Because I noticed that there was a puddle of water beneath my water heater discount plumbing was called by me. Connor came by my house before this morning and evaluated the issue. He recommended we replace it after noticing that the water heater has been 2001.
Overall service and I recommend for some of your plumbing problems!
The heater emptied and eliminated it and cleaned up all the mess from before then Installed a brand-new rheem heater.

Contacted their plumbing services in the morning and they had somebody in my door within the hour. Carlos was very professional, got the job done, and explained what had to be performed for upkeep. Would suggest to anyone with plumbing problems!

Contacted them through yelp a few weeks ago to snake a shower drain. Kevin reacted and offered a thing. They were there on time the next day and they did good work. Would definitely use them again.

In assessing my difficulty with at the summertime, Angel and Robert were helpful and they were in my house I had a kitchen sink that was backed up I called discount plumbing. I phoned Discount Plumbing to repair a leaky toilet. I I would get a call Tuesday and phoned at Monday night. In 8am Tuesday I got a call saying that they are there within the hour! He was courteous, professional and educated. He also fixed our toilet without hidden or event costs. We will contact Elmer and Discount Plumbing, if we have other plumbing needs!

Since my tub takes too long to drain, I called again. Tonight, Tony showed up and did an amazing job trying to repair my tub clog. He climbed up on my roof to snake it. He repaired it! I am so excited to have a shower at a bath that does not fill up after 5 minutes. Thanks Tony!

Ranking on cost. Quote won't be given by discount unlike what yelp lets you know. It was $80 more than others to get a $ 5 flapper replacement that is darn If they came out for quote.

If that is the way they treat clients envision how they treat you once you're sunk and hooked line. Their Customer service stinks worse than a bath.
Just called to request information for their services and they insisted that the plumber would come outside to provide a free estimate. I dont really like how they are not straight with giving a quote of an exact work I am asking them to do, when they can come over within a short period of time but I was willing to give it a shot. The first person came back, and Then they put me on hold for 10 minutes with two anglers picking up the phone to find out when I was assisted and said maybe not until now. They simply wrapped up rudely when I said let me call back when I need assistance.

I had a question about our storm drain, and an issue with my sink and sink. Carlos arrived time after I predicted, was friendly and comprehensive.

They started a job and never finished. This isn't safe. I am a renter, therefore I have no recourse, and also my Landlord is not able to get hold of them.

I am a SF realtor who recorded a home in Burlingame at Feb.. I sold the property in 1995 to my client's grandmother. I remembered at point of sale it was mandatory to provide certification to the planning dept. the property handed the sewer lateral strain evaluation.
The scientist came. Jason informed me later that the stress test was passed by the machine. He prepared that paperwork and handed it to me. I was so relieved. If it wasn't, my anxiety would have climbed to a different level. . .nothing worse than an realtor haha.
Jason and I met at the home. He had been early and had begun to fill the lines. He explained the process and that he had to await the engineer.
Even though the sewer pipes system had been substituted in 1986, I contacted the Burlingame planning dept. I had been informed that the sewer system strain needed to be retested since it had been more than the required 25-year mark that the sewage pipes system was substituted and hadn't been retested since. I was informed that the plumber needed to be on Burlingame's list of plumbers to execute the test.
After two months of marketing my client received a few offers. The accepted offer was supposed to close in 10 days. I contacted him more than concerned about the testing and also the chance that repairs were needed which could delay closing. Jason was quite reassuring and having analyzed the plans he said that the sewer system should pass the evaluation.
Jason was effective, timely with responses to my messages and exceptionally kind. I would strongly recommend Jason to anybody desiring updates or plumbing repairs.
I became preoccupied with updates and the pre-marketing job needed for the property as I tried to fulfill meet the very first public showing deadline.
I left a voice message with Jason and he responded within hours. I was informed by him of what had to be carried out. He filed for the license and contacted the City. That needed be present during the review. Jason informed me that the scheduling with a engineer could take some time.

I got tired of spending cash on drano and decided to give a call to get a non-emergency drain clearing to the experts.
