Jason and cody showed up. They walked and looked in the disposal. They brought it out to find a better look and unhooked it. They arrived back with a little piece of plastic which has been jammed from functioning, causing the disposal. They analyzed the disposal and hooked up everything. After they were done, everything work good! Both of them were friendly and very professional. Their job was done at a reasonable price! These guys do work that is awesome and great! They both must get raises.
We had a issue with all our garbage disposal. Called Knights Plumbing Drain. They substituted garbage disposal and came out. Fast forward to about a year later. Our garbage disposal ceased functioning. I also to reset it, then the disposal sailed away from the drain and attempted. I phoned Knights Plumbing again and told them what happened. The person I spoke to on the telephone (I think her name was Angie) said it will be a couple of hours before someone could emerge. They run to a skeleton crew, since it was a Sunday. She called me back a couple of days to let me know ETA of if someone would show up and the status. Very professional.

Excellant experience for this business today. Knowledgable quick and fair priced. Same day, had plumber out. Business called a couple of times to ensure I was aware of when to expect service while waiting for plumber. Great experience. Will do business with again

Scheduling was easy and fast, they kept me updated about the day of service, and so I knew when they arrived and even sent a photo so I knew who to expect. The service team was clean, fast, and polite. Estimate was instant and clear. Payment was easy.

They have a excursion charge and do not quote a price until they arrive; Roto-Rooter uses the exact same tactic, however they charge $75 for the excursion before the estimate. This is once you're currently $100 into it, a hardball price waiting to happen. Terrible.

Les was on time and quick to diagnose just what the problem was. He went above and beyond to create sure what he had done to correct the issue had solved the problem. Les and did an awesome job and his co-worker were polite, extremely knowledgeable! Our experience with Les and Knight's Plumbing and Drain scored 100%! The only firm we'll use from that day forward!

If you're needing a plumber give these guys a call. I was advised to call another provider originally and did 10:30am and was told I would get a call back, but after waiting 2.5 hrs. To get a call back from them my fiancee to call this provider determined it. Not only did they give me a time frame but the technician before I understood it, Les Hammond showed up and was completed. It was a nice and professional experience. I won't be calling a service provided that these men are.

They do work, but will make if you don't experience an emergency you wait FOREVER. I called them at 2:25pm on a Monday afternoon hoping they may have the ability to come same day since I only had a quick job substituting the wax ring and flapper within my toilet, but she said they couldn't come till the next morning and someone would call me around 8:30am. No big thing. They called to inform me next morning whenever they did they did not have anyone available but could phone me. A few hours goes by and they phone me to tell me exactly the exact same thing. Now as I am essentially just sitting at home waiting for them I am starting to get annoyed but I had time to kill whatever. At time they said someone is in route and call. Because I have to leave to pickup my son at 1:50 now I'm getting a little concerned, but I figured if they do the job quick I should have the ability to leave on time. At this point I know they won't have the time to finish so I call them and cancel. I won't be using this location because I do not have all day to wait patiently and there and lots of good

I'm happy I went with this particular company. I was having drain issues so I could not wash clothing the day, but luckily Samuel spared and he took his time and explained everything! I'm happy I will do laundry

Called Knight's now to receive a quote on replacing an old garbage disposal which leaked. Purchased a fresh one on Amazon just needed it installed. . .so I thought. Jason G. was dispatched to my house and was quite prompt and managed to provide me the estimate within minutes. He added that my pipes configuration was wrong and that he could resolve this too. So I agreed to have him do the work it had to be corrected, although I was not anticipating that financially. He got right to work on replacing the disposal and adjusting the pipes configuration. He was in and out in about an hour. Really like these guys and glad I found them.

I phoned them up because my shower drained slowly, when I was in a bind. The plumber came by and he was fantastic, he even crawled to determine the stoppage and assessed the situation. They were considerate enough to inform me that this was actually the town's responsibility because the blockage was on their side of the line rather than mine.
I would advise shopping around for a different plumber on Yelp which will give free estimates. $100 is a $100 although I picked them because they were reviewed on Yelp.
What I did not enjoy was that the company charges you $100 commission. If you agree to the work, they subtract the $100 from the cost of the job. Well there was no job as the town took care of it, to perform I paid $100.

I'm thrilled I took the opportunity before I hired a plumber to look up a service on YELP. When I phoned I was greeted by Ashley, who took my advice and called me back within 30 minutes to let me know that somebody would be coming out. It was Christmas Eve and there was no charge due to the holiday. When the plumber was on the way, ashley called, and I got a text message letting you know who it was would be knocking on my door. So that I could read this worker's testimonials, Additionally, it had a connection in that text message. The cost was fair, and when they came out for a second time, even though the very first time that they came out it did not solve the problem completely, the did and would recommend and use again!

I used a different plumbing service and also my drains were slow. We known as Knights Plumbing in June and they worked really difficult to find out my drain problems. Jesus, the plumber, was able to determine the pipe was concealed in my yard to your house. It was buried under dirt and debris. Shortly there was digging and a shovel as well as the drain was uncovered! My drains are functioning perfectly. Thanks so much for hiring someone who actually stepped up to figure out what had to be done. Joyful with Knights Plumbing for doing a great job!

He mended a pipe while I had been trying to self fix the issue, I managed to do, before Jason abandoned. I will definitely use this company again! If my friends ever require a plumber. I will tell them about my experience with this company. Keep up the great work!
Did her study on Yelp. It had been decided to provide knights a all. The individual on the other end the opposite end of the phone told my wife the plumber would be with us shortly (he had been arriving out of Tracy). 20 minutes later, Jason came to assist us. As he listened to what I did to attempt to repair the issue, jason was very professional. After several attempts to snake the drain did not rectify the issue. It was time to pull the big guns (hydro-jet). Following a lil work our drain that is blocked bag an draining. Jason informed me our difficulty resulted from excessive grease buildup and what went on.

Very nice and helpful but I don't like that they says it is going to be so much and write the total. Used them twice and both times it felt like that they increase the price or make this up. I got a water heater replaced and they billed $140 for Stockton inspection fee however once I got the actual letter it stated $75 plus $1 green construction fee! That's not $140! And billed $100 administrative fee. What ever that is.

Have to depart another fan review of Knights plumbing. We needed it fixed today and discovered a huge leak in our toilet today. My wife called Knight's but advised them she had to be gone by 1:00 this day.
Jason from Knight's had my wife on her way and arrived by close 11:30. Sink rep-plumbed and better compared to its initial state.

Our sink was backed up. My husband called and they came out. Eddie cleared up it and came. He was quite friendly and explained . He was rather great. I am quite satisfied with his services. Highly recommend!!!

Orlando & do the work right the first time and Jason are consistently professional, effective. They're never rushed nor drag it out. They arrive, buttocks, do the work, (never having to go to Home Depot or Lowe's to get a role as their trucks are well stocked), compose the work sequence and go. My Kitchen faucet had a major leak the day before Thanksgiving. Knights Plumbing was. Orland arrived and was knowledgeable, courteous and professional. He also signed me up to their support plan personally and installed a new faucet for me. I had a leak a couple of days back and asked Orlando. He came out fixed it and found that the leak. If you want reasonable support I recommend Knights Plumbing.
