These guys are amazing. Be and beyond his responsibilities. His staff Oscar and Anthony did a great job clearing the clog in addition to leaving the place pristine. Paul gave me an amazing price. I recommend this company for all your plumbing requirements.

Paul and the Team at Expert Rooter are Wonderful. They're a family owned company and you can tell they take pride in their work.

I had them operate roughly 60 feet of gas line for a fireplace insert. Paul's bidding was fair and contained him managing inspections and the required permits.
On the afternoon of the installation it was raining really hard. Paul's crew did an amazing job keeping the workspace clean and you could not tell that day, any work was done, when they were completed. It had been only as clean if not cleaner than when they began. The town inspection cleared without any issues.

I'll definitely be calling them!
Paul came out to clean drainage pipe and the shower drain in my house. Both of these were completely non-flowing. He was able to get them flowing perfectly and his cost was quite reasonable. I discovered the following day, after installing a toilet sink, that it was clogged too, something I hadn't realized or mentioned . Paul was nice enough to send a few of his employees to clean that drain at no extra charge. Anthony, who arrived the next time was friendly and quick.

Paul and his men would be the definition of honest, hard work. Expert Rooter substituted our sewer line within the course of many days and repiped our house. Regardless of the cluttered necessities of the occupation, they made certain to leave matters in a clean and usable state from the time we got home from work each day. They do what they say they will do, can be trusted cross their t's and dot their I's to do it well and deliver on time. I couldn't recommend them .

AMAZINGLY AWESOME! Friday afternoon and couldn't find anybody available to help. The new one to be set up and a kitchen faucet to be eliminated. His team of 3 guys was at my house over the hour and completed within 30 minutes. Friendly, courteous, and I discovered that they also did a thorough job wiping the under sink region and cleaning up. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! Thanks so much for relieving a huge item and coming over so fast!

I must mention that I have had Expert Rooter and Plumbing outside on many occasions for a variety of reasons and each and every time to our properties, the tasks were done in a neat and timely manner, and at reasonable price.
I would and will call every time I need a plumber and Expert Rooter each.
We called Expert Rooter & Plumbing outside back up. Paul delivered his crew out instantly to survey the situation. After spending most of the day plunging and snaking the sewer line, Paul used a"camera" to discover that the problem was a broken pipe in the front sidewalk. Paul gave us two choices and explained the difficulty in detail. Fix the fracture where it was, and hope that the remainder of the pipe wouldn't break at a subsequent date, causing 2 or 3 days the expense and Option was to beak the sidewalk. The second alternative was to replace the entire sewer pipe from the garage into the clean-out in the sidewalk.The price could be approximately double what the very first option was, however there wouldn't be a need for any pipe replacing or cement breakage and repair. We picked option #2 and Paul had his crew of 3 in our home before 8:00 AM plus another 2 man crew that had the equipment that could draw the new elastic pipe through the old pipe, breaking and replacing the older sewer pipe under the floor. The crews had the job done by the day's end and worked professionally collectively. Paul and the inspector obtained the licenses and fulfilled.

His guys and paul's were helped me, and professional, on time! Any jobs he is the plumber I call from today on!! On to the mould remediation!
Fantastic job, I believed I had a sewer pipe. Saw mould and had a sewer odor in the basement flat. Had scanning done by another plumber beforehand. Paul got a license and we were prepared to proceed. Found out it was a water flow, these guys couldn't have been nicer about it. Fixed the broken water heater and saved me a whole lot of money in not having to replace my sewer line.

His team Fernando and Oscar and paul were so wonderful! They're honest, do good work and keep everything as they operate, cleaned up! They genuinely want to do things right and do the job. They worked on our job for a week. . .we're likely to miss them!

Paul and his staff did a fantastic job and were very professional every day that they arrived. Always on time (but very early every day that they showed up:-RRB-) which demonstrates how committed and professional they are. Additionally when he informs me a price tag, I wasn't surprised with any alterations to the total invoice (as I have had bad experiences with other builders ). This was my biggest concern. He cleared my bathroom sink at no cost. I'm super impressed and will totally recommend him! I paid him . We needed a Our main sewer pipe replacement which is super expensive. He gave me a price. Paul is a very nice guy and seems to attempt to understand his clients and really wants to help. Side note: My mom threw a huge fit about her missing hose nozzle and he was so fine he was prepared to buy 3 to replace (but we did locate it so no worries). I was willing to pay an extra $100 for the trouble which was commendable to him. When there were 10 or 6 stars I've give it to Expert Rooter & Plumbing!!

These men did excellent work on our brand new gas line -- they looked after their license, showed up right on time, did amazing work from the publication, coordinated well with our other contractors, and if we ran into a slight problem, they went above and beyond to look after it. Highly recommended.

I had a leak under my kitchen sink and over 20 min. I was called back after leaving a message. Lavon came out exactly the exact same afternoon and within minutes. He was very professional and I shall call them if I have problems, although it was a very simple fix this moment.

Paul is the finest in the region. Expert Rooter installed a gas line just in time for winter. Paul has been on-time and friendly from the estimate appointment, to installation, to review together with the town and came out. His team was courteous and did a install.

Price-wise, he really can not be overcome. 4 bids were not obtained by us and not only was Paul the smallest, he beat the competition out handily. He also works well by email and can be responsive on the phone-- when he left a message, he calls back.

I can only underscore they're professional, responsive, expert in what they do and also a pleasure. I recommend them without hesitation and they'll be. One of their guys went far above and beyond the call of duty - he drove back to my location in SF from San Carlos later hours since he was not convinced he had turned the hot water back and didn't want me to be without hot water. What customer service!!!

Paul and his staff had been superb, honest, and professional! They had been detail oriented and took the opportunity to educate my loved ones and I so we understand different parts of our house (particularly in the event of emergency, where/which switches to shut off). Furthermore, Paul listened to our comments and plumbing updates that were recommended around the house ! We were beyond satisfied with the work delivered with his team's caliber. But Paul took the opportunity to do the final walk through with my loved ones and I and explained the works that were provided. When I discovered a water backing around a drain in my own garage and trickle, I'd just moved to my place! Called expert rooter next day, and they came out! They squeezed me between jobs. They quickly diagnosed the issue resolved it and helped me at no extra price with a separate escape under my kitchen sink!

Difficulty is back, six months later. Called Paul a few times. No answer. No answer to my own messages. Very frustrated customer.
Foolishly paid them and delivered them on their way. Followed up with Paul and he said he would send back them with the ideal blade. Never occurred. Followed and he gave me a six month warranty.
They did not have the proper blade for their snake. Ran it through without a blade and stuck the line, but I knew that the problem would be right back because a segment that is small was cleared by them.
Had them come out to roots from the main sewer line, which I have done several times over time. On the flip side, the technicians were courteous and friendly.
I had been not able to be present until a half hour when they arrived. Unfortunately, during this time they decided they had been not able to get their snake through a bend online. Paul then authorized them (without my consent ) to use their camera, an additional $250 charge, and quite typical strategy.
Located them on Yelp, wish I could say I had a favorable experience.

Paul and his team are excellent - professionals that are true. They installed gasoline - fairly. A couple of weeks after, we had a plumbing issue at the upstairs toilet - a flow which was coming through the ceiling. They fixed the matter to wall and the ceiling and came out instantly. We had assistance to get it when we put up our San Francisco condo for sale. I called in Expert Rooter & Plumbing, not knowing what to expect besides what I read in the reviews. I have given Expert Rooter &Plumbing five stars not just for their honest, reasonably priced, professional, timely, and kind support, but for acting spectacularly if they encountered issues (as nearly always occur in any kind of home repair or maintenance). They not only found & ordered the parts and installed them as fast as is humanly possible, but they provided personal'touches' that created the situation much more agreeable. What's more, they did their work in a tight, hot area. If we were not moving out of SF, I would use Expert Rooter &Plumbing again and will most certainly recommend them to friends.

Fantastic service. Paul and his staff did a fantastic job. I've got a plumber in town that I use generally but for the job I needed (a gas line for a fireplace) he suggested I go with one of the people who works with the Fireplace enterprise. I am so happy to say that they did a fantastic job. They were punctual, professional, informative and generally only outstanding The job took less time than expected, the licenses went off without a hitch and their cost was competitive with all the other bids (actually slightly less!) They left the distance more tidy than it was when they got there!
I have TWO plumbers I hope which I am pleased about. Call his crew and Paul - they do an excellent job!!!
