I Truly can't say enough good things let me Attempt to be brief:8) They had been punctual on both visits
1) rec'd quote on the phone (cheaper than others)
9) They were considerate
5) They located the septic tank
7) They taught me about the septic tank
4) They came back the next day
How can I not give 5-stars. Thank you very much.

3) I had been confused in requesting contract. Not mandatory
2) they came out and I asked to get a contract that they didn't have so I told them to leave and that, after contacting the County, would call them back (to ensure that they were bonafide)
6) They did the job

Very unpleasant encounter with this business, they did a very bad job, and also parked their vehicles, very heavy vehicles (Vacktruck, pickups) in our neighbor swale. Forcing us to cover damaged plants and re-sodding.

Absolutely horrible customer support and ripoff artists. Lied about purchase date of replacement item when requested for a refund. Lied about their employee signature, when employee listed as the officer on Sunbiz. I won't ever use them again and I will not suggest them to anyone. Word of mouth travels.

The guy got stuck in my front yard with the truck and came to pump out my septic tank. It had recently reverted so the floor was soft and he confessed that the tank was full. That mix seems like a lousy idea although I really don't drive truck full of sewage. So that the neighbors complained, The truck blocked all the street and it required a couple of hours to get the truck unstuck. As a result, I had two large holes (3x5 ft ) left my front yard causing a massive eyesore. So he backed into my drive and used hoses to do when he got unstuck. Anyways, I wasn't mad at the guy...I really gave me several bottles of water, my auto phone bill (that he never gave back) and that I helped bring wood and supplies to get unstuck. All I needed was to the company to resolve the holes. I called a couple of times and every time was just another excuse until I spoke with the owners son Junior who wasn't apologetic or that sympathetic at all and said we all could is come out and throw some dirt and sod down and that I had been like. . .perfect. . .that is all I want you to do. No one showed up after 4 or 5 more calls and much more stalling I gave up after a couple of months and ended up attempting to fix it , after a week . Bad customer support.

Honest and Economical. I was really delighted with the service and their professionalism. I believe I might have found a brand new plumber to the family.

Can not thank you guys enough for helping with my renters emergency plumbing backup!!! Mike is an advantage your company and stayed and snaked the thing twice and followed w a video to make sure that there are no more problems! Thank you PlumbTech and mike! Would not go anywhere else for my plumbing needs!

Finding a reliable, honest plumber at Miami is a kind of Russian Roulette. Experience with companies was not great work for large bucks, and unneeded arrogance, all sorts of conditions on me, but none on them. I called Plumbtech for a few maintenance, but no emergency. I deferred to the next, once I could be home, although they were willing to come the exact same day. These guys are the real deal, called before they charged a reasonable quantity, arrived on time, did the job arrived, and were agreeable throughout. Almost hope I can call them shortly.
