Up them since I had a cube in my pipes that was causing issues in the tub and the bathroom and they overflowed.
Based on what most probably had to done, ivan asked for details on the issue over the telephone and gave me a price estimate. He came and said he would be in an hour at my home.
He fixed the issue but I opted to have him do a camera snake to be 100% sure the problem was solved (he did not push this support onto me, I insisted on it). All is well with the pipes in my house!
It was a professionally managed and punctual experience. If I run into problems, I'd certainly use this plumber again.

Now I have to get another plumber to fix it and go after AM in court over expenses and damages.
Do your self a favor and discover another plumber.
After almost 3 weeks, I have not heard back from him. This is his own work, his installation, that is sub-par, doesn't meet code, and won't pass scrutiny. He confessed that he hadn't and knows it was his first responsibility to perform this work properly. He's ghosting me to prevent completing the work.
Fast forward 6 months and an inspection on such device's exhaust is needed in order to finish a roof work. I phoned Ivan do that and to appear. He looked over everything and noticed a couple of things that weren't up to code. He told me he finish the inspection and would fix them.
I had been satisfied with their services, when Ivan from AM Plumbing first came out to replace my water heater.

I've a bathroom that is currently driving me bonkers. Wasting water, and so the key turned. I will pay out of pocket not going to await my landlord so no problem. I moved on Yelp to find so I found this one a plumber that is near with good reviews. I am a no nonsense straight shot - tell me the price be on time and do the work and all is great. Communication is essential. Time is money right? Ivan (I assume Owner along with the plumber) was polite when I called on a Sunday inquiring about his ceremony and I told him I found him on yelp and loved the reviews. He told me wait till Monday as a Sunday emergency call would be $350. Monday 8am. He asked for pictures I sent him be thorough. He explained the costs. I'm thinking for a flapper - okay whatever. I will pay only stop the water from running (btw I do not pay for water but helllllo the environment so that is why I turn the key) He wasn't at my apt at 8am and I didn't get a text or call so I text him asking him when he was still coming because I was missing work. Ivan said yes he was running a little tardy (should have known as friend for a courtesy) No problem.... Because parking at my construction is a challenge, you can even park in one of my distances. He gets there tells me he does not possess the piece will have to pick it up and he will see if he'll come back if not we can arrange. I said no issue just allow me to know. That was Monday by Wed I sent him a text - see pictures with no reply. When cash are throwing right at them people desire customers but get lazy. I mean $135-175 and I could alter the entire Toilet for $250! What a disappointment. It was not a enormous enough job for him but a follow up would have been specialist and approved no harm no foul. Everybody has the right take and to earn money. But do not waste my own time.

Quick response, great service and cost was reasonable for fixing bathtub escape. Will definitely use again in the long run.

Great job... I had no idea what was going on in my home. A valve which had a leak that was mild was discovered by ivan. That was the only method although they demo my shower. I would strongly suggest them. Very organized and talk good Spanish and English.

He and called Ivan reacted via text away. I explained that I had a flow by a bathroom drain but I couldn't find the source. The bathroom was checked by ivan and suggested he use a camera and snake the most important line. He reported to me that there were places and he got most of it out. After a couple of days the flow reappeared. I called Ivan and told me the problem, he could phone me as soon as he was done and told me he was in the middle of a job. After not hearing from him that I called him and left a text and a voice message. I called several times the following day and sent text messages after getting no response. It happened to me that he was avoiding me after getting no response. I texted him with another phone just like a client that was brand new and he responded straight away. I told him that I was and to not bother since I called the other plumber. South End Plumbing was called by me and they discovered the problem in 10 minutes - a leaking shutoff valve under the sink. Problem solved 1/3 exactly what I paid Ivan. Additionally, I saw there were license problems in 2017
