I predicted Mr Rescue if we had an emergency night plumbing problem. Our hose before our home burst last night because of the weather. I tryed to turn the water my self off but didn't have the ideal instrument. Service was needed by us right away so I told them what happened and called mr rescue. There came A plumber out for us. The plumber came our water off and told us that he couldn't do any work until the morning. All of the shops were closed during the night so he couldn't buy the parts we needed. The plumber came back the next morning at 9am and got every one of the problems fixed and new parts installed. The plumber has been beyond helpful and gave us a plastic sleeve to put on all of our pipes that are external. The plastic sheeting protect the pipes and really help during chilly weather. We love Mr Rescues company they went above and beyond to help us.
To ReviewCalled Ehret Plumbing. They came out within an hour. Fixed the issue. I must have called them from the beginning. I had to cover to Ehret. If I would of called them right away, I wouldn't have had to pay the surcharge. Thus Mr. Rescue cost me $182.00.
Alright, we have been out of water now for 24 hours, relying on this company to fix it. Then Sunday morning we continued forward together and scheduled. They call at 9:00 and state a tech is in route. Two and half hours after a tech arrives. Nice man, but can't do the job. Has a hurt shoulder. Requires two people to do the work. Call back to dispatch. They do not have anyone else or two people to do the job. Wasted three days with those idiots. Do not be a gullible as me. As a bonus, the tech Victorio was a man that is candy. Not his fault that he works to get a terrible company. Terrible support. Idiots in dispatch Mike. I don't use that phrase but couldn't think of better description.
Called on Friday. I explained where the drain was thoroughly and the house setup. Threy said they could be outside at. No display. They then said 4:00-no-show again. I told them they won't be able to it due to where the drain is if it's dark. They then said 6:00. No display.
