We communicated through text as I sent him a photo, and he was able to pick up the door lock and manage that looked like the one we already have, and he came to install it. Our front door manage and lock completely broke down and coming loose, that was gruesome and not to mention dangerous! So I phoned Andy and he was able to come out.

I discovered Keyway Locksmith and predicted. Andy answered and gave us a quote for unlocking our door$80. We told him we'd be home in 20 minutes and he informed us we'd be met by him afterward. We arrived at my home. He was quite friendly and helpful. He explained what he was doing and what kind of lock we had, which was nice. He was in and out in just ten minutes! He can take card if you don't have money!
Overall, it was truly great. When I do, I call him again, although I was impressed by how quickly he helped us and I hope I don't need his services !
We went to run an errand and figured we'd attempt to find a means in during the short drive.

Not certain why, but it happened! I locked myself this evening. I called Mr. Kim, explain the"locked out", Mr. Kim ask whether the phone I am using is my cell, and he said" will text you, and then you text me that the address"I texted the address, before I can finished my text inquiring how long would it take,'' Mr Kim send an additional text"I will be there in 20 minutes". It was cold tonight I stood there and waitin 20 minutes, Mr Kim's van shows up. I was grateful for his reaction. After a great 10 mintiest of job, he opened my door that was locked.

So, thank you again, Andy. You will be my guy.
Andy answered phone quickly and arrived the next day to look at what I needed. His partner and he began the work exactly the day. It didn't seem like a simple accomplishment. They ended in less thn 4 hrs.
I was surprise after phoning locksmiths, they won't reply the v/m or either no-show for their scheduled appointments.
He and his spouse were very professional and respectful . So they can work on the lock I had to leave him to my key. FAITH IN HUMANITY is what I went as I had to trust my baby (my property) in the palms of ppl I just met. He also txted me moving and coming in. As I left it, he left my house tidy and clean. He made sure I had grounds to trust his professionalism and work.
I was needing to install an electrical door strike (or the device that buzz ppl inside ). After looking through DIY youtube movie, my first idea was, NO WAY am I gonna hacks this myself.

The average rating speaks for itself. Andy from Keyway Locksmith was quite fast to respond to my messages (even though texting him through the night!) He works very quickly and efficiently, and he had been quite honest and useful (he explains quite well about the way he was going to fix the lock, and he also gave us some good advice).
I am quite happy with this support, and I highly recommend Keyway Locksmith. There won't be a lockout scenario again, but if it happens, I know Andy will be called by me again. Thank you!!
I also contacted several, a number of locksmiths at nighttime, and Andy was the first to respond. Two days 11, some of those locksmiths reacted to me! The other locksmiths were quoting me too much and that price only comprised breaking open the lock, rather than replacing it (I had to pay extra to replace it). Because the other locksmiths weren't transparent about this, it was frustrating, I needed to ask questions and they quoted me more , once I realized I needed to replace the lock too. Andy wasn't like this. He had been transparent and upfront and honest, and he took the frustrations out. He created it easy and simple. I was told by him what he was going to do and at no stage did I feel frustrated. He wasn't intimidating at all (unlike many of the other locksmiths I talked with on the phone), and he made us feel secure and cared for. And his quotation beat all those locksmiths! What more could I ask for?

Called Andy and he was easy to schedule an appt. He came and went to work straight away. He did great work and was courteous. His price was fair and I would recommend him.

So I have been wanting to rekey my door and I finally got around to it today. I sent a request for a quotation to four local companies out of Keyway Locksmith responded within minutes. He's the owner and you could tell he takes pride in everything he does. He was very considerate and timely. He gave me a quote that was over until the companies even bothered to respond and was fair. He came earlier than expected! Andy gave me some good tips and was done with everything in about 45 min. I would totally recommend! (And if it helps any, I have not yet received a reply from the 4th enterprise. You snooze, you lose!)

Andy is the best locksmith you can find this area around. I got locked out of my room and had to call him. But he responded really fast and he was really wonderful. He offered to make me a secret when he found out I lost the key. I had been $5 short from the price we agreed but he was still alright with this.
Since I am not really very good at it, usually review isn't written by me, but I have to write one. If I could, give 10 stars to him, I would do it in a heartbeat.
I recommend Andy, if you ever have troubles.

Fantastic service!! Very considerate and respectful. Prices that are good and honest. First time came fixed the problem and two weeks after lock acted weird. Came back fixed the problem and made sure we were happy! Would recommend to friends and family!!!
