I can not say enough good things about Ed Liriano.
He arrived on time, assessed the issue and must work. He didn't stop until it was fully repaired, although it turned out to be a little more complex than expected. He is the best! I recommend him highly for the plumbing requirements. Simply excellent!
I needed a good plumber to fix my mother's two bathrooms.
There are not any words to express just how thankful I'm with Liriano Plumbing and Liriano Construction. Don't think twice about giving them a phone, you will not regret it.

As soon as I decided to redesign my flat I did exactly what everyone got 3 distinct estimates and suggested. Here are the reasons why Liriano Construction/Plumbing should be your choice of remodeling/plumbing:
- Gutted and remodeled both baths. Master bathroom had water damage at one time and the previous owners"fixed" the leak but left the damaged drywall and tried to match the hideous tile.
- Installed recess lighting in hall, the bathrooms and kitchen space.
- Replaced my tank water heater and did the rewiring.
METICULOUS/STRONG WORK ETHIC: they will be the first ones to say it, When it doesn't look right. There is no need to verify their job, they are incredibly picky and takes pride in what they do.
- Gutted the kitchen and opened it up.
WHAT WAS DONE:
CLEANLINESS: One of my concerns was finding a contractor that I trusted enough to depart to work and not concern yourself. The hallway outside my flat showed no signs that the flat was stripped down to the bones. I had no complaints from my neighbors, on the opposite, all I heard was how good they were.
- They installed the brand new wood look tile and removed my tile.
- One of my favorite things... they recommended I remove my slip door since it had been damaged and if I changed it down the road, it would leave a gap in my tile. WOW!!! My balcony was sealed off so I have more square footage indoors!
PROFESSIONALISM- Osmel Liriano was the just one of the 3 builders which didn't complain about having to take gear or materials to and from your second floor or about the association. He took all the measurements match and within 3 days I had an estimate. FYI- FULLY LICENSED!
