They were cool. I needed to get a water heater. The older one was dragged by arman and took it back into the shop. However they are usually closed, he came on Saturday. Setup was fantastic.

Bottom line is we received inferior service and rather than finding our option installed's garbage disposal, we got a replacement of the. Using an open box return, we are stuck Additionally to an online merchant because of HVS Plumbing.
Sev within their workplace coordinated the repair and the plumber came as scheduled. HVS's plumber who came out was extremely rude and stated that the garbage disposal that is newly purchased missed the service ring and we'd want to use their garbage disposal in a cost. We agreed to find the job done to maintain our tenants happy. They advertised their brand new unit to be bigger/better/etc. (howeverthey replaced the existing device with the same version that leaked). After we returned from our holiday, we found that all of the garbage disposal that we purchased online including service ring's areas were present. After spending hours with them, we were able to get the'retail' price for their garbage disposal. HVS Pluming did not own up for their errors.
This business has gone downhill. Arman was a terrific plumber that we'd assist us several plumbing problems (water heaters, etc.) over the past couple of years. Arman has sadly since abandoned HVS Plumbing.
We called while we had been on vacation, a leaking garbage disposal to be replaced by the HVS Plumbing. Though Arman was accessible, we agreed anyway thinking that HVS's plumbers would be of quality. We purchased a brand new garbage disposal ahead of time to allow their plumber. An install price was agreed to by us, they revised their estimate because of an pricing quote malfunction to 150% of the price that was originally agreed. We gave the business benefit of the doubt and approved the new cost anyhow.

I have a company and pipes solutions straight away. . That he really helped me out and I talked with Sevan and stored the _0_EXTENSION and I did not need to lose a day of company because of flood! Thank you HVS pipes!

Ever write reviews because to be honest I never care enough to do so unless it is awful or excellent. Glad to say HVS was the afterwards. I had this leak that is stupid which I tried to fix myself and if that did not work I decided to call in a specialist. Super glad I did! V.j. Came in and repaired what I had done. So grateful! Will call again. :)

One thing I can say about HVS plumbing is they are people that are rude and know nothing about customer support. . .sure less compared to other places may charge if they come into your home and disrespect you. They've dropped us as a customer. . .and should they maintain the attitude theyll end up losing more clients. There are plenty of other plumbers available they aren't the only ones. I wouldn't do business with them. Neither if you!!

Thanks so much!!!!! I no nothing about just what the hell was going wrong with my plumbing but came in and got everything working again! I was a sexy mess and anxious about the price and fearful they would take advantage of my no knowledge and bill me an arm and a leg... But that never happened that they were very honest and very reasonable. I will use them again and again.... For coping with me, thank you! I appreciate you guys so much!!!

Great service used them twise and will recomend them to anyone. Yhey opened the primary drain and altered my shower valve. Very reliable and organized.
