I called my plumber Brian Lutz (no relation) and he advocated AJ michaels to perform the repair. Brian stated"He'd come in behind them on event and they do great work."
I spoke to Donna and she managed to line someone up . Matt was clear that this is a repair. That the water went again that day. I called Donna and she had the replacement part fell at our house and Matt came back to finish the repair. All in precisely the same day!

They have been washed up what they touched and professional.
The repair was $400 less than the other guy and was a part that is different.

He was professional and honest and efficient! Would highly recommend AJ Michaels. Have had them perform service and support individual was very professional and helpful with advice! Service trip price $99 trip charge plus component that is $ 5 plus labor! I'm a happy client!!!
Paul just came by since I called AJ Michaels morning since upstairs wasn't working. He figured out it within minutes. It might have Ben a job that was very costly but it was only! He also replaced a dirty air filter I was a little lazy to replace I must acknowledge and demands a step ladder and that my hubby dismissed.

Your neighbours to upset. Blocking the street at the time when folks are leaving for work. I waved at him and he saw he abandoned his truck there blocking the alley and I waited.
Don't hire a company which does not care about fixing your neighbors politely and demonstrates that degree of not caring about their reputation and professionally.

EDITED at the Base Disadvantages: I wanted a recessed medicine cabinet. They did not inform me that this could make it lopsided. It simply doesn't look right. But I could live with this. They utilized WOOD TRIM on the window in the shower (#oldhouseproblems) I'm not a builder, but I have many friends and family in other areas who are. Wood isn't used by you . It began warping. I appreciate that they replaced it with plastic but why can you use wood in the first location? The tiles on the ground were not installed nicely. They will crack, if tiles aren't firmly installed to the grout/glue/stuff. Tile is assumed to be super durable. We do not drop a lot of items that are heavy . We walk onto it. We dropped a hair brush or a shampoo bottle. As it does, There's not any reason that the tile ought to have as hairline cracks. Today we have a dent in our bathtub. I'm not even sure how that can happen if you don't apply the cheapest bathtub potential.

I can't give them 5 stars, but I am much more happy with the job and I think it's going to be durable. Appeared educated and much more experienced than the one that came the first time out. I'm adjusting my critique since I'm I'm still frustrated that we needed to go thru all thisI am happy that they stood with their job and made it appropriate.
Pros: Excellent job on the green plank walls (but I could have done that myself) They did come out and fix the wood in the window (mentioned below) so that I appreciate that a lot

Tl;dr: They cut corners or simply didn't do it and charged a lot. I can't recommend them.

EDIT: I was not conscious of the guarantee. It's good for 10 years. After contacting me they came out and replaced the tile at my request sheet vinyl. They replaced the splitting vanity as well as added quarter around on the room's outside. They said the dented tub was not their fault.
You can see the very small cracks in the tile are not so tiny. The grout is coming out in some places that's from tiles. The floor will have to become re-done. Tile should last 50 decades. This is dying after 5. That is PATHETIC. I've included the gap in the bathtub. Most crappy tub potential. You can see in the picture at which the most crappy quality sink cabinet referred to man is splitting.
The ONLY thing that they did well (that I couldn't have done myself) is the demo. Because I can't observe the electrical or pipes, I can't vouch for the electrical or pipes. Their work speaks for itself.
I think if they'd billed less money, I wouldn't have been annoyed with all the low quality of the job and materials. We paid about 13k. They gutted and redid the bathroom about five decades back.

I can not rave about AJ Michaels. It was a hot and muggy summer day when I realized that the air conditioning unit in my condo was on the fritz. I called AJ Michaels at the suggestion of friend who had used them. Jim Blake replaced a component and came out and had it working right away. I decided, since it was vintage 1987and on its last legs anyway, that I would find an estimate for a whole device instead of let it do expire at the worst possible moment. Their quote that was written was immediately supplied in a way that I could understand and compared to others was reasonable. Jim and I talked over the phone to go over choices and decided to go with his recommendation. They scheduled my install at my convenience, a time that I was able to take work off and they showed up. Chris was knowledgeable and friendly. He brought his working apprentice with himwho was committed and very considerate. They could complete the task as promised, installing the new, in spite of the heat and removing all the equipment that is old that they needed to work in. The place cleaned after the were completed and left everything tidy and functioning good. I got a lesson on general maintenance and filter cleaning.
I recommend them highly to anyone I know who needs their services and would use them again. I am a tough critic and for me personally to give 5 stars really means something.

A.J. Michaels was our plumber for years until two weeks ago when our ac died. Was impolite. The estimator could not come for an entire week. Then the Estimator never revealed. He predicted after we said that he had been given the assignment in the last minute by the workplace and inquired concerning the no show with the workplace though the office had verified with us. They're not the company they used to and they are no more our technicians.

I had a brand new unit installed from AJ Michael's 2-3 decades back. They shot down my enclosement to get to the device (so they said) and never put it back or did anything. I should have complained I am not at the trunk so it did not disturb me until I saw it again I called them again now and they kept their word and removed the wood. I probably still wouldn't use them since they likely did not have to remove the enclosure but upgraded since they kept their term

She finally told me that she'd have someone call me Monday morning to talk. Great. I would love to have a shower at some point before then, as I'm expected to look (and smell) like an expert at work, instead of like the population I serve.
When discussing the issue with all the hot water heater together with the girl who phoned me (after I left a message with their answering service), she lost points on many accounts. To begin with, by telling me it's not possible that I have a gas hot water heater (actually? Since they do not come from the size I told her that I have (which can be clearly posted on the hot water heater ). Second, by telling me they don't offer any sort of funding whatsoever on fixes under $1500. When I asked her about the 90 days same as cash financing available for hot water heater repairs, I had been told"we do not do this anymore." I advised her that I had been reading that to her by the site and she changed her answer to"oh, I'd no idea we do this, I guess I will have to ask someone."
I doubt it, although it's possible that my reading comprehension skills aren't what they used to be. This is what I found today, and read with whom I spoke to the person:
I have not had hot water in two days, which isn't likely to fly much longer in a home with a newborn - involving laundry, baths, showers, doing the dishes, etc., we use our fair share of warm water. Searching for a place who will bill or provide funding options, I thought I'd struck gold once I found the AJ Michaels site.
"Bank financing is available for all our offered installations and services including heating, plumbing, air conditioning, and bathroom remodeling for up to five years. Water heaters and smaller support repairs may also be financed for 90 days same as cash or from 12 to 24 months depending upon the size of their job."
Don't bother calling AJ Michaels, as the employees seem to be unaware of the info.
AJ Michaels is getting two celebrities on the off-chance that they do make the decision to assist with funding with this fix. Otherwise, they'll get a reluctant single star!

No Show , Had appointment they didn't Reveal, I confirmed I was told they'd be in my Home 11-4 well guess what no show I Phoned Workplace and goes to Hotmail, would Not recommend this Firm

Called this business to get an estimate. . Representative arrives, assessed my unit. . Never got the quote. . No follow up at all. .

Service was never left. Left message and got call day by a representative. Gave demographics including cell and home number following 14, and setup for solutions. Representative called dwelling number morning of day of service requesting to reschedule as they have request service to get someone without A/C. Although it had been an inconvenience agreed to have service on Thursday between 2 and 4 pm. Exactly the exact same week (two days after ). Business service department left message on cell phone while I was at work and didn't call the home number where we had been awaiting the service technician as they rescheduled for this time. They cancelled the service call, since I didn't return the call. They claimed they didn't have the home number which they did this was supplied on the call and they called us that number to reschedule. They never said that someone would need to return a telephone to be able to get the service. We did them a favor at agreeing reaarange our schedules to have them fail to show and be chastised because of their poor customer services and to reschedule the visit.

The whole process has been a breeze. From the sales person to the installation everyone we went to accommodate all our needs and really worked with was polite. The little things they made sure to cover was not something we thought of. We would suggest to anybody.

Apparently you have sufficient clients and are very busy with them, so losing my business won't hurt you!!
I have had an appointment for over a month. I am called the afternoon of my appointment back to cancel because of weather I call to schedule. I am aware that an AC can not be analyzed below a certain temperature, so the rescheduling is clear. This morning, the reschedule that was final came. It was not even the fact that it had been canceled again which caused me to write a review, it was what the girl said , when I said, have you any idea when it will be rescheduled for, my AC isn't functioning very well. She responded with"you along with 100 other client's aren't functioning well, as I mentioned we would get there as soon as possible"

Saturday afternoon: Notice a leak in the cellar of a house I handle. Called A.J. Michaels and scheduled an appointment for Monday. Was called of inquiring if they could come day. You bet! Tech Brian (great man ) showed up and located a flow coming out of the cast iron stack. He phoned the office and place a exact same day appointment for an estimator (Chris) who arrived on time (with a pre-call to mention he had been on his way). He assessed the project, composed the estimate and left without a hard sell (I needed to check with land owner). I received the fine and Chris came to my house to pick up the paperwork and deposit test. 40 minutes later, a plumber friend reunite with me stating he can do the job ASAP. Days after, estimate and the check were sent by mail.
In the modern climate of"screw the customer at any cost", it's refreshing to discover a company with integrity. I have used AJM in the past and will use them again... if my buddy is not available, that is. :o)

I utilized AJ Michaels for the Heat Vacuum Cleaners and I could not be happier. Even if it worked, the house was COLD in the winter with lukewarm from the vents. They put in a Carrier Infinity system and I can not feel the difference!
I would strongly suggest them!!!
We've lived in our house for 2 decades and that is. There is warm air coming out of the vents! Also, our electrical bill was slashed due to the new high efficiency system.
The installer was fantastic. He kept everything really neat from the basement. The Estimator that came out was very knowledgeable and explained everything in a way I could know to me. This is a company that takes pride.

After turning the gas back on after bringing the gas line around code and replacing my own water heater, they helped me light the pilot lights in my oven. Guys, thanks!
