Miramar Locksmith

I'm giving this company 1 star because of how they managed themselves while attempting to conduct business.
We spoke and called with Bianca who scheduled a locksmith to come out to us . She told my husband that the technician would be there in a set time. When that time came no one showed up so he called to find out what went on. He was told by her the technician are there in 30mins. In the mark he called her and her answer was it has simply been 40mins. My husband explained that he had to be somewhere by 1pm when the technician was not going to make it let's just cancel. She clarified that the technician was on a different job.
I would advise you don't get a quote on the telephone, with that said, you wait to do an appointment and have the technician give you a quote on newspaper.
She was asked by my husband what the cost would be if technician came out using the lock and managed to install everything the following day. She stated the cost would be under $500. My husband asked her again, and she stated yes, it would be under $500. He said ok, set the time for 9AM. I will be able to meet up with him afterward. She calls my husband two to inquire about the details he gave about the locks to her. Him called her back to validate. 9AM were confirmed by her.
The technician comes to the house today, he was ready to set up the lock and has the locks. He stated $1100 for labour, installation and components when asked how much this would cost. Hearing this, he was told by my husband he had been advised it wouldn't be greater than $500, in fact. The technician then calls Bianca at work and she starts to tell the technician that she had told him the technician is the person that may give him a price and that she did not tell my husband price. My husband then reiterates what he had been told by Bianca and the technician then goes on to sayhe noticed the conversation between my husband and Bianca and she did not tell him it would be $500 (obviously not taking under consideration the Bianca had told my husband he was out on another work yesterday). With my husband advised him to leave our house because we wouldn't be utilizing them. The conversation became heated and ended with the technician telling my husband with him coming out he wasted his time and my husband telling him he had been an exaggeration.
