Call was treated professionally. Following a text had been on the road the tech showed up at the time. He was considerate, professional and educated. Our hot water heater wasn't working. He looked it over, told and cleaned out a clogged air compressor. He told us to see whether it worked properly now and when not, he'd come back and go to another thing. No fee for the service call.

Had a leak from my water softener, Francisco managed to come in the morning and managed to solve it. Francisco was hard and also patient working to get into the bottom of the leak and fixing it. Got other quotes for $1000 and Francisco managed to replace pieces. Very polite educated and hard working, even educated me about the pipes, soil, link lines and gave guidance. If I want help and ask especially for him, man, will call again!

I hired discount pipes turn and to confirm on a water heater. The technician said it was fine and turned it on. Forty minutes later there was no hot water I called their main number. Because they were booked until then A technician was scheduled to come out in 2 days. A technician came and said that the very first technician must come to solve the issue and that he could not touch the water heater. I had been billed $200+ and the customer support was dreadful in addition to everything. I left voice messages and asked for the manager. Nobody responded. I obtained a charge of $200 + bill in their bookkeeping claiming that I must pay this excess amount and that the original sum had not been paid by me or actions would be taken by them. While all this was happening I disputed the charge with the credit card company. The credit card company sent me a copy of those documents they were, delivered by the manager, Steve. Included in the documents was a copy of the original invoice and a property record of my property if I did not cover them, together with a letter threatening to file a lien. He added a line on the invoice to make it look that they repaired the water heater. It was a lie. I informed them and contacted discount pipes through email, voice and their website chat. Soon after that they refunded me the cash. BE CAREFUL WITH THEM.

After writing a prior inspection which advised of overcharging I received a note from Don requesting that I supply the amount to him and he would look to it. I provided the number and, again, said the reasons for my review. This was months ago. There has been no word from him. It would have been nice to hear though it was only that the fee was correct.

Of my renters have to do once the quote all the problems are taken care of is approved by me and would be to schedule a consultation. I sm appauled by the customer service I recieved in the phone call. I was so impolite!!!!! and called to inquire about support, Ryan My call was finished by him by hanging up on me because I questioned his qoute of $150 into uncloge a bathroom. This place was recomended to me but I am not going to even give them a second thought as Ryans rudness and unprofessional demeaner on the phone will have me moving to some other firm for our plumbing requirements.

The plumbers are excellent. Brennan has done a fantastic job! Are not exceptional. They look somewhat disgusting. On two occasions, letters have been sent by them to me personally threatening to put liens on my home for invoices that they claimed when they were paid were outstanding from the 2016 year. They nevertheless maintain that the balances were written off by them and I'm on their Don't Service List when I showed them evidence of payment. Too bad.
