We made an appointment at 6-7pm and had our kitchen sink clogged. Andrew arrived at 5:30 and was very friendly. He solved the issue very efficiently and did an exceptional job! While he was here, we had a chat. He's quite knowledgeable about a very friendly man and his occupation. Surely likely to urge him and this company to my friends.

Unresponsive.Wasted about 90 crucial minutes in a crisis when I could've been working with the professionals who fixed my toilet overflow.

Called them and they said they'd call back. Nothing. Called after 90 minutes, whoever answered the phone had been unapologetic and uncaring. Said they'd call me back. Nope, ha ha.

When Conrad came in, I told him about the problem that the kitchen dirt/stuff went out sink and it had been also clogged. He told me that we need to do some type of Hydro Jetting to brush off oil, the grease, and also all the things thats clogged in it. He didnt advocate using snake since it is a big stuff inside the pipe and it wont remove/solve the issue in any way.
Got a quotation and advised our landlord about it, he did not agree naturally, so I called Ken B. and told him my situation, we negotiate the purchase price and I got a very good bargain for the job, and Conrad really put so much effort in it. He mend and assess both the kitchen pipe & the tub tub's. Did I mention? They also gave warranty? WOW! JUST WOW!

Tiberio V. Came right off to check out our water heater that went kaput (pretty much died on us). The water heater was old and the pilot light never went back on and we decided to have it replaced. Tiberio, after assessing the issue, came the next day first to substitute the water heater with a new contemporary one, ours was 12 years old. He went out of his way because I went back to work from my days off to assist us and he revealed a sense of urgency which I appreciated. Tiberio is a very difficult worker, quite professional, and intriguing speak and to talk to. He is as skinny as a bean pole, but that I was impressed he managed to haul the new water heater in alone and take out the old one alone with no extra assistance. I was impressed with his work ethic, he was all business and not afraid to get down and dirty and his confidence and understanding of his craft made me trust his judgement. He finished pretty fast, a couple hours or so I believe (more or less) and what appears to be running properly and we have hot shower water now!

Problem: Backed up bathrooms and shower (ugh!) With"suspended" water valves.

Super happy with the support although I can't examine the quality of the job they do.
The plumber that came clarified how I could resolve this myself, and there wasn't any requirement for us to cover the fee.
I managed to have someone arrive (in Oakland) in an hour of calling on a Sunday morning.
Really fast answer, and also an honest, friendly plumber.

Worked with them a few times. From the experience they started a drain to add washer and drier. Following the job, they asked to sign the paperwork which later on I discovered that they did not provide any guarantee on the job. Sure it started leaking after a year and I phoned and asked them to come back and fix the problem. I had an global flight and asked them to come between 12:30 and 11:30 to correct the issue. They did not come until 2:30 pm and I should have chosen involving missing flight and having mould and water running at the house. I phoned them around 50 times between 12:30 and 2:30 pm and they said that the plumber comes but no one showed up till 2:30 pm once I left the house. They will see a lawsuit for their work.

They stand to their own commitment. I had a kitchen drain clogging and the team at VanGo Rooter was very professional, clean and on time.
There was just 1 change the appointment was transferred from morning to day due to they had been running late at another work site, but they kept me informed through the day, and the person who was coming gave me two calls one nearly 90 mins before coming,and another one 20 mins before.
And it was a Saturday, and they kept their promise of fixing and coming.
He looked at the thing, arrived and went into action straight away, and also fixed the matter. Their team is professional and great.

However, his gear dripped on our mat, which we needed to wash because of this. While working in my kitchen, that was 18, he was on the phone with his spouse.
I asked how much they charge to get a sewer lateral movie and he said 350. Discount Plumbing does it for $50 with no other work.
The guy showed up on time. He did figure out how to fix the drain.
Then I got a coupon in the mail for $77. VanGo billed me $190--and that is their"Yelp reduction".

Wow. A few minutes after my husband gets a call from a rude plumber telling him when they have supplies, that typically people call the plumber. My husband explained that we had put up an estimate"during the day" yesterday. Asked if it was under the home and declared he would not be functioning on his back. You would not need to but proceed and be surly, guy. Then he said he would estimate us over the phone a whole $500 more. Completely unprofessional and probably a rip off.
Only had a pretty experience with these men. Reached out via message yesterday to schedule an estimate. Scheduled it for now between 6-7 as 715 rolled around I called to see whether a person was coming and reached out by message. A lady answered, requested my speech, etc. and said she'd have a plumber telephone me. Whether it was what or misscheduled, couldn't tell me. I received a message back saying that somebody could come in two hours?? Uh that is 930 at night.

I had a great experience with VanGo Rooter. Ricky provided great support and showed up. He was able to repair the issue, although it was a position that is terrible.

Where to start.. I made an appointment. By 930 nobody had shown up or called me so I call them and they said they are running. Ok? Shouldn't you let them know and call your client? They finally appear at noon if my babies are sleeping which is why I needed it. They then want to bill $210 to substitute 2 parts. He states for labour. You can buy a new toilet for this much. I went out and purchased the components for $10 and went on YouTube and fixed it in 20 minutes. Guess I have to do everything myself these days

Carlos was so helpful and friendly. He was able to assess the situation and get me a quotation. Our water tank was also drained out by him while he was there for no excess charge. Having him provide to do it if we determine spoke volumes of his professional and candid nature, although I am not sure if this is free or not. He was genuine and the feeling that I got was absolutely optimistic. I would highly recommend!
I found my own water tanker exploded in our garage and it started to flood. I asked a question at 3:31pm via Yelp and 3 minutes after in 3:34pm, Ken B. replied back saying that they could have someone give me a call. 5 minutes stated that a dispatcher will call me when he is on his way and Alicia called me.

We have a building with a couple of units don't have an in-house handyman we manage, however, Tom has formally become our go-to plumber. We initially met Tom to get a plumbing job once we started to see a leak. He managed to diagnose the issue and came right away. Ever since then, I've been texting terms we have an problem and he has even come over on his days off. Our construction has pipes from the early 1900s and Tom has been able to fix a number of other projects including a massive project that included digging up also a part of our garage and concrete. Tom is honest, responsive, reasonable and presents the type of options before giving his recommendation to us. Another positive point to mention, is that Tom has told me that they take care of their workers and that Van Go Rooter is a fantastic organization to work for - this is great to listen to and very important to me personally!
I totally hope for our plumbing needs moving 17, Tom and we'll continue using him!

Follow-up: Someone eventually showed up. But said they do not have the components. I gave them the version and maker number online from first booking. Now contact the producer and I must wait further. Extremely disappointing. Will use a different plumber service to solve this.
I picked VanGo Rooter due to their ratings on Yelp. They proven to be unreliable. No one ever showed up along with my appointment kept being rescheduled. Kept giving me the runaround. It's been 3 times now and 4 reschedules and that I don't have warm water. Prevent VanGo Rooter!!!
