I achieved to Honest Plumbing with the SOS to help us get the bathtub in more than the weekend prior to the contractor was scheduled to start on the tile. Joe was fast to respond, came within two days, on time when he said he did the job for a excellent price, and would. Clean work and it seems excellent! He really knows what he is doing and is honest and just.
I'm convinced Joe is an angel! We had been undergoing a top-to-bottom reno with tight schedules between the contractor, plumbing, electric, etc.. Since it was likely to set us back a week with our contractor after our plumber canceled last minute we were panicking.
Gotta heap on another 5 star review for Joe and Honest Plumbing. These men saved the day back in December when I attempted to flush my water heater, not knowing that the pressure relief valve had become corroded that it wouldn't seal back up again and came out. My spouse was months pregnant at the time, therefore not having hot water wasn't exactly ideal. But, Joe/Honest Plumbing was able to come the morning and find that swapped out. He helped me diagnose exactly what was wrong with my water heater to begin with, that had nothing to do without flushing all these years.
Fast-forward 7 or so months, and it was time for a new water heater, and these men were able get it phased out in only a couple of hours, and to come out with only a couple of days notice. It was affordable, and they swapped out some of the lines running to the water heater since those were so corroded, and made sure to install a drip tray and PVC piping to run the flow to our ground drain (that I had not even thought of ).
I have some bare plumbing work to be completed in our cellar and I will definitely be reaching out to those men once comes. Definitely highly suggested.
Amazingly was able to fix our swamp cooler that is leaking, although he was able to emerge the following day and mended not merely the ball valve on the sprinkler.
100 Stars! We delivered him a question, he immediately sent a follow up question which helped explain our problem.

Contacted this company through yelp and got a reply. My water heater needed an issue and these men came and replaced it. Customer support was great and the price was fair. They were very cool with my puppy too, I strongly suggest these men.

After going to a few other plumbing companies for quotes to aid with water heater replacement/installation on my previous home, I came across Honest Plumbing on Yelp. These jobs are less straightforward as a replacement, as any owner of an older house can attest. Honest Plumbing came in with creative solutions, and a new perspective. They were prompt, professional and inside their cost. They also took time to show me what we could do with other regions of improvement for prices. I'll be hiring them. Highly recommended!
Relieved that it wasn't a significant, in-wall pipe escape, Josh said it'd cost $650 to fix. WHAT! I asked,'how much can you charge an hour!?' We charge. If you have ever fixed a toilet ring on a toilet, you'll know my shock (drain the toilet, two screws remove the toilet, remove the old wax ring and clean the area and place a new wax ring set up ). I just checked Home Depot toilet rings $9.89 and flapper kits are $13.97).
Josh, the tech shows up over the 2-hour window they supplied and discovered it was a leaking toilet seal (round the base where the toilet matches the drain). In addition, he suggested he replace the flapper unit within the toilet.
I am sorry, $23 $625 in labor, in parts? Hope that this helps should you hear the'we do not charge per hour' (crap since the tech understand just what they charged per hour). Low cost to get out there cost to do the job.
I've a unit in Denver and known as Honest Plumbing to take a look at a flow coming from the upstairs bathroom. When I called to schedule, Jessica was nice and they could get to my unit quickly. I asked Jessica stated they charge per hour rather than per job and how much they charge; she followed up to say they cost a service fee to look into the issue and then apply that to the charges that were future should there be any. She said the technicians have the parts they need available there inside their service vehicle.
Our water heater expired, and Honest Plumbing was great. They conveyed produced an honest and competitive bid, showed up when they stated they got the work, and would. We will call them.
Joe was great from begin to finish to our tankless water heater setup. Fast response, great communication, receptive and honest price that is competitive and reasonable, during the diagnosis and estimate, and great follow up. I would highly recommend Joe and team!
Just called to schedule someone to come give me an estimate to replace water to my swamp cooler (Monday, June 18). Hours were recorded as 7am to 7pm, but no one answer, just an answering system that told me that he was out of town before June 21 and to call back on the 21st. Disappointing. I will try somebody else.
Note, I didn't have work done by Joe. He never called back. Other reviews sounded great but apparently he is not taking new customers?
We had water leaking from our garage ceiling below our master bath on a Saturday. Joe was within one hour and returned my call promptly. . .on a Saturday. He fixed the faucet onto the bathtub. His pricing was very very fair, particularly. We highly recommend Joe in Honest Plumbing!
Joe replaced with a gas regulator personally, and came out to fix a couple of gas leaks for me personally. He got it all done on precisely the exact same day after offering me a very reasonable quote and ran to grab the parts. I had to have him come back a couple of days later to take care of a couple of other things more that I wasn't conscious of the very first time around. Joe once again came in a timely manner and got the job done. His company does not attempt to rip you off just like the big companies do, and is phenomenal. Thank you Joe You are the man!
I have now had Joe out to our house twice to do some plumbing work. 1 job entailed replacing a few bad solder joints on the sprinkler vacuum cleaner, and another included swapping out my sump pump. I must state I could not be more happy with Joe work, and prices that I felt were really honest.
Overall if you're looking for a really"Honest" plumber, give Joe a call.
For your sump pump job I'd bought all the pipe as well as the sump pump / fittings that I had expected to desire, but of course forgot a couple of products. Joe captured some short lengths of PVC from his house, which will allow me to return several segments that I'd bought, and also went into Home Depot to pick up the parts that were lost.
Joe is such a great man and did a perfect job replacing our water heater on short notice (and also on a Sunday). I'd recommend him to anybody!
Honest Plumbing is advertised. Joe immediately assessed the problem and solution and visited on a Saturday. He clearly explained what caused my dilemma and how to repair it. He worked and cleaned up everything when done. Pricing is very affordable and well worth it knowing that my problem is solved in a quality manner. I'll use this company for many of my plumbing projects.
This is a review that is late, but I wanted to acknowledge that the owner of this business, Joe Gonzales, totally lives up to the title of the firm. He did a few work that was spigot in November for me and installed a hot water heater. So trustworthiness was paramount it was a big cost for my household. He's very straightforward in regards to range of work, price quotes, scheduling, etc.. Very good at communication through text phone and email. I enjoy his approach that is simple and direct. Highly recommend.
