I will be using Rocket Plumbing for the next plumbing emergency.
I found water when I woke up. I called Rocket minutes afterwards and they answered on the ring. I talked with Brian (the owner) and he was really friendly from the beginning.
That day, a plumber was sent out by them. Our plumber has been Byronn. He was very professional and he did a fantastic job in repairing our leak on the toilet. After he was done, he cleaned up and I thought the experience with Rocket Plumbing was very good.
I believe he is really concerned about his clients, his company's integrity, and making things right.
My problem made its way into the business, Brian's owner. He took my problem seriously and was very pleasant. He actually came out to my home to meet me personally and make it right. He repaired my issue and now my brand new sump pump is working again.
We had a plumbing issue at our workplace. People were needing to utilize local shop bathrooms. Thankfully the men at Rocket came through. The plumber has been immediate and professional. I adore these guys!
As soon as I ran into a messy situation on New Years Eve, I had a plumber quickly. (Which I thought would be impossible with the snow) I phoned Rocket plumbing for our clogged toilet. When they answered the phone after 3 11, I was ecstatic. Much to my surprise, they sent out someone over the HOUR. Sad to say until we came across Rocket, that I had low expectations for plumbers in general. Dedicated enough to appear on New Years Eve, in no complaints the snow and professional.
I usually don't write reviews but as my hot water heat went out when it was -15 degrees out and Rocket Plumbing saved me a great deal of hassle I thought I'd begin with them. The hot water heater from 1989 in the home started leaking about 2pm. We predicted Rocket Plumbing and they sent someone out that night to make sure we can stop the leaking until they could find the one in. We did this and they had the brand new on it. The cost and all this was very low while another plumbers we predicted told us they charged overtime to send people out in this weather. Can't say enough about Rocket plumbing.
