Chris Evans predicted back fast and listened to some description of difficulty. He was honest and upfront and stated that he'd be happy to come out but that the best approach is to find a metal coat hanger and attempt to fish out the stopper myself. He estimated that the cost to get a plumber to see would be $400+ and equally as effective.
It took about 15 minutes to find the job. No cost but a huge amount of appreciation for this business. I will be a lifetime client and am ready to become a referral source for anybody I am interested in the East Bay. THANK YOU!
Sunday night is in fact pre-Monday.
In an effort to prepare for the week ahead, I decided to have a nice, relaxing bath. Queue vibes that are pre-Monday. I moved to discharge the stopper and the tube didn't empty. We understood that the trip-lever stopper had broken off, leaving the drain futile, after unscrewing the stopper confront.
There are not many places open on Sunday night at 7PM. Mr. Rooter was my first call. The dispatcher told me that a plumber would be in touch soon to discuss next steps and was understanding and friendly.

Edit - added a celebrity because Spencer was fast reverse one of both diagnostic charges and to return to me so it was a $240 diagnostic instead of $500. Issue still not fixed but they did give me a quote (on the expensive side) to return and work with it.
Minus 2 stars. Called them again for work and was billed almost $500 for the plumber to turn the shower off and on, depart, get the wrong part, let me the actual part was a special order that would not arrive punctually, return (after I called the office 3x to find out whether he had been coming back), bill me another time for"trouble shooting" without really fixing anything and then I figure out that his first identification of a faulty cartridge (for which he ordered the exceptional part) was an erroneous assessment anyway. My shower is precisely the same as before but I wasted hours and am $500 poorer.

Called in because my water heater vapor detector broke... And it was a Sunday so most stores are closed. Called to get a qoute.
The detector look approximately 3 mins to unplug and 2 mins to plug back in. And is $23 on Amazon. +$6 to get Same-day delivery tops
Technican: it is is a complicated procedure and that you would need to take out detector and the whole process would cost $250-$300 and components would cost $60...
Be ready to be gouge with their plumbers.

We got a range of bids for sewer function for our new house. Spencer and Mr. Rooter really stood out from the other choices -- they are topnotch. Spencer did a complete review anyway and I overlooked the appointment Bc and gave me no grief. Rather, he gave a more thorough analysis of the work that needed done to me. And they did it in a price that is reasonable. They're friendly, experts professional. I can not recommend them enough. Professional suggestion -

All I can say is,Thank God for Mr. Rooter and Carlos!! We were in the middle of remodeling our bathroom that is second when our bathroom had a clog. I phoned on a Saturday in the afternoon and managed to speak to the scheduler who said a technician would call me soon. Carlos called me quickly and he managed to get into my home around 8 PM even though he had been working with customers daily. He worked tirelessly figuring out how to fix my problem so that my out of town guests & his baby did not need to depart and move to a hotel. I would and will recommend Mr Rooter to anybody!!! Thank you Carlos for coming into our rescue!!

I appreciated the way our main was fixed by you. You were to meet about the issue. I was given a bid by you immediately on agreed upon afternoon too and your guys came. Really appreciated the savings and the job over our bid. Would definitely recommend and hire again.

They came, called to inform me when they'd arrive, and came on a Sunday. Their tech, Chris Evans set to work getting a mental map of the sewer lines in the house during which he suggested there would be a clean-out valve in a cupboard in the garage. Nobody had ever identified this earlier, but he was right. Ultimately it was not utilized, and a floor drain was utilized by him off the garage to clear the clog in the rear room. He made a few ideas, tested the leak and was away. Everything is working well.

Spencer and Mr. Rooter were professional, fast, and efficient on our Oakland sewer lateral inspection and sewer repair. Would highly recommend!

While I completely understand the need to pay a fee for the time and effort, it would have been appreciated if there was a lower price provided, I have exactly the same issue (and will need to pay more to fix it).
- Outstanding customer support (both by the scheduling group and the gentleman that arrived on-site and attempted to solve the issue ). Mr Rooter appears to put a premium on friendly and exemplary customer experience, which I truly appreciate.
- Quick response times - explained my difficulty and Mr Rooter had somebody in my flat within a few hours.
Short and long, I would recommend this company with some reservations.
Now, the not-so-positive:
- Clear effort: I felt like the plumber gave a effort Although my problem was mended.
First, the positive:
My issue was not resolved - . Possibly because of an improperly plumbed or old addition to the main sewer line.
I scheduled a trip from Mr Rooter to fix a kitchen sink that drains.

Christopher was explained every step of the service and VERY insightful. . .Very very excellent support! I'll be using Mr.Rooter for all my plumbing requirements in the future

One of the most important areas of a service such as this is exactly what happens when things don't go well. These men came out to try and fix insta-hot and since it was an odd version with a quirky faucet they were unsuccessful. I called the owner and told him about it, when we got it fixed. He had been completely non-defensive and gave me a complete refund of the $255 charge his man had charged for coming out and (properly ) diagnosing the problem. This really is a plumber do the right thing and you can trust to be honest.

Jimmy was about looking at all possible repair options/alternative and very patiently answered all my 18, very methodical. Unfortunately it was a far larger problem than he could fix on Saturday but he was there on Monday with the resources (and additional help) to repair the problem within my sewer line. Jimmy had the proprietor come over to examine the situation.
I believe you get what you pay for and they're worthwhile, although I have heard that this provider is more expensive than other businesses. Professional, reliable, well trained, respectful. Will use again.
Due to a major plumbing issue I had in my Airbnb unit in a panic I called them. Since they say 24 hour service, I called them. While no one managed to come out on Friday night, but by 10am Saturday morning tech Jimmy Pham was there - with all of the gear needed to diagnose - my issue.

Customer services. The bid was too high for what I wanted ($260 /hr). I think I can handle my tasks. And they could have quoted the cost over the telephone since they got a boilerplate evaluation.

I've never had a terrible experience with this plumbing support. They are competent, courteous, prompt, fair and do a very good job of keeping things as clean as you can. They cover their shoes with a type of bootie so they don't track outside soil, etc., into your premises. Their pricing seems fair and reasonable for the support. They, also, always provide to check your fittings on the trip. If they do this, the visit's price has never changed. A great company! Highly recommended.

We were worried about water leaks near the home on a Saturday and called Mr. Rooter. Alan came out the afternoon and checked our sewer line, which turned out to be no culprit, a great relief. We are thankful to locate a good plumber who will come out on a weekend, not charge the earth.

The responsiveness and support were excellent--although there was a snafu, it was treated with elegance. I believed Lance knew his business and was committed to excellence, that. Highly recommend. JMD

Fast arrival and response. I phoned at 6:30 PM and also my sewer lateral was cleared by 7:30. Fantastic service by a plumber Sal. Where the problem was A camera was used to validate and they gave me a bid for its long-term solution.
