I was pleasantly surprised that Estes sent me an email for each"event":
From calling them to the time they fixed my AC, my experience with Estes has been nice.
When the repair was done. He did not seem rushed to depart, and was happy to answer my questions regarding the device, HVAC replacement, etc..
(1) Whenever the tech was discharged
The entire cost of the repair was $319 and the appointment duration was about 60min; $79 for service call, $240 for capacitor; it's unclear how time and labour was factored in.
(2) if he arrived
I was happy about the experience. They're punctual -- courteous, professional, and effective. I am aware that they may not be the least expensive but they are pleasant to use. Your expertise with Estes may differ. Estes would be recommended by me.

I'm a long time HVAC and plumbing customer and this is the first time that I used the service. Very happy with the high quality and prompt service. I had several odd jobs and Jonathan C. was exceptional. He and great job was such a gentleman. A joy to have in the job and my house was done well and in a timely manner. Thank you Jonathan!
