"What's really going on in the Kitchen anyway?" . It's uncommon for any Restaurant to let a Tour of the Kitchen Facilities to Customers until they decide to eat there. The theory is that a sterile Disinfected Toilet means a sterile Kitchen, whereas a Dirty Nasty Toilet means a... well you get the drift! Henderson Plumbing works with many Restaurants and Bars in San Francisco and if we have worked in their Bathrooms chances are we have likely also worked in their own Kitchens. When we answer a call by a Bar or Restaurant that we have not serviced earlier, and walk into a nasty, smelly, cockroach infested, gross Kitchen Bathroom we will turn around and walk back out before the owners have the place Professionally Fumigated and/or Disinfected. When we do return, we be sure the owners are educated on the importance of and how to keep germ free Kitchen clean and Toilet Facilities. These would be the only men willing to come to Montara. The good news is that they have been friendly -- pros' sort you need working under circumstances that are tough in your home.
I wish I could have a better opinion of these men. I never have a chance to rate their plumbing work. I called and scheduled an appointment for them to come over and provide an estimate on installing a new water heater. The day came and they didn't show they gave me. I gave them a call and it turns out their plumber was running . That is fine, but it would have been nice to have been notified without me needing to chase that information down. The guy never revealed. I heard back from them, and never called three times during the day, left messages. They also never followed up later that week or ever.
Never showed rescheduled, didn't show up then never called to followup.
I had heard great things about Henderson plumbing and was eager to work together. I'm sorry to say they wasted my time. I would have liked to give them a small business. I'm quite disappointed in their customer service.
For the first project, a lot of plumbers and I had spoken and they seemed merely too busy or disinterested in the project. His efficient experience made it easy for me to when John came by to give me a quote

I can not speak highly enough about the guys at Henderson Plumbing. They did two jobs in the course of 3 months at two of my possessions for me - both were finished in fashion that is exceptional and very reasonably priced.
This was no easy task and the guys at Henderson made sure that this job was finished in two weeks.
For the bigger 1st project, we jumped my tank water heater from the randomly strange space before my furnace and then rerouted of a great deal of gas and water heater to fit the spot. Then they set up a post as a barrier for automobiles. In between all that, they eliminated an dangerous water valve, capped it, and also added a safe tap and cut a slice of piping which functioned zero function, but also has helped create much needed space. All, sounded excellent, worked great and everything was up to spec.
The company and mellow demeanor of john left working with him a really fantastic experience. He's a true professional: He's communicative, responsive via phone and email, and is a wonderful guy his lead plumber does work and is also a fantastic guy. To how this team is their final product speaks.
John is very good to work with. Super and Reactive professional. I have had him come into my residence a handful of times now and that he gets the job done the first time. Fair and reasonable on price also. Certainly my plumber and first person I think about for my clientele. Highly recommend him!
I love that I know John, he's done tons of work at the apartment. He is knowledgeable, very reliable, and effective. There's no guessing game with no openings and John, he does outstanding job and promises his services. He's repaired leaks, unclogged drains, and most recently helped with what I thought was likely to be a major issue with my hot water heater and it turned out to be something small....was so relieved but was a larger issue there's no one else I'd want doing work at my apartment complex. Vendors are tough to find and I highly recommend John!
