This review isn't on Lil Rooter's caliber of work. Use Lil Rooter if you like paying Cadillac prices for your plumbing tasks.
He does a top quality plumbing job. However, his rates is a lot higher than plumbers I have used from the Hayward Fremont region. He will give you a quote, telling you such federal plumbing firm charges this higher rate, etc. to convince you his rate charging fair rate.
If you use credit card for payment, he charges 5%. I have never had credit card fee extras with any Plumbers. Maybe his 5% fees that are CC will alter?
But fact is there are many pretty charging technicians and internet special offers going on the internet (about 20-40% cheaper than lil rooter's quote), be sure you ALWAYS get a second quote.

I contacted Lil Rooter (Rommel) about installing a dedicated gas line to get a brand new pool heater. He and got the work done same day, gave me a price that is fantastic and his guys were very responsive and professional.
I was very impressed with the courtesy and focus on client satisfaction they displayed and will reach out to Lil Rooter again for future needs.

His rates are sky high although rommel looks cool. His guys talked profanity in spanish, so they had been rude. I had a gas leak is fixed by them in my house but I had a leak underground. The price I was given by them for the underground was. He wasn't planning on utilizing the materials. I discovered a very guy to perform my underground for a portion of Rommel's cost. Would leak and said my stove was wrongly connected when PG&E came back to flip my petrol. I needed to have their work is fixed by someone. I would never call them again.

I strongly recommend Lil Rooter! I can't say more words of praise for Rommel (the owner). He isn't just capable of what he does, but in addition a person who tries to do the best job that he can.

Rommel's team proved pleasant, neat and respectful of my property.
My porcelain tile at the same portion of the project and they had to jackhammer through a concrete slab, and the area was and left spotless in addition to tunneling under my property. He and his team were creative in discovering a way that is less-than-obvious to repair a challenging entry problem in a way that left no sign of the work. I can't state I valued that they went the extra mile in working out this solution, which saved me from losing cabinet space to route a pipeline.
I recommend Rommel, his company Lil Rooter, and his crew that have done work for me twice. Rommel is professional, educated, trustworthy and honest. Two big tasks have been done by him and I have been fully and happy with the work.
I found that having the ability to observe the sewer line problems I had using his camera hookup was so helpful in viewing and understanding just what the problems were. He and his team worked effectively and had what I consider a task done immediately. It took a few days, but they were careful to be sure once they left I had full use of my pipes.

I had to replace an old toilet. Because I said he was found by me Yelp rommel gave me a excellent price. Instead of a simple switch it turns out the flange was quite rusted and made from cast iron. Since I've a concrete slab (no crawl space) I was looking at a jack hammering job that would costs thousands. Rommel felt bad about not having the ability to finish the job so he decided not charge me even though he had already done a great deal work. He turned down my request to pay him! Ready for my happy end? I suppose Rommel had an epiphany in his truck because he came back with two big bolts murmuring about taking a chance on an idea he had. The bolts held and I have a toilet! Start looking for your Lil Rooter van using a pic his cute daughter on both other side.

I revealed rommel where I thought the problem was. He took a look at it and in 5 seconds knew exactly what the problem was, also found the source of the clog. Inserted the snake application and voilathe water started draining right away!
Our storm drain was clogged, which influenced our toilets flushing. Needless to say sewage water has been spilling over into our cellar flooring

We accepted his offer and he put it. We determined on some time and due to a scheduling conflict he called us to reschedule. Must work and showed up on time, when the day came to go another worker and Oliver. While excavating two spots at front, minimal to no openings. It was not loud Oliver requested us to see the pipe bursting procedure and as I anticipated and we were so impressed. No issues no hiccups out and in at near 4 hours. Oliver video taped the task that is completed and asked if we were fulfilled, we were more then satisfied .Cleanup was okay since there was not one, it was a job that is clean fast.

We called Lil Rooter and they gave us. They showed up on time that was a very good indication of the professionalism we would receive. Oliver and romell showed up and immediately got snaking the line and offering to tape the line for free. Just like in years past we see that the line has gotten worse. Romell provided to give us an estimate on replacing the lateral using a pipe burst and under no pressure gave us time to opt to have it done.
Cliffs:
We have had a problem due to roots for the last 7 years within our main line. Every year like clock work the most important lateral would back up. We had movie the line and different plumbers snake to see the barrier, so we understood that the time had come.
