Nice place customer support full
So that we could have water in the home we moved with a urgent demand for several parts into GPFS on a Saturday. Edo spent a great deal of time to find the parts, although this company is a distributor that provides plumbers. He even asked a plumber who had purchased a part we needed by them to return it so we could have water to the weekend. He also saved the day and our weekend! He went above and beyond expectations.
I went to check out their kitchen & bath faucet choices during their business hour. I was the only customer then. There I found:
. . .So I left. I have gone to local plumbing shops in the past several weeks and they were nice.
* A secretary who doesn't even say hello (but she did see me)
Bottom line: I won't ever return to this place.
* An older guy came in afterwards, who appeared to be functioning there - that he talked to the secretary. NO greetings from this guy.
* The entire showroom is dark I could barely see what's at the showroom. If this location tried to conserve energy, that is totally fine. But H-E-L-L-O? There's a client you understand? Can not they offer to turn the light a little up?
