Pipedreams Plumbing

My difficulty was that the water valve had shot off - before I could any plumber to react thus we had been without water for a complete day. And of course that was the weekend. I called Mr. Rooter initial - on a Sat. During open business hours and they never called me . I then called Economy pipes and was told it would be their dual time fee for service on a Sunday. I quickly understood why plumbers live well.
There are several factors here that contribute to the stars: My phone call was answered straight away. I had been given a quote over the telephone (flat diagnostic fee and told there would be a flat service charge ). He was together with the fee for the service and maintained communication.
Pipedreams was friendly and prompt. I highly recommend you give them a phone. He had it fixed within one hour. :-)

Pipedreams Plumbing will be my go to plumber to get any future jobs that are Pipes.
They worked and cleaned up after themselves. They kept me informed along each Installation project.
I was extremely happy and have had construction nightmares before Pipedreams Plumbing and Josh made this project.
Pipedreams Plumbing Josh Hopkins reacted after hours. They came out to provide my with an estimate for a new water line from my meter for my home tankless water heater and setup and door shower setup. I obtained multiple estimates and they were by far the most reasonably priced. They did not pressure me, they answered all of my questions, and were flexible in scheduling the job.

The proprietor is a bully. He drove his van up in the very last minute once the ideal lane ended in my right. He forced my car away from the street instead of merging me behind. I would not want to do business with such a dangerous bully.

What a fantastic company. My water heater went out and left no water to me and my loved ones. I would pretty much consider an emergency. I called two other areas and never got a return call. Not merely did Pipedreams answer their phone that they put in a new system and came out this day. Josh was fantastic, the guy really knows what he's doing. Steve (the owner) was about the work too, and it's also a fantastic man. Thanks for the Excellent job guys

I do not advise this plumber.
Josh (I only know his name is Josh in my landlord ) showed up early. Good sign right? Yet the very first words from his mouth was * my 17 year-old daughter told me she was pregnant" Josh was dressed as a gang member. Complete with neck tattoos. He did give me his title after asking several times.
Josh was quite unprofessional and discourteous.
I asked him questions about problems I was having around the home. He instead only offered explanations and had no answers.
My very first idea when my landlord informed me"pipe dreams pipes" was coming to fix my leak was that this has to be a handyman with a felony.
I would more expect him to have a felony in relation to company insurance.

I called out of our office regarding a toilet. They were here. The Plumber was friendly, helpful and considerate. They told us that we were in need of a toilet and supplied us with a reasonable estimate. I would recommend Steve and his crew to relatives and friends. Here is the second time they had been called by us . He explained that the product they will replace was top quality, the tech knew the specs and stated it was highly suggested by the City of Santa Rosa for flow. We won't use any Plumbing Company for all and any prospective needs!

Job educating me on the way to keep them efficient and installing both low flow toilets. Job finished in two weeks, everything cleaned up perfectly and great songs thanks to Josh, to boot? Justin? ( I've got two grandsons, one with every name, so I've blanked out the name of the plumber--but his job music was terrific.He will know who I'm talking about.)

Steve and his team were great to work with. They replaced two toilets within our condo. It wasn't a simple install because of all the stairs! His installers, Jeff & Josh were fantastic and maintained the house and the bathrooms throughout and following the installation. Wonderful to see such work done with ethics in today's world of rush and run!!

These guys are terrific! They installed 2 low-flow toilets that were high-end in under 2 hours in our Guerneville holiday home! They also did a stellar job, and had been on time, professional.
This may not appear to be a huge deal, unless you have had the unfortunate encounter with another plumbing company, of needing to wait 2 days for them to arrive, then have the bathrooms connected to warm water lines, and then have them leak the exact same day since being installed.
Believe me, Pipedreams Plumbing is a professional, efficient, and aggressive service that is plumbing! We are retaining them for our future needs in our properties! Do your self a favor, call them!

They were overdue. They did a fantastic job. Here is the rub. They charged me 240 bucks for 30 minutes of effort. The valve they changed could not have cost over 15 bucks. They are just too pricy. Plus 70 bucks charge to appear. That is deducted from the invoice, they do this to trap you. Because 70 bucks is a good deal of money, when they estimate their rates that are super.

These guys are fantastic! We hired them to fix our shower diverter that leaked and hardly functioned. They were friendly, and quick, and cheap which we again hired them to replace our ancient water heater. They were on schedule, on budget, and left no mess. When I found a flooding below the kitchen sink, it was a no-brainer, last week. I called and a few hours later it was fixed. It is so great to have an honest plumber!

The ideal plumber who never showed up. We had an issue with our kitchen sink. We attempted to correct the problem . When that did not work I called Steve in Pipedream. All we had done was clarified by me, Steve stated he would be inclined to come out and take a look. If the hints do not work to call him back, he gave us a few suggestions over the telephone and said. He set us on the schedule in case we wanted him. He had been super fair and really helpful.

Michael also found some corrosion at the main water valve. As soon as wesaved some cash and've adjusted to house ownership, we'll definitely be calling to perform the repair! They're fair and they do work!
Michael came to perform the repair and he was great. While working, he caught an issue and gave us a great deal on the fix. He invited us to ask about what recourse we might have with the review company and even endured of me having a meltdown, the awkwardness.
My hubs and I only purchased a house and the inspector identified that a"minor, soon-to-be leak". . He diagnosed a pipe that was corroded and was totally honest with us regarding the imminent disaster under our house.
We obtained a quote and for another work we wanted to get done. We have two additional and estimates that were identical and were way more than the one. We also obtained a discount (on top of the low quotes ) for using three tasks done at once.

Very bizarre experience. Ask was to possess Pipedreams evaluate plumbing system in our home. Worker came , told my wife"your husband has a litany of plumbing issues!" Ended up doing things I might have done and did not request to get completed, pulling off the insulating material from the water heater and attempting to market my wife a new water heater (I had to put the insulation as he did not have the courtesy to do that), fixed a slow faucet utilizing OUR plunger, because his was"not as good, because I purchased it from a Dollar Store." The kicker was his not charging for bathroom diving he did, then winking, stating"Yelp does not want us to solicit testimonials, but notice that I did not charge you for (this and that), soooo..." We have a company, and we don't solicit testimonials, which really upsets me about the low ethical standards of this corporation!

I had the chance of meeting with the proprietor of this fine institution. He put in my sink, faucet, dishwasher and a garbage disposal. They were a breath of fresh air, after having horrible luck with several different people helping me set up/install/deliver things. He did a fantastic job on the install and showed up on time. He replaced a number of the fittings with fittings. They offer a warranty on their work, so if anything else needs to happen all you've got to do is telephone. One of the rubber washers on my countertop and after a telephone call, he delivered one of his guys out and repaired it free of charge. I'd suggest them to anyone! My father had things to say and had a brand new water-heater is installed by them in his position. Great company! Totally worthwhile.

These men were terrible! They did not know sink fixtures asking us why we purchased fixtures they did not know how to install and how to put in our shower. They scratched the marble in our toilet along with the fixtures. Our initial estimate was increased on account of the simple fact that they did not know how to set up"high-end" fixtures. He took regular breaks play with his puppy and to check on his dog. These men were disrespectful, rude, and incompetent. Don't hire them!

Excellent! At least I discovered Pipedreams, though getting your sewer back up on New Years isn't a fantastic way to start the calendar year. They came out to save me on New Years day without a issue and without an outstanding holiday fee. And what a joy to take care of! I have recommended them.

My spouse and I had been in the update program with all the water dept to get a free high efficiency toilet (for those who had older water wasting ones!) . Nobody in our area was among the to install so we called several in SR location. And gave us. We arranged new flooring and set a time up. We were pretty convinced we had a leak and had to replace the underlayment. My husband believed he had additional time to set up the flooring (the method of DIY fixes he DEF did need more time!) So Steve moved the date up. He chose out her to the ends of this ground even tho because he had been without a toilet whatsoever for a 35, it was the only job out here. It was very generous of him. Super very nice and professional and would highly recommend his work. He inspected something we had questions about that somebody else had done with no cost too. Plumbers that are good are tough to discover! He is the guy!!
