I apologized for having previously painted such a terrible ideology of this company when in fact the operator and myself would be the same... we equally GENUINELY care about each of our customers! The owner replied on that same Sunday after sending an email on a Sunday and I got a phone call wanting to figure things out. I cite Sunday bc it demonstrates that he genuinely cares about his clients enough to check and respond to emails Even and relax. He gave me his mobile number and we began communicating directly through text message. In the email he had said"that is the first he's learned about this whole scenario" then came out to my store the NEXT DAY morning along with Keith the new account supervisor.
