They left me rent a more powerful pump which can pull the pipe. Told me they sold me a smaller pump with my system. So I inquired. When I payed for a 4-6 inch pulling on unit that is currently struggling to pull on 4 inch exactly what are you going to do that I could do exactly what I needed, since I payed more money? They gave me less than half the cost of my pump which was brand new and billed me 11,000.00 bucks to get a larger pump. So because they screwed up and where selling pumps. The client needed to pay rental charges of 700.00 and to get the new equipment 8000.00 plus the 3000 I lost from the pump they offered me. Total 11,700.00 due to their mistake. Total bullshit. Can't believe they asked for an overview. No wonder no one has ever written any.
Purchased a system that the 30 ton puller that is promoted to pull on 4-6 inch pipe. It's a cost difference of 7 million or so. Got the equipment and used it a couple of times and had difficulty with it. Took it back and explained I believe this pump is not powerful enough to power the ram. (puller).
