Honestly? Frank Gay was known as by us straight away and they shipped an electrician out immediately, he was at our home within an hour. He spent a couple of hours here, most of the time saying"I do not know what's wrong". A little while before 5 PM he says"oh, it could be voltage loss and that I really don't have enough time to fix it now. I'll have the office telephone you to schedule a second appointment to repair it." We asked if we'd be charged and he said"I'm not in control of obligations, but I doubt it. The job wasn't completed the very first time. If they do control it will just be the difference in the price of services. They'll call you within one day."
Don't bother. We hired them to get a valve replacement under to get a electric socket put in for our dishwasher and our sink. The valve replacement went well. The electrician told us it was a simple job and showed up but he did not even think we had it done, he had never heard of a dishwasher needing an outlet to be installed. We advised him to do it. After a little while he told us we paid he was done, and he left, this was. On June 26th our dishwasher was delivered (by home depot), but they could not install it as there was no power from the socket that Ramone had set up.
Well, she called back and stated she spoke to them and they will come back out and fix it, but we'd be charged full price because they already did the job, and apartment our refused to provide us a refund.
The instillation men plugged it into a different socket, where it worked fine, to reveal and even lifted the dishwasher it was definitely the socket.
My husband and I really do accept that we ought to have made Ramone show us that it worked before he left, we're aware that we messed up there. It was never proven that the socket worked from the first place and that I feel as though they're just trying to cover their butts.
We received a telephone so that my husband sent an email. he called 7, when that went. That time he was told"The woman that manages that sort of stuff isn't here, we will have her call you when she gets back. Here it is 7/17 and we still hadn't got a call so we called again. The girl (maybe Audrey?) Said she hadn't been told anything and she was going to call both electricians to learn what happened she would call back.
I do NOT recommend and if I could give 0 stars I would.

I have used in the past and believed it was a fair price and good service. I will be going elsewhere for HVAC service. Sounds like switch and bait. I understand mistakes happen but triple orginal quote!!!
Tech said it had been my fan motor and the one he's set up was $260. But come to fund out that wasn't the one. Had to wait until Monday go get the part. Now the appropriate motor is 800!!!! Plus the 130 Trip charge. $930 to get a fan motor. After I request a price that is much better, that is. Was the quote and $130.

Firms like Frank Gay Services now dont care even though we're people who keep them. Through time we have gone from 1 hour windows, to 4 hour windows and 2 hour windows. It is actually sad when a corporation can't maintain their program on a 4 hour window following inconveniencing the customer.
This provider is different. First time using and will be our final. We only found out and had to rearrange our schedule it's impossible for them to create this window. The problem is these businesses believe they are doing us a favor. . hahahaha.
Well being a business owner myself. A bit of advise for this companies owner. Client commitment and the hard work that you put into the company when you began to climb up that latter of achievement are when falling down that same latter, competitors and the customers you may see. Trust me there is somebody out there who's hungry that's only starting out and willing to put their customers first.

I was told by them over the phone that the first 30 mins of work is currently free for your Electrician to return for the house because you cover the 80 dollars to start. So I cover 1 hour of effort right? Wrong 2 hours of labor get charged. I suppose the guy has to be hungry, he could not speak English. I just paid the guy and I won't be using them again. Price = 281 dollars for 1 hour 30 mins with my materials.

These guys are crooks. The guy came over, didn't understand how to fix my leaky faucet, now they won't me to pay $80 for nothing. Better plumber was called by me he fixed it in half an hour and charged me $100 for all.

Needed some plumbing work done, known as FG and they scheduled me. My tech was Chris Smith and that he was helpful, professional, and most of. I would recommend and use and job was done flawlessly again.

I called to have a person and rewire some lights. I'd called another firm it took three months of phone calls and I had used previously, and they didn't respond. So, I decided to give a call to them and watched a Frank Gay truck. Surprisingly, there was a tech available the exact same day. John examined my difficulty and came out, and he suggested an alternate solution that work flawlessly although the components weren't readily accessible. I asked him to put in some landscape lighting that was not part of the reason that I called for support. He even installed a lightning surge protector and did both jobs.
In my phone call to conclusion of the jobs, I couldn't be more pleased.

We'd Frank Gay come out to fix a congestion and our plumbing are backed up again. We called and they said that they can't guarantee a work that was congestion. So when did it become acceptable for company owners to intimidate customers?
I delivered a personal message threatening me with a law suit, and had been accused of being fake. I went ahead and posted said message in addition to my bank statement which shows Frank Gay charged me 182.87 for a quote which we had been told would be free of charge.

Geez, thank goodness that I didn't have them do any work. When I requested a quote, I felt a few less than genuine practices. They wanted to charge me to return to my home to give a quote to me. ThenI read their testimonials. 234 testimonials not recommended since they're bogus. Clearly when possible they would cheat and cut corners.

Desired to get leak from garbage disposal fixed. When I called I was informed that they had been booked all day so they couldn't give me a time but a tech would call me when they had been. Chris Smith arrived within the half hour and predicted at 1200pm. He was quite educated and the matter as well as gave me advice about replacing my own faucet. I didn't feel like he tried to charge me sell me. Great to find someone educated and honest. I plan on getting them return for prospective plumbing requirements and would recommend.

Our pipes was backing up on Memorial Day weekend and we had been in a loss! We known as Frank Gay Services and they were able to get out someone in roughly an hour. Chris Smith was the tech if this were to occur 28, who was so knowledgeable, helpful and took care of us and gave us some pointers! We just bought a condo, we called Frank Gay for Plumbing,Electric and Hvac. We scheduled them all for services and the day were effective,on time and very professional. Only thing we desired them to wash the machine and out the air conditioning ducts didn't work. They will be back on Tuesday to perform that job.

I loved the ceremony, also had utilized Frank Gay Plumbing years ago when they were located on Fairbanks Road. So that they moved location, expanded to services and are Frank Gay Services, and that I was in need of a plumber, I thought of them because they are still family owned. Their plumber made the repairs economically and fast and he was incredibly polite. I have found my plumber!

I have recently had my AC as well as plumbing and electrical work done by Frank Gay Services. Now I have used Frank Gay Services for water recovery when my entire condo flooded. Awesome support. Guys were at my location drying out it within the hour. Were professional, courteous and just good guys. Same can be said about the electricians (shoutout to Kevin B!!!) Along with the plumber.
Frank Gay do great work and must interview everybody because they are great people.
I'll use their services again.

We have had Frank Licensed Plumbing out to our home for both plumbing and air conditioning issues. They're always professional, courteous, on time and fairly priced. We'll definitely continue to use them . This family owned business goes beyond and over!

Since our water heater isn't working today had to call. We are scheduled by them at this afternoon to fix our difficulty. The device is significantly less then a year old, so just had to cover labour. We have used them to place TRANE Heat Pump in for our house. This system is great. The personnel installers to payment, from scheduling were favorable and all FANTASTIC.

In the event the dispatchers don't even understand what solutions are being given, and also the tech/plumber doesn't even understand what they're showing for, it speaks towards all the negative reviews on this website suggesting lack of professionalism and training. Paired with how the owner tends to answer individually to negative remarks with passive aggressive remarks... is that the type of company you want work on your house for top dollar?
If they could assist with a flow in a pool line called Frank Gay to ask. Nothing on the website mentioned anything regarding pools, but once I phoned and requested, was assured so took the day off work to have them come out they could help.
Tech was perplexed why he was called by them out, looked in the issue and came about 2-3pm - stated that they don't work on pools and surfaced prior to leaving.
This was a waste of my time, and ended up taking yet another day off work to call someone else.

These guys are fantastic! They came in and helped with my AC services. Friendly and support.
