I was extremely happy with Plumb Experts, who mended my leaky faucets and changed out the leaking lines beneath my"vintage" bathroom sink. She knew her stuff, explained the choices, and was professional. She was neat and effective. And I must say it's wonderful to find a woman in this company! I will call them again!

COLORADO SEWER SERVICE INC saved the day!!!!!
-The whole week of Sept 16 came and went with no refund check in the email. (we live 1 zip code away from their office)
-This night, the clog returned AND we where the tech was working noticed a tile in our bathroom was cracked.
- The tech arrived and was dispatched in a timely fashion
- I Called and asked of 2 days and eventually had to go to their office.
- The machine in-fact did not do the job.
- The tech seemed less of a plumber, who spent the first 10-15 mins hoping to up-sell vs just fix our toilet that was clogged and more of a car salesman. More so, he didnt know his products well or their prices (-that he kept referring to some binder.)
Not a company I can recommend nor can I call on again.
- Interesting Fact: The issuer of this check Hand-wrote on the back of the check something to the effect of"By signing and cashing this check, I agree the matter is resolved and no poor reviews would be posted online."
- The tech's equipment was"broken" so that he went into a poor (snake) machine he claimed"This probably wont work, but we will try it anyhow."
-The tech spent the greater part of the mins in the back of his truck hoping to repair the machine. No achievement.
(in roughly an hour)
- I sent the email and waited.
- With no other options, the tech had another machine shipped out and called his shipment.
- The following day I called and spoke with Phil who seemed to care about this company trade that is lousy and was polite. He asked to schedule a time the following day to come out and fix the issue. I had clarified we called another plumber and the issue was fixed. He said he wished to come out and watch the crack in the tile.
- The following day, Phil had a worker call me to cancel our appointment and that I need to email photos/ images of files / That he would place a refund check in the email.
iT'S GONNA BE BAD.
Phil, the owner, is the very caustic. The OWNER!!! More importantly.

We had a line ended on the Saturday and they came out the day, and back New Year's Eve to complete the job. Everything cleaned up and functioned in a manner that was speedy but thorough.
They needed to take up some tile and jackhammer our cellar floor to fix the issue, however they left quite clean lines to the tiler to spot in replacement tiles, were quite cautious with my appliances, also took photos for me to use in my insurance case.
Competitive pricing and fine technicians who arrived VERY late. I'd actually just cancelled using their shipment when they arrived. I am not sure if this was a ploy OR just the nature but they gave us a bidding, I accepted the work and 30 minutes later they called to fulfill with Denver code. Aside from that, they were quite nice and the prices were far better than those offered by Brothers, Applewood, etc..
Yikes.. .quoted $ 9,000 for two 50 gallon water heaters over. Makes me want to get a different plumber here to determine if we even need them. Not a company you should anticipate. And needless to say, they want to up-sell to possess their company extend the warranty.
Reasonable enough, too pricey though. Getting harder to find a plumber at Denver. Business model is sold by up with these men. Told the dispatcher a time period I was available for the support call. Then when I told him that I couldn't be there at that time to allow him 29, he telephoned saying that the serviceman came super early and was pissed.
Wow! Never experienced support. Can 100% utilize Plumb Experts again!
When emergencies happen, you fear calling the plumber or the handyman - but not in the event of Plumb Pro's! The moment I called (at 9 o'clock at night!) I was met with friendly support by the proprietor, Deb, who managed to send someone. Was so pleasant and even funny! He clarified the repairs me that I understood and felt relaying back to my landlord.
I really like this corporation Just as one can love an HVAC/PLUMBING Business. Since we moved in our home We've had difficulties with our line. I have to admit, I set off since I could think was that it needed to be the main line, calling anyone for awhile.
Two gentlemen came out. They have been on time and communicated well with me so that I did not lose my day. They had been courteous If they got her. They made a video of the main line for my husband and notes as he wasn't home for the explanation. I could not ask for more from a firm.
Good to know "Good Ol' Fashioned Customer Support" is so much more than a tagline for them!
First time. I had been pleased with the tech that came out - friendly and professional. Our water heater was leaking and we all needed it replaced. He went through the alternatives available to us - tankless, bigger unit, or a right one for one. I'll use them again.
Had Plumb Experts come out and set up a pressure regulator on our line. They organized had been on time, and completed within a brief time period. The guys answered all my queries and were easy and friendly to work with. Their prices are slightly steep but for the brief notice and service that is speedy their job was appreciated by me.
Plumb Experts can truly brag in their service that is old fashioned. They are highly recommended by me.
There isn't enough space to have the ability to explain how happy I'm with Plumb Experts and their two Techs, Alfred and Brandon. I could tell they enjoyed their tasks they were joyful, professional and extremely capable. They were ancient, stayed until the job was done AND all my queries.

Woah. After getting hit with an estimate of over 2K to tackle a couple of stripped faucet handles, men and polite but the reviews that talk about costs make complete sense. Holy smokes!
Outlandish prices/estimate to repair a faucet problem. Tried to explain how this figure was computed and the explanation made no sense. I requested them to leave my house and they tried to increase the amount I had been quoted for a service call, $39. Not a organization.
We had a flood in the basement and Phil Ramos came out over the hour. Had the pipes repaired quickly. Was neat, and friendly, and reasonable folks dung also on a Saturday. Will use again if needed, and would recommend.
Purchasing my first home has been incredibly stressful. This was before Luke with Plumb Pros revealed up to my house to repair my plumbing needs all. Not only was he educated about what pipes, however, he was also polite and understanding for my own situation. Luke, viewing what a mess I was, gave me his personal cellphone number to call/text any queries to. He did an unbelievable job on my house and has continued to help me with small"fix-it" queries along the way. I would strongly suggest Plumb Pros to any homeowner in need of installations.
Fantastic experience with Plumb Pros. Very knowledgeable and up front about cost for what we had to get done tonight and gave us cost which we're going to have to become in the future. The technician Jason was a complete pleasure not only knowledgeable but quite comprehensive. We told him about our past expirances and he let us know how things should have been done. He is truly appreciated by us and the job hid did for us. We urge them to other people and will contact them . My kids thought he was a guy he was given two chocolate bunnies by them.

These guys are great. They're respectful, they are clean, plus they are prepared to educate. They did not get annoyed with some of my inquiries and they actually taught me a bit. Men I would use. Held a dialogue with my 15 yr old and educated him by explaining exactly what he was doing step by step things. Great guys.
My vehicle was nearly run into by among their drivers although I am uncertain about the organization. He drove in a higher rate of speed.
Terrific experience with Plumb Experts! I was amazed that the staffs are trained for both Plumbing AND Heating/Cooling....that turned out to be quite useful for me! They have been quite friendly diligent regarding cleanliness and educated. They let me know the pricing up front, including the chance of issues that they may get that could result in fees. No further issues were found by them, but I would have trusted them if they'd. I just feel as though this company has it figured out.
