Comments

I would certainly suggest Jim Wagner Plumbing for any emergency or plumbing services that you might require.
Julie answered. She was really nice and agreeable, which was really useful considering the stressful situation we were beneath. She managed to set up a direct emergency appointment, where technician Chris came within an hour or so to our website.
Chris was very friendly, totally upfront about the prices of labor and the components, and clarified the process so well it could be likely understood by a five year. He completed the job in about an hour or so, and taking payment was painless as well.
Our warm water heating sprung a leak, dousing our laundry room. Panicked, we tried calling pipes providers, just to run to a wall individuals that are rude, of voicemails, or no accessibility for 5 days.

We won't call Jim Wagner Plumbing again.
Through the time , the plumber has been condescending and rude. When my husband had been asking about the price, if there were any penalties, in any case, the man responded that other people have jobs so we're lucky for having to pay $270. The remarks around the price lasted, although That is true it could be worse.
My husband called to be given a quote to substitute our garbage disposal. The girl said a quote couldn't be given as the plumber needs to bidding in person, and that there is a fee for showing up. When the plumber came, he said all prices are fixed from"the book" and quoted $270. This sounded high. That the quote has been mended, and we needed to pay $40 to receive it could have been awarded over the telephone.
The job was agreed to. He commented it wouldn't fit, when the plumber moved to install the new unit. This was discussed and in the first 15 mins that some pipes would have to get cut. The plumber becomes frustrated because cutting the plumbing isn't feasible, and commented how everyone understands that, etc.. Again, the voice that is loud and the condensing attitude led my husband into stating"It is time for you to depart." This was a first.

Shocking, but the office manager did not have anybody call me back.

Feeling incredibly ripped off. Should have assessed Yelp first. We paid the $39 to have the guy come and give us the quote. I didn't have any clue how long or extensive the job was. I called the company to give them client feedback. The woman on the telephone listened politely said she would conduct up my complaint . I have confidence she did. They did not bother to call back if she'd say something to her boss. The only reason is because the man who reached the home was nice and the woman on the phone was polite, but I am confident they are WAY overpriced.

I called to get a quote to get my gas line stretched within my house to put in a gas fireplace. I was told that I would have to pay a $39 fee. I asked whenever there is nothing to diagnose why I'd pay a diagnostic commission. I was told that was the fee to get a technician to come out. I inquired when I went to put in my gas line, if I'd get credited the $39. I was told no. Zero way I am going to cover a company to give a quote on job that is new when they won't even charge you back the price of the quote if you go with the company for the job to me.

I will always call Jim Wagner PlumbingThey communicate prices well and created one minor support call and they are polite, and have replaced my hot water heater.

Would not recommend, way over priced $39.95 to show up all I Wanted was a wax ring,Easy job,I even had the water dried up and ready to lift without complications, wanted to charge $292.00,and the $39.95,Discuss taking me to the cleaners, sent him on his way,bye Felicia

I called Jim Wagner in a panic after quitting in the house of my mother and finding a puddle below a leak coming from the very best along with the water heater. Julie could not have been kinder and replied. She was calm, respectful, and took down my info and asked what went on. She said that she'd have someone into the house soon. Because I needed to wrangle an dog she called me 20 mins prior to the tech arrived -- awesome. Chris B. showed up and only asked me what was happening. I showed him, and he explained that he needs to be replaced. I requested him for every detail of everything that involves. I made it clear that I didn't want him doing and he said he'd never do that. The numbers broke down and that I consented to the service. Also, he had the heater and provides on the truck. Thank goodness! He didn't need to leave to go get anything, which could have delayed the debacle. This is my problem now." He was neat and put down flooring mats over the hardwood and carpeting. He was done. Chris was phenomenal, although I was not prepared to invest that money and stressed. In my call to Julie into Chris the experience could not have been more agreeable. Jim Wagner Plumbing--and ideally Chris--will be.

Price: $505
This ceremony was to snake the drain. The ceremony itself was OK. The prices were far too large for non-emergency service. When I called the main office to validate the pricing, they customer service agent said that she did not have access. She promised me that the office manager would call me back when the manager came back from lunch. No one called.
I wouldn't use this service. This is my second time using Jim Wagner Plumbing. The first time was.
Pipe gunk was monitored by the plumber throughout the home. The leak was from the laundry area, which has an outdoor access door. The plumber, rather than utilizing said door, monitored everything augured out on all of our floor coverings and walked through the house. He didn't put on any foot covering.
Pipe that was 4in, service provided: Auger the drain. Slow drain, not complete blockage.
Recommendation: Would not use

The price was put, the work done fast, and he gave me some hints on brands and prevention. They take credit cards and provide coupons.
Next time require a fixture or we have a pipes woe, I am calling these guys.
One of the joys of homeownership is currently dealing with plumbing issues. We had a bathroom that obstructed, and this morning I couldn't for the life span of me unclog it. Given I decided it was time to call a pro.
Dan made friends with my dog showed this afternoon, and got to looking at the issue. He told me my choices -- start with an auger, next step is a bathroom. While the bathroom might require replacement I decided the cheap option was the way to go.
I contacted numerous plumbers. Tomorrow, An individual could come. One could come.

Complete rip off. Once he disassembled the pipes pipes due to a toilet drain the plumber Dave took advantage of the situation. This man started estimating the work and asked a $400 (including trip ). I had no option but to agree due to staunch that has been emanating from the drain. He then began the pipes and then went on to criticizing the work. After all parts lent an additional $350 to correct a PVC joint pipe which looked good and were disassembled he began using approaches that are frightening and stated he would not warranty his work if I don't replace it. I advised the old pipe to be used by him instead and did not agree. He constructed it back and was able to unclog the drain. What he did wasn't rocket science. This experience has left a bad taste and I feel cheated. Will never use them again.

Courteous, professional, gets the work done. No frills and no nonsense. Gutted the pipes full of tree roots outside. Does not put landscaping back but ruined in the original. Waiting for the dirt to settle back from the big dig. Price has work done and is aggressive.

8. Throughout all this he had been shaking and crying like a crack-head and left myself and children uncomfortable to point that we were planning to call authorities, he was discovered by my children and came down stairs, that's how obnoxious he had been.
A very poor way to deal with customer services.
Just like they prefer to inform you that you're being listed when you speak to them, they don't realize we have cameras throughout our home and will share the video of Greg along with other individuals.
So a word of advice, find someone else to perform any work at business or your house
For Greg, I had been out of town and unable to be there.
I contacted the company and wasn't allowed to talk with Jim Wagner (if he's a real person or not, I don't know), on Julie that the"office manager" who seems like this may be her first job handling customer services. In any event, it is going on two days now and there has been no resolution or apology.
3. Pointed at all of the RO system and said this is really a joke, not code rubber hoses that he does not deal with
7. Told me I am way to NOTHING and emotional will get fixed tonight
4.
We predicted on Sunday and they were able to come out Monday.
6. When I asked if he can replace the underside cabinet shelf he asked me if I needed him to make me
We predicted Jim Wagner plumbing with a water leak problem after new kitchen counters have been installed we had.
2. Told me clowns did all of the job beneath sink, some people today think they are specialist plumbers and therefore are NOT
1. Appt was from 2-4, he didnt show up until after 6
5. Told me he functions on $2 million homes and this job is nothing for him. Like we were under his standard.

I'd suggest them.
We had some toilet issues that are simple and needed a number of the components replaced. We called and got someone outside precisely the day. We was at my door in a couple of minutes and received an email of who went to be coming. Arrived right at the beginning of the time window we had been awarded and was quick to replace the interiors of the toilet.

Bryan was nice and useful, figured out that the problem quickly and fixed it quicker! Will definitely be using Jim's Plumbing if we need it! Thank you!

These men saved my day. It rain and the garage that was my began filling up with water. Wagner was phoned by me and had a plumber show up less within 30 minutes. Bryan washed out the roots which clogged them and check the pipes. Very fast and professional. I would recommend them to anybody.

We hired Jim Wagner Plumbing to replace our garbage disposal. I asked an appointment and they called to confirm over the summertime. Dan was professional, on time, knowledgeable, and friendly - offering the pros/cons of each and a few distinct options for a disposal. Thanks for caring for us!

PROFESSIONAL SCAM ARTIST, BEWARE! I called those crooks in to get a leak and they quoted me about $1000 for things I didn't require. Another plumber was called by me in and he mended it for $60. All these crooks even charged me a $40 diagnostic fee, which us almost the cost for doing absolutely nothing, of the repair. Don't trust these crooks, they are out to steal your money.

Outstanding experience. Would highly recommend Jim Wagner Plumbing. The replacement that is finished on the Water Heater, their tech Brian was professional was excellent. Thank you for a job.

I know there are cheaper options for plumbing wants, but we weren't about to skimp when it came to protecting our house from water damage. We feel confident in the quality of system and the sump pump and check valves we purchased out of Jim Wagner Plumbing, which later undergoing sump failures is a huge relief for us.
Ryan installed our system and was quite personable, professional and up front about any cost.
