Before Thanksgiving, and we were expecting a complete house, and we had a plumbing emergency, as time would have it. I called Judi and she made out someone right away. He knew what he was doingsolved the problem, and the cost was reasonable. I will phone them because we really depend.

When they said they'd didn't show up. Never completed the job. Inform us that they'd come back to finish the job and by I mean seven different times. Never revealed , never followed by an excuse, never appeared to give a damn. Don't return telephone calls. Experience and I will never use them again for anything.

Worst experience ever, avoid at all cost. Bonnie is dishonest and rude, has no customer service ability,at all. These people need some competition!

In front office to fixes, Madden Plumbing & Heating has 5 stars! We arrived at our holiday home the day before Thanksgiving to find that we had no warm water. No problem - we predicted the office, talked with the very friendly staff (Judi Madden and Staff), and then Jim Madden himself arrived only a few hours later to fix the issue. The parts were in his truck and the problem has been fixed right away. I strongly suggest Madden Plumbing & Heating.
