I have utilized On Point Leak Detection on more than one occasion, Mr. Brinkley is always on time and made sure to communicate with me during the procedure to make sure I knew what was going on until my issue was solved. Excellent Excellent Service and Skill. He was outstanding, although I don't generally write recommendations.
My city notified me that we used excessive quantities of water. I had no idea we had a leak and the city suggested I contact a flow sensor. I contacted Onpoint Leak Detection and Eddie was at my house within an hour of my call. He was efficient and found the flow almost immediately. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Eddie and this Organization!
I highly recommend this organization and Eddie. The inspection of Jillian is browse by me, and that I picked Onpoint over other flow detection businesses. Eddie returned my initial call in a couple of minutes, and he advised me for Christmas Eve between 8 and 11. Now (Christmas Eve), Eddie called a couple of minutes after 8 to inform me he would be here in 30 min. He found the flow found another escape we wanted him to test, showed us compromised regions within our cinder block, and also advised us how to fix them. Eddie not only does his job well, he is also very friendly and courteous.
