General Plumbing 24 Hour Repair

Unfortunately, I didn't have the tools for the repair. Jim recognized the bind and he was in my location in under 40 mins and just billed me 1/4 of what the other firms were quoting!
I had an issue with my shower which demanded immediate attention and I hit the jackpot with his company General Plumbing and Jim Kleb later calling a few places I found on Google.
As soon as I told Jim the issue, he attempted to describe it so I could do it and he wouldn't have to charge me and believed it might be an easy fix. How freaking nice is that?!?
I can not recommend him enough!

Because our kitchen faucet had reduced water pressure, well I had two appointments for pipes, the dishwasher was not functioning and the water heater needed to be checked for replacement. Well the firm was late so they were leaving when this firm showed up. Upon coming Jason had a nasty attitude, he came in and I told him the very first firm said the faucet filter was clogged, before I can cite the dishwasher and dishwasher he said,"so you called two pipes"? I said, yes. He shook his head and waked off into the garage. Now I was annoyed so I told my husband and of course the dishwasher, he can leave. He walked out without saying anything and came back in the garage. My husband came in and said he was mad because he stated he came out of Kendal and could have given a quotation on the telephone. Really???? Didn't they say that when I called? So he can quote me on a dishwasher which was running but no water coming through it? Why on the face of the earth anyone think that it's ok to not get quotes before buying? I will use the firm, this corporation and Jason can kick rocks. Downright disrespectful and rude.

Beware of the company. The installer ruined my faucet during setup and he refused to fix the damage but was rude and hung up the phone on me when I called the owner.

It is not easy to find a fantastic plumber at Miami and Jim at General Plumbing. I had been referred to him, he is considerate, explained in detail what had to be done (I had been capping off an old pub ) and was clean and professional. His fees were very reasonable and he does not do that"book business" that many other large companies have gone to and charge a fortune for a simple task. Highly recommend !

At first I was disapointed since the plumber charged me more than what I had been told on the telephone. Because I had been happy I paid in full. When I called the company and talked to the lady that gave me the quote and told me they charged me more than what she quoted me, she told me she would look in to it and call me backagain. At the conclusion of the afternoon, she phoned me back and said it was her mistake for quoting me incorrectly and said she would mail a check for the difference to me. When I need plumbing services, I'm satisfied with the manner in which they handled this situation and will use them again in the future.
