Roto Rooter

Previous we have had James replace our sewage pipes. James was superb. He knows his stuff. He was always available when we called with questions and did an fantastic job. He is very professional. And is willing to spend the opportunity to explain all options. It was a job that is big and we have had no problems since.
We have had Roto-Rooter outside on multiple occasions. John checked faucets and my hot water heater and came out. He was quite professional and identified the problem quickly. He cleaned up and did an great job.

Because it kept draining water after flushing Manuel and robert arrived at my house and mended my bathroom tank. They explained everything that gave me quotations and had to be done.
The service was excellent and I'll recommend Roto Rooter for family and my friends.

Brandon Filbert out of this Manteca office was the technician that came now to substitute my garbage disposal. He arrived on time and was really informative. He explained the entire process of step by step. I had no worry after that dialog.
After he finished the job (that was quickly ) he explained all the warranties to me. He was a really good technician and understands his job well. If I need any plumbing work completed I will call roto rooter again and again ask for Brandon. Since I know I will find the job done properly and the right answer. Thanks Brandon for a work well done. Keep up the superb work.

John Clark was my technician for a drain difficulty. Very professional, polite and on time from when I received my text. I had a great experience and will likely be moving with Roto-Rooter for all my plumbing needs from now on. Thank you John.

Thomas was great, my parents were out of town and when our sewer drain had a clog I was watching the home and needed to call a plumber. I was getting chewed out, and there was miscommunication between my parents and I on and the price tag, Thomas made it function in our funding and understood. My father is a lieutenant in SPD and Thomas thanked him for his service and risked a lot to dismiss the price for us. It was great, could not have asked for a better man. They better not give him any flak because of this! He knew that customer service should be the top priority in any situation. He left a day much easier on all of us.

Must charge you another $195 dollars. Ummmm??? I could have had the root of the problem 20, if you'd have told me that the time. Rather after the second $195 dollar ceremony call (that I thought was likely to be liberated ) they thought they'd tell me I have another situation. Of course once the company has to guarantee the job of charge of the customer it is now time to find the root of the issue in order that I can be charged a second time and not guarantee the job by them. Want to charge me again to really repair the issue.
Quick response time and the techs were great. I'm giving Roto Rooter two stars since the tech cleared the pipe,but didn't diagnose why it had been clogged. About a week later (now ) I called and told them that the toilet was clogged again. They said since this will be within the guarantee period no worries we are going to have technition come free of charge out. I thought fantastic Two techs came out and within 15 minutes that they clear the clog and say it is because of our cleanout we will

High rates. Your paying for the title. Other plumbing firms do exactly the same quality and emergency calls with equipment that is same with experienced plumbers.

I definitely recommend for any pipes problems!!!
However, as this is an old home and new to us we decided to check in the justification for the up... Especially with 50 folks invited into my grandson's birthday another weekend... can you imagine? Well Ken arrived... he went under the home and did a thorough inspection... then in plain simple English he explained exactly what he discovered and explained why it would / may cause trouble later on.
I have to inform you that Ken kept me informed through out the procedure and SHOWED the pipes which were eliminated and yes they had to become... Ken was EXTREMELY clean and neat... he protected my house as though it was his moms or worse my moms! When he was done you couldn't tell that I had anybody there... I guess that I should mention that the access into the crawl space is in the front bedroom so he needed to actually crawl through the muck... Not a speck of dirt left behind... Can't say the same to the county inspector!
I absolutely cannot say enough good about the two distinct guys that came into my home last week... First guy, James arrived as an emergency call... He was professional and informative!!! Did the occupation!!!

Arrived in time and was really helpful, replacing my toilet, after the job was done Reid ensure that everything was clean and ready for use. Happy with the occupation and price.

If you read the dissertation, you may recall the refrigerator water/ice manufacturer in the door having them return and not working to tell us it wasn't their problem and had nothing to do with them. I eventually called a plumbing business that was great to come out and hook up the refrigerator ice and water . When they couldn't hook it up I needed to explain the prior plumbing job (sheet stone still not repaired because of my knowing something may be discovered to be wrong and would have to be opened up again). Since it was discovered that Roto-Rooter didn't bother to complete the job in the first location, glad I didn't repair the sheetrock. They stopped at the washer and drier in the laundry area and didn't last the pipes job to include up over the ceiling above into the wall behind the refrigerator and down the wall into the back of the refrigerator! The plumbing firm I predicted completed the work Roto-Rooter did not complete and we've got ice and water!!! It took them just a couple of hours and they were quite attentive to do it in such a manner that it is easy to repair and not butchered in which they needed to cut the sheet rock! It cost us $1,900 for them to complete the job that Roto-Rooter refused to complete that it wasn't their problem! The firm that repair and we predicted to mend said that they and Roto-Rooter must have completed the job, the GOOD plumbers would not leave a work not done. DO NOT CALL THIS ROTO-ROOTER COMPANY!

I told this guy who was more of a salesman than someone who was there to provide an honest quote I know the sales games... I was in sales for several years.... He was one of those who attempted the old tactic where he says"Let me call my supervisor and see if there's anything that we could do to you".... AS IF I'm particular and should feel honored because they were planning to offer me a free estimate after I was promised one over the phone. Gee, thanks.... Because I'm so special.
Just be careful. Have them sign that whatever work they will do will remove ALL the surrounding problems for an extended period of time.... Not 6 weeks like these guys. Get it in writing. For such a pricy job, better results would be expected by you.
We were having problems with tree roots. Fundamentally, when these guys were called, we were very specific about doing whatever it took to remove the"back-up" problems by substituting whatever pipes required to be replaced to avoid future problems. $2100 and one year later we were experiencing the same problems.... They didn't wish to assist offer an explanation. But it seems like this is how this kind of industry is organised. Very few offer any warranties.... Others would provide"free quotes" and they'd have you wait for hours and hours for them to appear and then when they'd appear, they tell you that there's a charge for quotes....apparently they will come over for free, but they won't do anything apart from appear and try to"upsell" you.
Anyway, I don't conduct business with those kinds and neither should anyone else.... In all fairness, it was not this business, but I had to rant about many in their own industry.... Because a few do this, the others do the same and go together. I don't know.

Less than no stars. Clueless and incompetent. 3 days in 6 months and each time, the exact same old story....it's our fault....well people. . .they didn't have enough experience to confirm the pump to the septic system....it had a new pump engine. They bill bank robber charges and do not guarantee their work. Jim and josh and the rest of the Roto Fraud device will not be there for you except for bilk you. Go see George at Richards Plumbing. Outstanding and experienced. Do not embarrass Roto Rooter. . .your toilet system will not be the only thing. See Sarah L shaped article. . . .same result.

Just had one of there service vans pass me on the freeway Moving over 83 Mph driving reckless that tells u the reckless ur home.DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Stockton Roto rooter is great. Has been quite nice, comprehensive, friendly and explained matters in detail. Fair cost also. Came through in a pinch for my own water leak in my cellar

I would, if I could give them zero Stars. We called them yesterday at approximately 4 pm for support and they stated that it would be between 5 and 7 p.m. they'd be here. The man was 45 minutes late. He stated he could not do anything and would be back in the morning between 7 and 8am After he showed up. He was late and didn't appear until 8:45 a.m. if he had been he snaked our drain and didn't even check it before he left. 20 minutes after he left it backed up. I called the service number again and the lady said that they would need to send another man out and charge us an additional $175. We had paid $175. She was really rude. He stated there was a 30-day warranty, After the man left and it had been 30 minutes. We also tried to phone the supervisor today and the manager has been supposed to be there but was not something or there. We have no running water or toilet. Thank you for the job.

Josh has impressed me each moment and has been to our home three times. The man is a hard worker and honest reliable! Guys like this give a name that is good to Roto-Rooter. I'd recommend him to anyone!

No stars. Called them for pipes emergency . Overall cost was $506.85. Plus they had trouble with equipment, needed to call someone to assist, etc. once work was done he told me that they can't guarantee their job but might emerge next day if difficulties. Next day we had difficulties and predicted several times and it was several hours before call backagain. I was told no warranty. Had to call business for repairs - so I paid $500 for nothing.

Roto Rooter came outside to clean the drains at my house, and also did an exemplary job. The technician had the job done inside the charge, and worked economically and effectively. He was considerate and professional. I am extremely pleased with the service provided.
