This implies I was VERY pleasantly surprised that he did this without hesitation AND remember... this was in the dark on a Sunday night.
Frank was knowledgeable and courteous after showing up 45 minutes later. Then, he went outside and climbed to operate through the port. Remember, when I've called plumbers over the previous ten years, they'd go on the roof as a final resort mentioning,"When it comes back, then we'll go through the roof port"
I would use this company again. Thanks Emerald and Frank!
I had a flood in my bathroom which seeped throughout the toilet wall and into the bedroom. The answering service was VERY considerate and empathetic. Frank phoned me back in an hourtriaged the problem based on what I told him and he advised many times concerning the $285 charge when I asked him to come out, I repeated that I was OK with it. (I am guessing he has dealt with a few clients who may have denied knowing about the charge.

Chad walked us through what had been done plumbing wise, and what to expect when the drywall team arrives the following.
Mr. Liam ought to be quite proud of what he has created and how he has instilled his technicians using a positive work ethos which ultimately carries over into the area as human professionalism, pride and quality of work. Kudos!
The dawn of the 24th the team arrived at the scheduled time. These gentlemen were all courteous and professional. It had been obvious from the start that they were a group and each knew exactly what was going done. Following a very brief walk through the group supervisor (Chad C.) immediately assigned individual jobs and he then began explaining their game program to us. Chad was patient quite informative and open to questions. At no time did we have any concern or anxiety . Work began promptly at 9:00am (as promised) and a bit over six hours later, the staff are busy gathering their equipment, vacuuming floors and wiping off cupboard and appliances away (impressive!) . One thing I discovered, and must mention, was something that clearly demonstrated that their level of professionalism and stood out. If one guy finished his job, he did not hesitate to ask another when they needed help and jumped into if they stated yes, directly.
May 8, 2019. We discover we have leaks due to the gray pipes, after calling Emerald regarding, what we thought that a leak. . .long narrative short; Jeff remedied the leak issue. His knowledgable professional and comprehensive explanation of the current and future issues with the pipes convinced us to schedule the re-pipe that was long overdue. Jeff supplied us an immediate and quite reasonable price quote using a target date of May 24, 2019.

Worst service ever! Called at 8am have them all of my advice, they advised me price estimates etc. and gave me a window to 5pm. They told me he would call out 30 minutes and I neglected to answer. All day, I carried my phone! It obtained to 4 I thought I'd check and make certain that they were coming and I got"we have no record of you in our system" SERIOUSLY?!?! I must have sounded cuz and they told they'd test one more time and they came back and only said nope we have no record? No apology mind you...I told them that they must have sufficient clients and do not need this one. . Known as Ferran!

I have used Emerald for my plumbing needs since 2014. From a flow in the pipe into re-plumbing my entire house (replacing aluminum pipes from 1942) to switching from electric to gas, into shifting my W/D. The exact same highly-skilled workers ~ Hugh and Richie and the back-office team Myrna and Alex have been from the beginning and all of them go over and beyond to assist me. I trust them trust them with my puppy, whom they tackle and to work whether I'm there or not. I highly recommend them .

We hired Emerald to do a of our property. They were quite professional, from the explanation of the project to the efficient and respectful technicians to the immaculate clean up later. And their price was quite reasonable. I would recommend them to anyone.

George was very knowledgeable, efficient, and very great. He fixed our water heater within 1 afternoon, heading out to find the parts the same day himself rather than wait for them to be sent, because the Emerald Plumbing team was concerned about our furnace. Since we had the first consult and last service the same moment they gave us a discount. Highly recommend!

Since I had water coming from underneath my kitchen 16, I called in the morning. Dave the tech came by at 3 and in under an hour it was mended. The cost was quoted, and Dave was nice and professional. When I need a plumber, I will call them again!

I'm a Hispanic lady and I live with my spouse; our puppy and an older man from the conroy and kirkman region and our landlord phoned this company to come and replace. Three white males and one man with accents revealed up to do the job. My husband let them in and after speaking with themhe travelled in his office to function and I moved in our bedroom to take a nap. Within mins of these guys being in our home they had been so triggered by my own existence and has to've thought I was sleeping because every couple of mins they would walk past the bedroom door which was near their job site and would create racial slurs/racial opinions. A cpl of singles on our coffee table went lost as well. Don't let these thugs in your homes.

Definitely will use them again.
Emerald Plumbing is a great firm. Frank was quite knowledgeable and helped explain.

I scheduled an appointment a week ahead, they said I'd find a call 30 mins before, the guy shows up at least 15 mins early (appt is at 9 and I'm home at 845) and in 915 I call to find out where he's. , is defensive readily. She states no lights were on in my home and I was called by him and he abandoned. I informed her I was home with no telephone in 9, she repeats herself I'll get somebody else. She calls back in a voicemail beginning with,"exactly what I was going to say until you wrapped up is we could get you later." If you show up early and I am not here, that is great being early but I reserved my day so leaving since youre early and then cutting off me until I can let you know that is impolite. He could have been even earlier, who knows, but I was here 15 mins ahead of the appointment.
$125 an hour charges and Additionally, the first hour costs $95 and Harvey has only as good reviews. I'd love to have my pipes today fixed but not of their customer support is a fan. They were trying to get one in early to make it happen but that I ain't helping pay that tone of voice and I'm waiting a week for Harvey to come out because Mirna's attitude blows with a toilet and overbooked.
Because if I wasn't busy with a scheduled day I'd have been stoked that the guy was early I gave two stars. And it's not his fault Mirna comes with an attitude

At 3:30 I called to determine if a person would be out still within my window.
Had a window of 12-4pm to wait for service.
AFTER 4pm I could be out after and got a call back telling me that they ran behind.
I find this very disrespectful of the time. Someone could have called earlier to give me a warning of a delay.
Know that I no longer wanted their service because of this when I called to let receptionist - she could not have cared less.
I would rather support a business that respects my time and values my own business.
Delays occur - . That.

I could not get past the rude office staff answering the telephone, although I wish I understood what this plumbing experience was actually like.

Quick knowledgeable service! The truck came full of all the supplies a plumber could wish for! Ken took off his sneakers came in and diagnosed the matter. He was able to get the job done with no fees that are additional that are sudden. He was professionally attired amiable and comprehensive. I would strongly recommend this company for any plumbing crises.

Upon finding that our home in Orlando'd polybutylene pipes and the inherent difficulties facing them as they age and the fact that lots of insurance companies won't even insure a home with polybutylene pipes, I did the required research and settled on Emerald Plumbing to execute the whole home re-piping. It is a fascinating process to watch since they the home and showed up with a group of 6 or 5 guys! Their group of workers worked well together. They disconnect the original piping and then run all. Evidently, they remove large pieces of drywall in order to bring the pipes down from above and connect to the various faucets, bathrooms, etc.. They use 1/4 turn shut off valves that are wonderful. I will say that you will need to"hover" since I feel as though they did attempt to do a few shortcuts. The most important one I'm thinking of is when we had them set up the pipes for a pot filler and rather than solidly securing the pipe against a 2x4 secured between the 2 studs, the worker fastened it to a single stud and then tried to fasten it with a metallic plate. Now, knowing that is likely to be between walls and having a weight to it, I did not feel comfortable with this setup. I asked the man about it in charge and he'd him install it. That's great but, at this price and with their standing, they shouldn't be taking some shortcuts. Anyhow, they completed the and did a stress test, they called me out. They left and the next day, their gutters men came in and also"refinished" all the drywall repairs. They do not do some painting BUT once it is painted the drywall is put by them back together and then fit the texture so, you do not even know it has been cut. They finished that work in a day so the whole home re-piping required a total of two days. WELL, EXCEPT for a problem! My wife moved into a part of the home that we found water onto the ground, the wall of the bathroom soaked, and the ceiling painted and do not typically use! We called Emerald and a worker came out and, yes, there was a"bad crimp" in one of the lines and it had been leaking for 5 or 6 or 7 days prior to my wife recognized it. They repaired that leaky crimp
I gave 4 stars because, overall, I believe they did really good job and they worked together seamlessly but I can not give 5 starts due to the"shortcuts" and draining crimp we experienced. I believe I need to let clients know our experience although they were used by two people without any problem at all so I understand this is an anomaly.
Now, Emerald also called a water damage firm who came out and tore apart that bathroom and the hallway since they found mold from the leak and didn't hesitate. That meant that they needed to mitigate that mould, bringing in fans and taping off the hallway for a week or so. It required the water damage repair folks to complete their job so the task, for us, was approximately 3 months of headaches.
I guess I was disappointed in how the owner of Emerald never seen or called and said"sorry". As our lives were disrupted by it to get WAY over two days it would have gone a very long way. So I have no complaint there, now, the repairs were paid for by Emerald. After the job is completed, their job was great BUT do feel that all will be well and never check things for a few weeks. Had my wife seen this problem sooner, the hassle would have been much less.

Good job and good customer service. Frank did my fix this morning, he was educated and friendly. When I made my appointment I was told they would arrive in 9-9:30, Frank informed of his arrival time and phoned in the morning. He was correct within schedule. The fix was done within a reasonable time. I feel companies I did not get that feeling and which charge per hour tend to prolong repairs on purpose to bill more. This is the second time they are used by me and every time job was done. I would suggest them.

Called on a Saturday morning for a clogged drain. Frank fixed it and was there within 3 hours. He was considerate, efficient, explained everything, and cleaned up after himself. So it goes, although the fee was ~ $200 for an hour of work.

I lately had plumbing problems having an outdated water softener that had to be eliminated. I called various areas but Emerald plumbing seemed to ben't only be the from the areas, but also the most organized I called. They were diligent about arriving at the home when they said they would, and the plumber was effective and quick, showing me replace the plumbing and step by step what he had done to eliminate the apparatus that is outdated. Overall very good experience.

Did thousands of dollars in plumbing. When I had a difficulty was disappointed. The front desk person wanted to charge me $120 to come out and repair it and really compelled me to quit my service over a garbage disposal that was defective. Got a great deal of chat for woman in workplace. Seems that if something goes wrong you has to pay and are not right. Don't recommend and moving on

After getting Emerald recommended to get a repipe by neighbors, to me, I gave them a call. Started out well, guy was favorable and comprehensive in his critique and explanation for this job also was in the day. Got my quote through email and wanted to ask a few questions. Called, as well as the workplace man was totally miffed I wanted to speak with the guy who was at my house. "I will answer questions". If you were in my house and looked at my toilet you can. . .but since you weren't maybe the man telephone me? "He's in the area, no way to call before tomorrow". Fine. Not a very wonderful person. I sent an email to the area guy. AND sent an email back to the person who delivered my quote requesting an estimate of when they'd be in a position to do the work. Within a week has gone , no telephone, no more nothing, no emails. Their work may be good (it seems so from the many recommendations) however, the topic of the workplace being a wreck appears very correct. They were the lowest bid with the most recommendations but if you have to chase them when they're SELLING you the job, what chance do you have after, throughout their"10 year warranty" period? Sorry, took a pass and proceeded. That is another illustration of our economy that is good.

I asked the guy if he had been certain it got gas, and he said yes it was. This is our water heater, so the repair would effectively imply no hot water for over a week. The reason why I was told that the repair would take so long is that they don't only sell a portion, and a whole burner would have to be reassembled components that would require some time. I was a bit leery of the explanation, so decided to get a different opinion - so I called a company named Apopka Bottle Gas, that is where the preceding gas guy from Belzer went, since I had dealt with him in the past I figured I could trust .
I phoned Emerald Plumbing because my gas water heater stopped working and my pipes company, Belzer Plumbing. Before calling the plumber, I checked so I figured that the water heater was the issue my propane tank which signaled about 20%.
I called Emerald the next day and explained what happened and asked for the support call charge to be reimbursed, which they did without debate although they added"we usually do not do so". Hence my 2 star rating instead of 1-star I am likely to provide the benefit of the doubt here to Emerald, and suppose this was an honest error. In my opinion the guy should have known better, even if that is true. There is also the possibility that this was a willful upsell, and also the narrative about the repair a week taking within appears to encourage this. In conclusion case the service technician was worst case he is a crook, either way Emerald will not be used by me again nor will I recommend them. I really do appreciate that they refunded the service fee , in the close of the day no harm no foul but again I won't call them later on.
The issue turned out to be... wait for it... an empty gas tank. The gauge was stuck on hence the reading. Now, you could say this was my fault and that I should have known that the gauge could stick, but I would counter the guy from Emerald who works on gas appliances for a living must have known this as well and I even asked if he had been sure it was getting gas. The guy out of Belzer told me that if it had been the burner, that this kind of burner could be repaired or replaced immediately about it takes a week to 36, and also the story is BS. When I told him what Emerald had told me, '' he said"I know what he is talking about, there are a few burners that do have to be reassembled like this but this is not one of them."
