His team and greg did work that is amazing replacing my sewer lateral that is cracked and left almost no hint of any work was done - other! I received my compliance certification from EBMUD the next day - I am astonished at how everything has been taken care of.
These guys are great. I had quotations come in for replacing the sewer lateral on my new home, and streamline was not the most professional and thorough, but they came in at the lowest price.
I will make certain to call Streamline if I am ever in need of this type of work .

We obtained three estimates before hiring our sewer lateral to be replaced by Streamline, and we picked Streamline not just because their estimate was the most affordable, but also because their estimator was exceptionally knowledgeable and professional. We could tell we would be well cared for with Streamline. Fast forward a few weeks to if they did the job. . .they showed up when they stated they'd, they were silent as could be, both professional and clean. They did not disturb our landscape, and they nicely patched the part of asphalt they had to take up to get into the main. We could hardly tell they were here, which is a whole lot more than we could say. Streamline is highly recommended by us!

Reached out for questions about a very serious problem to these people that were very helpful I discovered in my pipes. Though they stated they were planning to be not able to execute the job (since they only do entire sewer line replacement tasks )they graciously called EBMUD on my behalf and tried to find some valuable advice for me and they truly helped me the best they could. They could help me figure out my best course of action and were very responsive to me through messaging. If they knew they were not going to be doing the task for me I was very pleased they were . If I had been needing some replacement work I wouldn't hesitate to give a different chance to these guys and gals!

April was a complete joy to communicate with. Friendly, flexible, and accommodating. I couldn't have asked for more. Greg (and staff ) did an wonderful job on their work. We were barely impacted, and you would never know that anyone was there. They were quick, efficient, clean, and professional.
Let's be fair, paying a bunch of money when you purchased a house to get your sewer lateral is perhaps not the most amazing thing ever. However, it has to be done. And Streamline Plumbing took a situation I was hemming & hawing around and made it as painless as possible (in a really reasonable price, given the 5+ quotes I obtained from various firms ).

I seriously would recommend streamline! I purchased a house when I contacted them and that I let them know my final date came up in about 2 weeks but before we close the sewer has to be done. There was that I needed to stop everything because some things came up about the review. Once that was cleared up I only needed 4 DAYS to find the sewer lateral repair done, the review, AND my certification... so that I felt screwed. I phoned she allowed me know not to worry they got it and back April let her know. They got EVERYTHING done in 1 day-before 4 pm the entire day and it was raining! That made me appreciate their job a good deal and can be devotion that is real! I had two additional days before closure! They made the entire process go by smooth. They're also and their job is fantastic! They are only folks that are honest that are real - that I would 100% recommend them!

Streamline analyzed the issue came to my location and gave me a quote. I called and scheduled a day to perform the job. They did the job, and came on that day. The invoice was paid by me. What more could you request? Additionally, they were quite nice, business like, and left the job site very clean.

Wow. If you don't want your property ruined I would never employ these people. What a lousy experience. April is nice and Greg talks a good story but he does not have a clue what his crews do. Too many jobs to remain on top of everything used to be good work.

My sewer line was altered by streamline . Greg did the estimate, he's very knowledgeable and nice guy. He kept the communicating with me all the way. The office woman, April, was a joy to talk to. The task is done and the concrete patching for my drive is invisible. I would recommend Streamline anytime.

I must say I feel exactly the same way.
I called at Streamline Plumbing who left an appointment with me to meet Greg because I needed to meet him in. He did not believe this would be a challenging occupation, gave me a very reasonable quote and even though I was in no hurry in any way, could do the following week at 1 day. I dedicated and had to phone and cancel the quotations from the other businesses.
On both sides of my home runs one sewer line that comes to front and cuts under my driveway to connect to the sewer line coming down from the middle of my home then the joined lines continue under the pavement to the main sewer line on the other side. This wasn't going to be simple. That's why the other half dozen plumbers I ran into while working on newly sold homes on my road never bothered to quote me at the years after up to now. They quantified came out and videoed my line, rather than quoted me.
I carefully read the testimonials and used yelp. I was worried because it seemed than not YEMV. Your Experience May Vary. There was a lot of companies with 5 stars that had a lot of 1 stars mixed in. I read one review that cited Yelped and Streamline them. They seemed as good as it was going to have so I added them to my ask for quote listing. I called a lot of companies around request one and quotations my hopeful candidates stated that he does not work the region. I asked him for a recommendation and he explained"Greg at Streamline" no one else.
The town inspection passed without incident he was on time. The EBMUD inspector checked glance on the relations, the strain gauge and also gave a nod. I asked him what he thought and he said"You have got the best team here, I never worry about these guys"
I researched this job for a long time, I knew I had to replace my own sewer later for 20 years due to the rats digging up through my yard. I know that sounds awful but my neighborhood is like this. With my lawn looking especially awful and the drought within I knew I needed to address this sewer problem before any landscaping thoughts.
The following day the USA was done, no parking signs posted before the work and 8 men in 3 trucks showed up . I remained the entire time because I was curious about how this was done I love hard work, I can watch it daily. Greg was incorrect, it was a hard job, but I suppose not for him. The men hand dug and strove to disturb as little as possible even though I told them it was not mandatory, I was planning to update the lawn. Before I hacked away branches that looked like that have been in the 19, they did not take me seriously. The part was looked just like by the digging. The pipe replacement looked simple because when you're good, you make the job seem easy, that's.

I have been working with Streamline for 2 years. As a realtor, part of my job would be to connect my clients with the very best service providers in the industry for many needs. Together with Streamline, I can say they're the standard. With over 20+ clients known them, not a single one has been unhappy. There are a whole lot of sewer companies out there to choose from, but. Streamline is the very best!

HUGE thanks to Greg and his team for doing a great job bringing the sewer lateral up to code to my new house in Oakland. The team was productive and friendly. The next day I was having trouble with my kitchen sink and Greg came out on a Sunday to make sure that his crew did the work. They had. The solution? Drano. Thanks for a job extremely well done. So very disappointing. I can not think greg's team chosen to take this route, instead of simply paying (or replacement ) the bend pipe. I have outdated pictures that prove that the crushed bend pipe section is the exact same section I complained about earlier.

After a few days of moving back and forth, april advised me that greg will"have a look" then get back to me. Two days later, the bend pipe appeared repaired, so I figured greg (or whoever) had purchased a bend pipe to replace the crushed one and replaced it, so I chased them, paid them for their job, and then we went our separate ways.
Honesty and integrity go a very long way - and talk for a organization's character. If this unethical route is exactly what they opted for here, what other questionable conclusions have they made in the past (or will they make with you)?
Months later, I checked in on several drainage problems dealing with the gutter / bend pipe, and to my shock / dismay / disappointment, I found! Rather than replacing the bend pipe, then greg (or his group ) detached the bend pipe, then flipped it around (therefore the crushed part was further from the house, and much less observable ) and re-attached into the gutter downspout.
Hired them to perform replace. But while doing the job, they were able to crush one of our gutter's flex pipes (which lead from the gutter's downspout about 15 feet down the yard and outside to the street. While the replacement itself has been completed on time (that is why I'm giving them two stars, instead of one star), I suggested they pay to replace the bend pipe ($60) either directly, or by attaching it from the cost of the job (that was near $7k).

Recommend to friends and will continue to utilize their services.
