I would recommend RJ Kielty, also I will be calling them again.
We have not known as a plumber in decades, as well as sewage backup at the home, we didn't know what to do. We predicted RJK at 9am, Jaime (super professional, friendly and efficient), scheduled a service call to arrive between 10 - 2 daily. We got a text at 11am, a follow up call he had been arrived at 11:30.
Can Martinez was terrific. . .very educated, and explained everything he needed to do. He even identified a problem I didn't know we had.

Called to get them come back and fix the leaking faucet following it leaked and newly installed pop up drain that does not pop-up. Technical/Young Plumber came by called his workplace who refused to fix the job under their warranty program and studying all. Regardless of the fact that the plumber had been fired for lousy work and they're fully conscious of he was not doing the job in a satisfactory manner.
Please take my advice avoid the loss of time and money I've experienced and find another firm. Plenty of other businesses to use for repairs.
Stay Away from this corporation. Sub-par beginner technicians are used by this business and are not going to stand by work performed by their employees. Called to have a brand new sink & faucet installed in my downstairs 1/2 bathroom and have the older sink relocated into an upstairs master bedroom, fix a leaky faucet and running bathroom. They charged $499 and the technician asked an additional $80.00 cash payment.

Until he found the offender, will troubleshooted - the caulking in the children tub had gone bad and was happening when the shower hit the shower wall. Definitely one of happenings that are random or these McGuyver CSI plumbing test.
Could we stop for a moment to discuss the astonishing providers of RJ Kielty and you need ton't use anybody else?
We came home yesterday afternoon coming down from our kitchen . We tried to ascertain where it came out of no avail. This afternoon I phoned RJ Kielty and they had a tech/plumbing wizard in our door in 2 hours! We even received a courtesy call notification he had been on his way!
Will took the time to shoot pictures to show prior to, during, and after repair and got it all taken care of.
We will not hesitate to call RJ Kielty again if we have another plumbing or HVAC issue!

The technology, Shawn or Sean, arrived later than anticipated. Quoted a me a cost for the job. It was approved by me. The tech completed the project that took about 15-20 mins. Unfortunately the next day it was still leaking. I called back to find someone out for the same issue. They scheduled Shawn . They said he was the tech on call although I asked for a tech.
The company made it directly! This was my anticipation!
Maybe Shawn was having a bad day his dream football team didn't play well, maybe he was hungry, or maybe he was tired and wanted a rest.
Fortunately Will arrived. Will discovered the mistake that Shawn made and was very professional. Will completed the work professionally and completely. I was very happy with the work that May did!

Wow! True professionals! From the scheduling, to the installation and then to the quotation, these guys are amazing. Finding good contractors is difficult at best, but RJ Kielty gets it correctly. Will Martinez was out technician and he had been a true professional and gentleman. Knowledgeable, really polite and helpful that is incredibly. We had a hard install because of space constrictions and Will have the work. I wasn't expecting that. The pricing is great, but buyer beware, if you are going to compare it to a non-professional. You get exactly what you pay for! It's 100% worth it, if they are slightly more. The components they use, also the people they employ and also the technologies they have are top notch. I've utilized RJ Kielty several time since going to Orlando (Dr Philips/Windermere). It's impressive how quickly you will be scheduled by them in. Will came our to service our needs. He walked asking questions and listening to me and was punctual. We agreed on what needed to be performed, and the job has been completed in a timely manner... two thumbs up

Will Martinez came to our house. He's professional, educated because he clarified everything, and very patient when answering all my questions. He makes R J Kielty Plumbing look great. I love the fact that this company sent someone straight away and we managed to have hot water . The job was finished correctly. Thank you for assisting us.

My hot water heater decided to take a rest just before Christmas having a home full or out of town guest. RJ is called by me and they sent someone out in a timely manor. Chris was fantastic calling just before he arrived and explaining what need to get done. Fixed the issue. My family was happy and Christmas was fantastic. Thanks so much to Chris for your help. Not just that I decided to call and set up a follow up on some other plumbing conditions that need to be fixed. He on his way today. Thanks Chris.
