We called Using a backed up drain. He came out over one hourcorrectly (and simply) diagnosed the issue - which turned out to be rather easy, and fixed it! He talked with us about the reason why it occurred and what we can do to prevent it. (By the way, do not just put anything down your kitchen disposal) His sense of humor was great, and he did not chastise us to the reason for the clog. His price was exceptional - I would recommend Mr. Plumber!!

I predicted to have a tub unclogged. He seemed somewhat confused as to the way to get to my home while I explained for 10 minutes it is only 1 mile beyond Safari West on Porter Creek Rd.. He made an appointment. 30 minutes later he called back saying that he was 1 person and he gave me the spot of somebody else and he had to cancel with us. He did not try to reschedule. Truly a weird phone call... strange man

I'm very satisfied with my encounter with Rick of Mr. Plumber. He was very receptive and picked up the phone when I called. He had day availability for my job. The sewer line to my home has been clogged and he repaired it with no issue. He gave a precise quote over the phone to me and it was very reasonable. I'll recommend him anytime.

I just experienced one of the very stressful dwelling fixes of my home-owning life. Rick from Mr. Plumber -- but he didn't answer the phone number listed as"Mr. Plumber" just as"Hi" -- was quick (job done the exact same day I predicted ), very affordable,honest, pleasant and cordial. I couldn't have asked for a better experience with a plumber. He also advocated if he's as good as Rick, a electrician whom I will call on. I will be using him again if we update our bathroom.

They were very responsive, provided great support and offered honest pricing... Rick was wonderful! Really a great experience, would recommend him for anybody.

This is our first encounter hiring someone to do extensive plumbing job. We needed a new floor, a shower and a toilet placed in our mobile home due to water damage. We were worried after reading tales of a builder taking advantage of seniors in Sonoma County in mobile home parks. Even though the phone communication was a bit demanding, (Jim said they are working on that!) They were fantastic when it came to being clear about costs, and doing what he said. I would recommend this firm. When he said he'd, jim did a fantastic job, showed up and explained everything. I'd call them first!

I worked with Rick at Mr. Plumber to replace a water heater at a 4 plex I Have in Santa Rosa. He was able to have it done fairly fast and gave the price to me. Then the water heater began to fail. He also went and checked it out and discovered someone had stuck a rag into the port that had disrupted the electronic equipment. He was able to have it repaired and did not charge me and worked the support of the manufacturer. Fantastic experience

Called Mr. Plumber today about a non-emergency leak from our bathroom faucet. Rick had Jim call me and he had been at our home within 15 minutes. The issue with our tap was explained in detail to me and repaired quickly and economically. The cost of repair was reasonable. I would call Mr Plumber.

Mr. Plumber represented by Richard, came into house after I'd made two phone calls before explaining my problem through that he never stated he needed a $100.00 estimate fee. He said he can fix it for about $100.00. He came punctually at 5:00 pm and appeared at the job, billed me $100 with a quote of $495.00 to perform the job and promptly wrote a bill for $100.00 at 5:07 p.m. much to my incredibility. When questioned about the outrageous price and the fact it could not be fixed by him along with the $100 didn't go ahead of the repair invoice, he left later peacefully saying he didn't deceive me. I predict this deception and I know of no person that produces $100 for 5 minutes. I'd definitely not recommend this business to anyone who is looking for scrupulous business"professionals"

My tenant called on a Saturday saying there sewer from shower and the tub - EW!! I ask her to phone a local plumber and keep me updated. The. Rooter gave us a quote but we believed it was a little high (see my critique Mr. Rooter). So we yelp for plumbers and found Mr. Plumber. We weren't called by them but managed to get the task at a price that is lower.
I am certain that most of us have problems that are financial, but you shouldn't make people pay for your problems. My husband felt awful he won't even request the $50 voucher! Obviously we did not have the checkbook with us now and we dwell in the city, so my husband had to withdraw from the ATM machine and borrow the rest!

Rick was really nice, but mr. Plumber is lacking communicating through their workers. I didn't enjoy that I explained my problem to 1 plumber & got to know him. He offered me 3-4 hours & $400; then someone else (Rick) showed up to do the job a couple of days after. I felt something fishy went on. I faced Rick & he assured me everything was okay. Rick looked at fixed the problem & the problem in less than one hour. Rick affirmed the leak answered all of my questions and was fixed. Even though the communication was not exactly what I was anticipating, the PLUMBING was and that I was glad to save A LOT OF $MONEY$. YOU guys solved my plumbing dilemma! :-D

Great service and punctually. Rick was friendly and professional. They lose one celebrity for quoting me that the Yelper reduction price without telling me was discounted (I mentioned Yelp on the phone but they didn't specify I was obtaining the discount). The point that is key is that I have a commode replaced faster and more economical than I'd get from some other big box store. All these are my guys for plumbing issues!!!

I moved into my cellphone home and have employed mr plumber right from the beginning. They have fixed flows, replaced thefloor within my bathroom and replaced my old worn out water heater.Their function is superb. They appear on time and complete the jobs in a manner that is timely. They guarantee their repairs.

Do not use mr. plumber, work isn't done when promised. This really was a remodel required 60 days promised. Not a person. He said he'd be here each day. No show, no telephone call saying why nobody is there now to do the job. Work was not be completed in time. He said he has"never done this type of huge remodel. Kitchen remodled, bath remodeled & enlarged. Closed sliding glass door left a wall in the space and &. Old cabinets have been taken out. He was not able to do this hired a subcontractor to do this job. Wanted money between the 3 agreed payment schedule. I won't ever recommend anyone to use this firm.
