Leave It To Manny

Manny was efficient excellent and effective! I reached out to him distressed for a next day appointment. He was kind enough to adapt me. He understood what he do and exactly what we wanted. He managed to put up 3 picture frames and install 4 curtain sticks. We will definitely be giving him a call to paint our flat. Thanks Manny!!

My issue is that I was told by Manny the charge would be $150 for the first hour of work, and we assumed the window really needed to be fixed. Given that the service call was less than 5 mins and the Manny didn't have to do anything, $150 feels like overkill and just doesn't sit right in terms of the ideal thing to do this. Was it an agreed charge? Yes, it is possible to assert it was. Is it fair? That is subjective. I do not believe I could do business with someone longer-term if they believe that it's appropriate to charge $150 for a visit. In addition to that, I was told I was fortunate I was not lied to about my window requiring a more expensive fix and being broken.
And for anybody thinking I'm just angry I must pay, so this is not money from my pocket, my renter offered to pay the bill. It is the principle of everything.
My renter told me there came a window panel out of the wall, which was not correct. The window could be removed if two slider buttons have been pressed and the renter inadvertently did that. The window can be placed back in to position. I phoned Manny's service to initially inquire into the issue and overall the communication was great, he showed up on time, and I am happy with all those aspects of the service.
I would like to leave a inspection that is fair and make sure that Manny didn't end up needing to do any actual work. This review is a reflection of my overall experience and the integrity of this business' practices and its pricing model.

Unless you enjoy overpaying him to under deliver, I suggest you not leave anything to Manny. Paid $800 to have stucco holes are repaired by Manny, weather strip and change a lock. Weather stripping came off after one day, and stucco"repairs" cracked inside three. See photographs. Not able to reach Manny now and he refuses to send receipt.

Manny does work and is effective. I created a list of fixes to get him and he knocked it out in record time (like Nest installation!) . He's understanding very patient and comprehensive with his job. He CARES which I admired a lot. I will certainly call Manny again. Thank you!

I have had several repairs. The following day I called Manny, he came out. He was quick and productive. I have experienced a plumber and a handyman and they were unable to repair my dishwasher. Manny knew the issue right away. It was fixed by him fast at a reasonable price. Not only did he fix my dishwasher however he also fixed my closet doors and constructed my mattress frame. Not many people have a varied skill set. Highly recommend.

Manny was fantastic. He was in the work site 24 hours afterwards and responded to my request quickly and did a fantastic job at a sensible price. I will use him again, thank you!

I felt that my project was important and had been treated as a client, though it wasn't a endeavor. His crew and lead are passionate, warm and personable . Its hard work and they approach the tough work with a positive and encouraging attitude. It had been enjoyable shopping for the specifics was simple and enjoyable and collaborating on the plan together.

Manny and his spouse noticed they were nice enough to tape up the box for me and there was broken glass at the box of my item that was new and even provide help carry It to my car. I hire Manny again. Only had him come into my home for a few jobs like dealing with our patio, but I call him again for larger items. He is punctual and personable. And he showed up!! That's half the job at LA..

I run my own business and I have recommendations, when I'm not available for a job. Although I'm great at my job, I'd neversay that I'm the very best and anybody I urge will provide service.
He said:"Nobody is as good as me"!
I do not know what's, if this not harassment. I'm not only going to report him to the BBB. I'm putting a restraining order.
He called me right back and started bitching at me I left him a bad review.
I have called the law enforcement agencies, and the authorities have a list of telephone number and his name. I'm heading over there right now to file a formal complaint.
