Our plumber, Billy, was super friendly, too. He was in and out in only a half hour. Our clog was likely less complicated than a few, but it was great just how quickly he fixed the issue and recognized.
Quick Response is a great alternative Should you require service with a friendly face. I would happily use them again - and will ask for Billy if he's available:)
Update later Billy and the office talked about it, they decided go with the same quote plumbers had supplied. The purchase price difference had been my principal frustration. . .but everything worked out at the conclusion, so I am happy to recommend them! I'm very impressed that they worked it out instead of calling it a done deal.

These guys aren't lying around fast response pipes. . .they are fast! The appointment was left by me at 2:55PM and they were at my house. The only problem was that I didn't get home until 10 minutes after that! They were patient.

I have used Quick Response for a lot of plumbing needs. In fact, think it's the only plumbing firm. Just had my kitchen remodeled and the sink backed up - because the older pipes hadn't been used for 4 months. This sink was draining.

Their very best tried to do it! They went out and replaced it and tried again, although the drain broke their snake first time! They drove out to attempt to find a instrument which may fit in my drain when that did not work, but alas it also did not work. In the long run, the pipes had to be replaced, but I really appreciate how long and effort they put into trying to find a solution.

The SF Water firm advised us and turned the water off. I called PRESTO and Fast Response Plumbing - Ed came out within an hour and told me what the issue was and how it could be fixed by him. His crew came back the next morning and WOW - the pipe (underground) was mended (overgrown tree roots had induced the fracture in the pipe).
The customer service was TOPS! Just can't speak highly enough about the professionalism as well as this organization the crew.

Ed gave me a clear quote about repairing my kitchen sink that was draining slowly. It needed the snake less $ if the clog was below the sink. It did require the snake however he explained the measures he was carrying so I could learn exactly what he was studying as he jumped step by step through the project. I heard about my plumbing -- their age and configuration that was one of a kind. Without charging me more, and when one of the pipe components needed replacing he repaired it.

Third time with their solutions. . .leaking sink bathroom, toilet in garbage disposal issue and bathroom. At this point I've seen them than this company and some loved ones treats me . Timely, efficient and friendly. On all 3 occAsions I was given a quote on the phone that was accurate and for this fix now joe was able to repair the issue with my parts on hand even though I was anticipating a completely different replacement that would have cost me 4x the purchase price.
I wouldn't be afraid to recommend them to anyone else or to use them in the future.

We had a problem with all our water heater. Ed was really helpful in troubleshooting, explaining the possible reasons for the matter, shopped instructed us how to operate with the manufacturer since it was under warranty and compensated for components of getting compensated, ahead, was a good communicator and prompt. Trust was constructed by him and I would surely use these guys .

Moved to a new location lately. The bathtub drain kept getting thinner. There was a fancy plug mechanism which appeared to be impeding water and sat low. I contacted Quick Response via Yelp and they responded and set up a time. Joe was right on time and favorable. It was that he did not have to snake the drain. The plug mechanism has a hair trap and it needed to be removed and cleaned. Worked out to be a cost as a result. He also fixed the plug in so that it did not sit low. It is working great now--I really don't have to stand in dirty water ! Good price, great service!

Originally known as to snake/auger my bathroom, but they showed me that the pipes were so fine and the bathroom itself was the problem after speaking with them along with a instant consultation that was fast.
