My hot water heater tank began leaking, so I called my home warranty company and they put me up with Golden State Plumbing Services, Inc.. I was a little worried about the plumbing firm after studying some of the reviews on Yelp and Google, but both men (one shipped to diagnose the problem, one to install the brand new water heater) were very pleasant and very knowledgeable about what they were doing. The guy installing the new hot water heater also taught me some things (I am new to home ownership) that I needed to know. He was very friendly, and he did a great job. Happy with the service I obtained from GSPS.
Horrible experience. My home warranty sent them . Brian the plumber came to check my bathroom tub problem out, he turnt up the water heater and said thats all. He stated that's all he can do and I explained the issue and did not even check for any other issue that was possible. He went on to say he'd never take bath and that he works for a boss that was female and she acts like she knows he's 30 yrs of experience and exactly what she is doing. He came to turn the heater up and then torn apart my own water heater cover. $ 75 unprofessional business had been charged.
FINALLY A PLUMBER that's WORTH 5 I was so frustrated with my insurer ( which is distinct story ) after dreadful firm after dreadful company sent out... I eventually found that diamond in the rough! I got order night with American home defense for a crisis situation along with my water heater to country as my opinion situation. We needed to stay in a hotel all weekend(mind you our kid had prom Saturday in midst of this disaster which didn't help the problem )since we had no water at all. Our appointment was 8a so we got home right believing we'd be waiting but! Wow punctually exactly what a first belief. After walking to the garage he immediately could see there had been many problems going on, one being that the previous firm that came out to look at the water heater should've emptied it so we would not have secondary damage to our house because of all the water leaking. He proceeded to find the issue and took the opportunity to drain our water heater. This was our opinion firm and when we moved over the charges the very first firm was saying we had he concurred that those were ridiculous over charges and not needed. We moved that I did not even feel comfortable with to some $400 estimate with a business that has been past specialist. Obviously we got our approval and within 24 hours I have a brand new water heater installed and operating water. This business far surpassed my expectations and deserves. I strongly recommend them to anyone that is captured in a dreadful situation like we were.
If they dropped all hot water, I had been visiting my parents Riverbank. Golden State Plumbing made the experience for my parents exceptional with fantastic customer support the receptionists to the tech Jimmie. Golden State came and changed my parents out water heater. Made my stay nicer. Thanks Golden State!
Caution!!!!This place have customer service and lacks professionalism and skill, horribly rude.
This place is dreadful and find no stars, they are all about the money. Please do not use this organization. They set up a water purifier around a year ago for me and the guy had been lazy and did not correctly set a clamp on this attaches the hose to the pump causing leaking. Being that the system only comes on at night I didn't notice that the leaking, and the unit is in the garage. Sheetrock and the wall was damaged pretty bad when it was noticed by me. I had them come out to take a look at it and the guy confessed the damage but needed me to pay a $100 deductible. I've a house warranty program and they stated that I didn't need to pay the deductible. I called Traci the manager and tried to explain to her the cause and said that I took photos before and afterwards. She didn't want to hear it since she would not get compensated for the job, she then hung me up. Traci was then called by me back and she became very aggressive and impolite , literally yelling at me telling me they aren't accountable for the damages and will not be coming back out by any way. I attempted to calm her down but she just became enraged and the phone wrapped up .
Additionally when I tried explaining to the technician that I didn't need to pay the deductible/co-pay since this was the third plumber to emerge and the warranty company should cover it 100% since it had already been paid and this is precisely the identical problem that has been happening since the very first plumber. He said he would need to call the office and let them understand. Tracy told her technician. He could not leave the recommendation that he had been suggesting because I had not paid the co-pay to a receipt.
I am amazed in how they're still in company.
I'm having plumbing problems which everyone can agree are the worst. . .so it is not valuable to have someone when you are the customer.
Tracy in Golden State Plumbing has been the worst. I asked to talk to her boss and she informed me she had been the manager. Later I found out she is the proprietor also!!!
Business that is terrible to utilize. Yes, I got an appointment. The plumber has been courteous and fast. I wish I would have reviewed the reviews prior to permitting them. It is funny how they've negative reviews and appear to be a reply to the negative. Don't know just saying. Long story short, they came to repair something in my shower and they ended up damaging the pipe by drilling too much. They never took responsibility. She mechanically started to shout and would not let me speak when addressing my concerns into Tracy. I didn't accuse I just basically said. Eventually, I managed to find another company and they did the work right the first time. They also showed me the pipe using the drilled pipe. So I didn't have to ask to keep it to show a picture I had been nursing my baby and my husband didn't think to inquire. Moral lesson learned, look prior to hiring anyone at reviews.
This company was a joy. Tracy went above and beyond to be sure that the water heater was fixed as rapidly as possible. Was fast and considerate! I would recommend them to everybody. Tracy even called to make sure that the water heater was limping along until we've got the part in the manufacturer. (Regrettably we had to wait cause the WH was still under warranty) On one occasion when I couldn't get it lit, Jessica in the workplace acquired a plumber on the phone and walked me through getting it started . They truly care about the inconvenience. Thanks Tracy and Nick and Jessica.
Jake came out on 12/31/18. I had dinner plans once I had been given my own appointment. Jake took care of the matter and was professional, very fast. We carried on and his efficacy is appreciated by me and didn't notice the garbage disposal being repaired by him. Job well done.
Great service! Tracy was very courteous and helpful. Her tech Jim answered questions, did work and cleaned up afterward. They are highly recommended by me.
We now was another professional trip by Golden State Plumbing and reside in a home that is 60-year-old. My experience with this company has ever been positive from begin to finish. Jimmy has assisted us with many issues when you are dealing with an older Home. I strongly recommend them for any plumbing problems.
We went to come home to water from our garage. We do have a home warranty and they shipped our call . Yes it did cost us because our original was 20 years of age, some out of pocket for alterations that needed to be achieved. They got us a brand new one in 1 day! Then I came home about an hour after my husband. I called Golden State after hours and they jumped on it and sent out Jimmie, he obtained here in 20 minutes fixed it right away and found the problem. He knew his stuff and was very professional. If we need them 16, I would strongly recommend them to anybody and will use them.

Which they essentially attached it to my older one to make a two way. They"cleaned out it". Okay we believed issue was over well on Tuesday we resume back to normal and it backs up again only this time spilling into our house and into our rugs. Our insurance is called by us and they also ship them out. Jimmie says he has cleared it and apologizes and it's good to go. That exact same afternoon Tracy (owner & also happens to be Jimmie's mother ) calls me They want to come out Friday to scope the line she informs me somebody 18+ needs to be dwelling from 12-2, I get home at 12 and Jimmie was already at my house and he'd scoped and saw that obviously there was a rear up and that he was snaking it for the 3rd time . I ask him do not know. I told him I only wasted my time getting time off of work since Tracy said I needed to be there. He informs me that I told you, you did not need to be here. He says He scopes it and it's cleared and on the camera toilet paper can be clearly seen by me back up. He then pulls the camera out and brings it and he says see that this is on the town's side it's their problem. I tell him I want the line cleared I've already had secondary harm due to them not clearing my lineup and since it's obviously not and he says he has cleared it to the very best of his along with the ability. All he could do now is replace these pipes. I tell him I wouldn't be mad enough to pay him anything following their fair work. I ask him and he says it's him. Then he Tells me he's sorry I feel that way but that is all he could do that he tells me to call the city and he packs his things and leaves. I phone his mom Tracy (at the office) she says she is the manger and owner, therefore I explain things to her and she tells me she needs to speak to Jimmie to find out what's going on (I believed I was the customer and the one who's opinion should matter) she says she will phone me back which she does not. I call the city and my insurance. The city comes out to test it and scopes and my problem is 6 feet from the side walk from where Jimmie explained it belonged to the city, (I'll attach picture of back up) town tells me it's still on my side there's nothing they could do. He was nice. Second business comes out and my traces are cleared by them. Golden state"rid it" 3 occasions and fixed nothing and this other company clears it in 1 shot. My sewer lines are running! Whether this woman her son to run the show like this and displease customers like this, fantastic luck to her business is allowed by Tracy. They lost mine. Hope this helps folks this area rips you Highly DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!
Let's just say I wish there were more stars I could add to the review. My water heater stopped working so I called my insurance and they referred me to Golden State. I spoke to Tracy and she had been very professional and immediately she scheduled a tech (Jimmie) to emerge the exact same day! Because we lived with no hot water, she had been so understanding about my situation. The tech Jimmie came out and instant took a look. Jimmie ordered the water and came out. Jimmie was quite friendly and quite professional and within the hour that he removed and removed water heater, the old one was disposed of by him, Jimmie went above and beyond. I would recommend Golden State Plumbing to anyone.
This inspection could be a five if we had not had to deal with the workplace. First. Michael did a marvelous job, and was fine. I would strongly recommend him. Subsequently, the bad news. It was a warranty job, and Michael was not advised that he was supposed to collect a copay. A woman from the office called and required that we give our credit card information over the telephone to her. She was difficult to deal with and nasty, and got really rude. She sent the plumber back to collect the test.
My garbage disposal has been leaking for months now. I finally called my insurance and they called GoldenState Plumbing to me. Jimmie showed up on time and with a significant grin reassuring me everything was going to be fine. He was confident, effective, and fast. I don't get good customer service, particularly to my door in this way. I thanked and called the proprietor Tracy and let her know what a great job her employee did for me! I let them know superior work and what customer service I get and followed up with the insurance. A +
Golden State Plumbing many times has been used by me, they always came early or on time! The service was problems solved right away. Very nice service men Jimmy and Nethan were polite and cleaned up after themselves. And Traci and Megan in the office were very useful with working with me and my schedule.
My home warranty company referred me to the corporation. They came out and did not have the parts. Then said they would order the parts and phone me back to reschedule. After I called them back and talked to Tracy explained that the warranty wouldn't cover the parts but if I purchased the parts they'd return to replace them. Tracy phoned me back a third time and explained I'd be liable for paying how it had been explained to me from the home warranty. When I questioned her she promptly started crying like a banshee. Isn't the method to be doing 21, if I had been wrong, to begin crying like a psycho. No one deserves to be screamed at. Especially, a customer.
Had my tankless water. Speedy job that is well done, and service, same day. They are extremely professional and knew what they do. Problem was resolved by friendly and with heater water fast. Gave us hints to keep it from messing up.
