Our kitchen sink has been backed up from years of dirt and the usual solutions were not working (e.g. Drain-O or a little auger). Payless was able to promptly come and solve the matter, while explaining how we could avoid it moving.
I feel that we have a fair price for the job (more affordable than one competitor we contacted to make sure we were getting a deal). Would certainly recommend them.
This business seems to think that the client works for them. They've limited and ridiculous scheduling and then blame the customer for it and then mess up scheduling. They don't care whether the client registers work for their incompetence. I've had a lot of work done in my home as the owner that is never produced updates. This is with. And before you react denial or Payless, whatever explanation you create, your incompetence doesn't alter.
Tom did an awesome job. Not merely did he install our brand new faucet/sink/disposal, He needed to completely rebuild the pipes. It looks and functions fantastic. We have used multiple times to him for pipes issues and each time he has gotten the job. Pay Less Plumbing is highly recommended by me and will continue to utilize all our upcoming plumbing requirements for.
A quick and inaccurate identification by Payless plumbing resulted in a significant bit of water damage in my basement. After calling them regarding a slightly leaky kitchen faucet, we had been advised it was a loose seal/connection which the plumber (owner) tightened. We thought this was good news before we found water under the sink, and returned from three day weekend trip, on the timber floor of their kitchen and in the basement.
When we called them to come out since this repair had not worked, the same plumber said the leaky faucet did not only have a loose connection but wanted replacement. So in addition to paying a high flat-rate repair fee now, do water damage mitigation and we needed to clean up the damaged things in the bedroom under. We weren't offered a discount or an apology for the damage caused by the fix that was misdiagnosed. This is not what I expect of a professional.
Payless has done work for us twice. Tom was on time, nice, knowledgeable and tidy. I strongly recommend.
Tom is excellent. Customer service! Even a follow up call. It is hard to discover this quality of service in Denver. I highly recomend him for his honesty and for his diagnostics.
Recently I had a leak in my basement and had a friend help me out with a fix and try. The leak was still there after my friend was done and then that I went to panic mode. I called a couple of companies to help me diagnosis the problem and Tom T from Payless plumbing was outside in record time following my telephone. Tom took the time to discuss the problem with me as well as how good the bad and the ugly. It's never fun I felt like Tom really wanted to help my family and I with outside scenario I felt very comfortable moving ahead with Tom and Payless to get the job done. We scheduled the job to get a Saturday and also to my surprise the same rates were offered on weekends. After lots of hard work Tom had fixed the problem and did it with a friendly and positive attitude. I would advise Payless Plumbing for any occupation and with confidence can say they will do a great job.
I mean that in the way. We are doing a remodel so we already had him scheduled to come out to a certain day for moving a port and installing a fresh toekick heater....1st day of demonstration (approx a week before Tom is scheduled), unrelated (but hugely unplanned) that the water heater breaks. Tom gave us options including looking to get a dent and scratch design to save us cash and immediately came out. In the end, we even opted to put in a recirculating pump which gives us around instant hot water. Hated to invest the money, but it's some! His helper and tom were educated clean, and quick. He's now our plumber for lifetime as I told him!
