We had a sewage pipe issue under our driveway and we were told by yet another Plumber we would need to run a pipe that is new to the road and dig up the driveway. Michael came out looked at the issue and discovered a way to re-work the pipe and have the town do it Saved us cash - smart, all around good guy!

Still awaiting a call back from 3 days back on a pipe. Haven't heard from principal or technician office, left my information twice and've been a client here a couple times. At least provide a courtesy telephone to clients if you are busy.

Enough staff, but definitely do not work to adapt. When I awakened one morning to no water I was a repeat customer of Midtown and known them. They informed me that they were booked up
And couldn't get for a few days to me. They came back and said I could not be worked by them for a few days, although I asked them to double check with the proprietor. No water is considered an emergency by me, but Midtown does not. The Plumbing of CK was called by me and they had a tech out. To get a plumber who cares, phone the Plumbing of CK.

That is the firm for you, if you want reliable, and reasonably priced. The staff is friendly, professional, and very accommodating. They are quick to react and have service. This firm is strongly recommended by me.

On time, good work, but the pricing was a bit steep. I was quoted $169 to get a new expansion tank (which was fair because I understood it would include things like driving out to see me) and afterward, when here, was told that the relief valve ought to be replaced but to get an extra $175. Didn't seem fair because it required an extra 10 minutes and that I looked up how much a strain relief valve costs (which are at Lowes for $15). Learning lots anout plumbing.

Midtown Plumbing, LLC is wonderful! Reliable, prompt, professional and reasonable rates for excellent service. The proprietor Michael is was very available to converse with me and answer all my questions and responsive. The plumber that came to my house, tracy was a experienced master plumber, he explained everything to me and he was prompt, funny, friendly and super professional. I have a high degree of assurance in Midtown Plumbing, LLC and now I feel I can count on them to get the work done right - rate for customer service and technical ability! I am proud - and thrilled - to really have a company like this at Raleigh.

Unless you've got a money tree growing in your back 16, do NOT call these folks! I'd 2 toilets running/leaking within the tank. The plumber asked my fiance when we wanted the toilets rebuilt because they'd last more (my home was built in 2003). Side note, the plumber came 15-20 minutes early and that I wasn't home. My fiance said okay to the job because he tried to get out the door to work being done. Normally I would not complain about a fix man coming but in this case it was an inconvenience. Anyway, my comprehension of rebuilding a bathroom is"placing new guts in" which you can purchase a kit for at Lowes for $20 nonetheless my bill ended up being $475! I had been told the job must pay the insurance, gas, and the plumber of the company leaving my home to go buy the parts. Shouldn't"toilet bowels" be something conventional a plumber retains in their truck? After the plumber left I had been so angry I called 2 other firms to ask what they'd charge for the same job. Their prices were $150-$225 LESS than Midtown. I hate to think what Midtown would charge for a big job! Great luck should you use them!
