I've had a gas fireplace in my house for 10 years. It has not worked for 6 of these. I've had and neither were powerful. I had been told I needed to purchase a new unit $$. Mazzini discovered that the issue and came in until it was fixed by them and would not charge me! I appreciate their integrity and service.
If you're searching for service or gas fireplace sales stop searching and call these guys. I was shocked to see that the reviews of all the the other terrace stores/installers in metro Boston.
I was expecting to need to substitute the insert and purchased a house with a gas fireplace in severe disrepair. Morning, I phoned Mazzinini at 8:30 one and they had been in my house at 1:30 the same day. In one hour that the tech saving me the cost of replacement had cleaned and repaired the insert. He explained everything to me in detail and even saved me another $200 by supplying to locate a new battery cap to your fireplace remote, rather than having to replace it.
These guys are absolutely amazing. We looked for a means to put in a fireplace. Mike showed a range of options among which appeared to make sense to us. His installer, Dennis came to make sure that what we were able to set up what we desired. We requested them to coordinate with our plumber. We had a glitch about getting the gas line to our house and Paula and Dennis and Mike all were amazingly flexible and adapting to the situation. All is functioning well and smoothly. I suppose are a part of the company and the plumbers at Aspinwall pipes who all work out of the space and the fireplace guys at Mazzini are excellent providers of great client services. They responded to all questions, little and large, and were friendly. If you would like to buy a fireplace of any sort we'd strongly recommend you talk with them and take a visit. Thank you !!!
I discovered these men on Super Pages I met with the owner/sales guy Mike and chose to go into the store. He was very helpful from the beginning and educated about of his goods. He helped me pick the best fire location for my house out. It was a bit more money I wanted to spend however I have to say Mike was right it was the one to get! I didn't believe I would use it as much as I do either, thanks Mike
