Five stars for the reasons- Their quote for replacing the water source and drainage pipes beneath my house was 50% of the competitor. Their guarantee was as the guarantee of their competitor. Their bid included sheet rock texturing and patching.

- The communication was strong. Their office prepped and called me a few days before the job began. They called the day of to see if I had any questions or concerns. The workplace was also able perform and to adapt some last minute changes I requested.
- . He crawled to offer an accurate quote, even though he had been a dress top and also wearing slacks.
I hope this firm does well and believe in giving credit where it is due.
- The group of 5 who did the job was organized and well handled. They came on time and finished in time. Each member got right to it and understood what their job. They masked, tarped and washed after themselves.

He promised he would have a complete report, documenting his review, but contacted us and explained that he"was not thinking about doing the work anymore since we had told his helper to cut contact with a different contractor he'd been speaking about".... Wait... what?? What contractor?? Who've you been talking to with regards to our home?? Why is another contractor involved in this??
HIGHLY questionable. An acquaintance recommended the company to us, therefore we had high expectations heading . Genaro, the proprietor of Genmorwent to our home. After he came to perform a couple dimensions, I requested him to describe exactly what the issue was, so I could inform my home insurance representative. Then he had the audacity to tell me that he didn't know and asked ME to tell him exactly what the problem was... um... excuse me, but I'm not the plumber here... I thought YOU were?? Aren't you the one

They did complete repiping of our home over a year ago as a sub-contract via Repipe Specialist (which a total scam btw). This review was due but here are some of the highlights -
- as soon as they entered the house, they discovered 4 things not on contract of"total Repipe" and asked for $750 additional.
- they discovered pipes were copper, when working in crawl space. They replaced copper pipes with copper pipes.
- the stucco and patching is done, like a child playing with grout. During our bathroom remodeling we discovered they didn't seal it and rain water was leaking inside.
- two inspection was failed by the entire thing and once I blocked payment for non completion of the work, the owner threatened me with a lien.
- when I mentioned one toilet shower to have a lower pressure than another, house pressure increased to 90psi. The water sprinklers started spraying over the fence and took me before I figured out . It is still slow in that toilet.

I'd an almost-emergency situation (in-wall pipe burst, but we shut off the water immediately ), Genaro arrived for an evaluation in roughly 1 hour. He had given me a quotation and a timeframe for the plumbers to arrive, but he understood there was a bit of time before the test, so that he repaired the pipe right away.

Genero is person and prepared to engage and is realistic.
I would also like to say that throughout my job, Genero the manager went on vacation for 3 months, but caliber or the job program did not alter. Leo the super managed my expectations and the job . I DID NOT HAVE TO CALL GENERO EVEN ONCE.
I moved in and after the job was finished, there were and a few required stuff which had to be arranged. . .once all of the drain pipes in kitchen and toilet were blocked....Genero's team (especial mention to Betty who co-ordinates the job for Genero), sent a plumber that reached us less 90 minutes into our home to fix the drains in another 90 minutes. Further. . .the couple other issues/open activities after we moved were fixed immediately.
I am quite delighted with the job and would recommend them.
Excellent Job..very professional, straight forward and truthful men and women. Genero their boss is straight forward and doesn't Nickle and Dime...that I received my kitchen remodeled and emptied. . .some walls have been dropped, 2 baths were renovated. . .house was re-wired and recess light was added. 6-7 weeks it took. During the job. . .if Genero did not enjoy particular things he changed it himself with outside approaching me to get additional currencies except when the cost of materials was significant. Genero includes a nice team.... Abraham who was the main person doing the job was flexible to change things based on my suggestions and always smiled. Leo the supervisor understood my requirements nicely and was on the site on a very regular basis. Again always smiling and joking.

They were terrific. It was a large project in my head but they made it look routine. My project involved a tptal re-pipe of this 40-year old galvanized water pipes to copper, replacing all of the old sewer lines using fresh ABS pipes including the key lateral underneath the house, installing a salt-free water softener and filter, install three fresh bathrooms, AND they installed a gray water system which captures all of the shower, tub, and laundry water which extends to the landscaping. I am hoping I got them to bring the topic of gray water to other customers: ). Drought is not going away anytime soon in California. Genaro and Betty (their call center office) were accessible and responsive. They made all the arrangements and came back outside and took care of whatever was required. They made the project look simple. I highly recommend this firm.

The whole team was very prompt and ready to go. I was quite impressed that they had my plumbing ripped down and re-piped and really enjoyed that same moment, taking a wonderful Shower. They did an superb job and was very satisfied. I suggest Genmor Plumbing to all my friends and family members.
Genmor Plumbing performed a complete re-pipe on my entire home this May 2017. I picked them because the owner took time to answer all my questions, but I picked Genmor. He is quite pleasant to talk to. His entire crew from the telephone center and to all his technicians and wall finishers are extremely professional and friendly. Genmor was advocated by one of my long time neighbor because he had his house done. He was very satisfied with the job they performed at his house.

Quality service on weekends

Horrible company with dreadful service recovery they will try but no one has ever told them the client is always right and you do not speak to the painter can't complete the job! Or maybe he didn't need to speak to a female and also the painter is a man! Beats me I pay the two of them to get a ceremony Genmor didn't complete the job... Painter still painting!

My experience with Genmor Plumbing was ridiculous. I had a bathroom with water spraying straight up from the fill valve. Two plumbers came out on two different days I ended up fixing the bathroom . Betty was at coordinating the job good, and the team of genaro piped our home for example fresh water main and everyone involved did a great job and was always available to speak to. Thank you Genmor Plumbing

Thank you John, Betty and Genmor. You made what could have been a stressful situation.
John arrived at 1:30 pm. Before coming to my apt he was very polite , introduced himself and also wear booties. He saw the problem, got the tools and gear and fixed the problem. He was professional, polite and even cleaned up after himself. Even though it had been my fault (Potato skins) he never made me feel like I had been to blame. He simply explained what should and should not go down the drain. He wrapped everything up quickly.
My kitchen sink backed up today. My property manager called Betty and Genmor called me back. She said someone would be outside between 1:30 and 2:30 pm and was polite, knowing. Since it was a holiday, I was impressed and it was pm.
The complex's property managers use Genmor for plumbing problems.

Awesome plumbers with a skilled, highly professional staff. We had our entire house repiped plus they did a wonderful job- our city inspector stated they did largely commercial work and had been hands down the finest in the region. Cost were quite competitive. Dealing with the secretaries, on the other hand, has been a challenge. Scheduling inspections and completing the job has been difficult to program - for that I'd give them a 5 star score, if it was not.

They are very busy and have good workmanship and follow up.I have used them to do the bathroom and was very happy with the quality & price.

Saw what the situation was. Realigned the hot water pipe, and even removed the corroded waste drain pipe!! He was done in an hour! I understand taking a look that I never would have gotten out it. I didn't have the resources or expertise!
Low and behold Genaro consented to come out to my home @ 7:00 PM on a Friday afternoon (i.e.the start of the weekend)! I was going away for an extended weekend and he accommodated !
I installed a bathroom sink and vanity, . After 2 hr.s of attempting to remove a drain waste pipe that developed a leak because of an old corroded pipe, then I got to the wall and notices the warm water inlet pipe was resting on the drain pipe. I thought it was causing undue resistance.

But wait that is not all!! He didn't charge me a cent although I wanted also!! He rescued my weekend!!
I remembered that Genmor repiped my house in 2005' and they gave me a lifetime warranty. So I spoke to Betty and called them up. She was really useful. She said she would contact Genaro - the owner and explain the issue.

I would recommend finding a more engaged and customer-centric company.
On the flip side, the plumber didn't ring the door bell. The quantity of effort seems low. I imagine times have not influenced Genmor plumbing.
The message stated they knocked and no one replied. It was never rung although we have a doorbell which I would have heard. I called and the attitude of the person had been snide and condescending. There was not any effort to discover a solution simply the plumber had come and was gone.
There was a garbage truck out and the phone was upstairs so that it isn't loud enough to hear from the garage.
I had an appointment, I had been 12 minutes prior to the appointment. I had been in my garage. I came out about 15 minutes after the time and discovered a message in my phone.
When I told them I was planning to take them of this listing of sellers she stated,"That is alright " I suppose the person on the phone was not the sharpest tool in the shed and has been overemployed.
