We known as Valentine re: dishwasher and a clogged sink. Within 2 hours he had been at our home, diagnosing the problem and giving a quotation with recommendation. Not only was the price honest, he was really agreeable and fixed the problem (with a guarantee ) quite quickly. We will absolutely save his advice . . .without hesitation!

Mr. Navarro came and checked out of our clogged toilet. He figured out that it was the city sewer after walking around the house to look for the origin of the problem. Since it was a city problem, he guided my husband to call the city and we'd have gotten the issue solved at no cost. If he didn't point it out, he was very helpful, we'd haven't figured out the problem. The problem was solved without damaging our pockets. We appreciate Mr. Navarro's honesty and expert knowledge. I would highly recommend him for any plumbing requirements.

This place is excellent! When no one could be found by my house warranty after over 24 hours - Valice came to the rescue. They could come right away and took good care of our difficulty.
The reply was quick (I booked the visit while on hold for the x time with home warranty seeking to make them hire someone who'd appear ). Nice reasonable pricing and man!

I asked if they took credit cards along with the technician said"yes, for a charge". It cost money to run credit cards and businesses can eliminate it, though it technically is illegal to charge fees for use since last year, if billed as an admin charge. I asked how muchhe pauses for a bit and states $20.... A twenty dollar charge to utilize a cc? That is a 10% charge on a fix! I asked the charge was high and that he simply chuckled. I would want to use a cc and believe considering how repairs are, people aren't going to have hundreds of dollars. So I waited for the company, which I ended up moving 24, I began to feel a little weird about the transaction. I'm convinced that this company does work, however after possibly spending countless dollars, I think it's ridiculous to charge an additional fee that is large to utilize a cc.
This rating is based on phone/ quote experience. I didn't wind up using this business, so I cannot comment on not or whether they do good work.
First off, super nice on the phone someone will be out to your house in about thirty minutes. The technician was able to diagnose the issue and showed up in a timely manner. The cost for minute repair and components appeared a little pricey, but I receive it, matters costs a bit more in emergency situations. Since I only wanted it all done, I had another person and was about to cancel. My mind was changed by my next question.

The best in town! I was blessed to have found Valentine! He is quite experienced and friendly, answered all my queries and mended the clogged drain. I recommended him and am impressed!

Valentine, the owner, responded to some message and gave my contact info to a of his plumber techs. Carlos managed to return to us directly after his 8am appointment. He managed to diagnose the issue as a sewer line that is damaged caused by the huge tree in our backyard. So unfortunately the issue is much bigger since we are renting our home and than we ever thought, it's around our landlord to move from here. When she decides to proceed with Valice Plumbing and fixes, I will update my review after everything is complete.
Since the water from our washing machine along with sewage suddenly backed up in our bathtub, I asked a quote and our toilet was making gurgling noises.

My bathtub was clogged and I know absolutely NOTHING about pipes. I put a request for a quotation out to 3 businesses. One didn't respond in any way, the other had no opportunity. Valentine out of Valice Plumbing responded within 5 MINUTES reassuring me that someone could be sent out.

I asked for a cost to replace a wax ring. Scheduled a while for 9am. Last minute I had to reschedule for 11am. Was accommodating came out gave me a cost and left. No pressure. Thanks

We had such a great experience. I contacted them late night. I got a reply within ten mins. . They could come he gave us a free estimate he wasn't pushy about getting the service. . We agreed with all the price, the job was done in a timely manner and well. . Professional honest firm. . I do recommend and will definitely call them if we have any other issues in the near future... thank you

I had a break in pipes and it was flooding. We turned the water off also called several areas. Noone was available for this day except that place. The guy on the phone and I talked and stated that there would be no charge for coming and giving us no responsibility and a quote. So I said yes, there come a young guy, I needed someone that day. It had been the owner's son in guessing. We dug the escape was found by the hole and he told us he would cost $250 to get a cap that was freaking. The other solution that is other, is because it was right by a tree stump to move the pipes over. So later when the stump is removed by us it would not happen again. This has been a $420 charge. If we didn't do any of the job there are a $120 charge for coming 21, he said. I agreed to fix it and wanted my water back . Paid the $420 but the moron didn't fix the issue. He restricted it around one yard out. It took him 20 mins for the job. That guy has some serious communication problems. What he describe to us was NOT at all the job he played. We paid to get a cap that likely cost $2.
I hate when other people make the most when folks are in desperate need. It is just wrong.

I tried to substitute a classic faucet in my bathroom but got stuck through with a valve. Val mended the whole sink and came out. Great service, friendly cost, and a guy that is nice. Plus a one-year warranty. Highly recommended.

Whatever you do, don't feel these talking liars! About 4 months ago I all of the sudden had no water. I called these guys (a huge mistake) and they were quite sweet and nice...I said it's likely only the pilot light blown out as we had had some very windy days along with my water heater is in a closet off the terrace. Hence the dude comes out and says it's not the pilot lighting at all, but it's leaking inside (do not understand how he could tell that!) And I'd require a $1,600 new water heater. Because I'm a widow and have hardly any income, I also have been taking cold showers, and could not afford a brand new one and boiling the water to dishes for 4 months. Lo and behold my brother from out of town, who looked at it, came and is a plumber and he believed it had been the pilot light which desired relighting. He did this and everything works What a bunch of liars. Those that cheat orphans and widows deserve to go to hell.

Woke up this morning into a cold shower. Messaged about on yelp for a plumber and Valice return to me in under 10 minutes. I made the appointment for the same day. Guillermo came and was pleasant & very knowledgeable (because I am a curious individual & ask a good deal of questions). Guillermo did an awesome job! And the cost was fair. Plumbing sent Juan out to assist me. Ater depots water heaters, I looked for someone else to come out to look at my heater. Because I have a young child I needed to have hot water and couldn't wait. The folks here were awesome quite responsive, and gave me options that led to me having water that is hot today. Mind you I phoned them at 4 pm. Tech was here at 435 and 510 my water heater fixed. I didn't even need to substitute it. Talk about a business me and my family will be using again for our plumbing needs!

This place was called by me, they shipped repairman to my home less than half an hour. This is an amazing. They fixed my own water heat less than half an hour. I got water back for the folk. The owner called me to follow up to insure is quite working ok. When you've got a water heater which need to fix right way so that you don't have to wait until the next day I strongly recommend this company.
