My Handyman Group

After talking to the gentleman on the phone and telling him I had someone ASAP, he put things in movement. I receive a phone call from the handyman maybe not 10 minutes later, telling me he could be at my flat to give me a free estimate over the hour! Wow! This was just what I wanted to listen to, seen as though the next day was my walkthrough! A moment was set up by us, and we are ready to go!
Happened to stumble upon this business when searching to patch up some holes throughout my flat for my final walkthrough.
He informs me that if I agreed with the price, he could begin immediately, after assessing all of the work needed! Wow! This was great news!! After getting different quotes, I knew the ballpark of the quantity of money I was looking at (which was a lot!) . After estimating of the work he'd need to do, Nick and the owner discussed a price for me, which was fair and came far under my anticipated amount!!
The following day, end of story we received our deposit , and we are now all moved into our new home! Woo hoo!
Not only has been undoubtedly earned my hope by this company, but over and beyond my company. Once we need any type of work we'll be contacting My Handyman Group!! Thank you My Handyman Group for your wonderful work!!
Nick, the handyman, comes to my place, super proficient everything which will need to be done, which was A LOT! It was a lot of work although it was just nail holes and some larger holes to patch up!
I'd consulted before contacting My Handyman Group, but after giving me a quote, all of them were inflexible and could not do the work. I called My Handyman Group, also that I think I spoke to the owner . I enjoyed the fact that the owner takes all phonecalls himself, it made me feel that there is a good sense of care behind their work.
Over the hour had. He was attentive to of the facts and functioned very neatly, as though he worked on his home. He worked from morning through the night, right through (all of the time he had for the mud to dry). He put his heart into this task!

Very disappointed given that the great reviews. It seems like Daniel is fantastic, but has experienced a lot of problems. There was dishonesty about the purchase price and sloppy workmanship from his spouse and Nick. I have work which will cost me money and time for somebody else to do.
I delivered a message after Nick had come to my house, confirming this all. An hour after leaving, he states that after considering it, the molding for the cabinets is extremely costly and needs an additional $120 also sends me a text.
Nick asked if I trim and could paint the kitchen island, whining that the job had been costing them a lot of. Bear in mind I have compensated for 98 supplies up. They attracted themselves, their resources, and a bit of drywall left over from the other project. They continued to ask me to buy things. That is nice, I agreed to pay for the supplies.
Here Is What happened:
We decided I would buy all stuff, since that seemed far too expensive, and after going back and forth, and he would charge me $400 for the labor. Since the cut came out to approximately $80, not the $120 he said it would cost for additional stuff.
- Uninstalled floor (transition) trimming
- They tried to spot it and chipped on a transition
- rangehood installation and microwave elimination
- Uninstalled cupboard trim
- Unpainted door trimming
- trim on two doors
- Unfinished/unpainted kitchen island.
His spouse and nick would devote a few hours each night until they were completed, again working on the jobs fine.
Bear in mind, I had most of the supplies.
- Uninstalled baseboards
- finishing baseboards (2-3 small regions )
1 thing which happened was than originally believed, that there was damage to my own kitchen island. So, we discussed it, and Nick said to bring an additional $50 to the total cost, to.
- ground trim (7 transition regions )
I'm totally fine paying for work which was outside the scope of the original arrangement. Nick started asking for money for the exact same work. I would understand if more work was discovered along the way, but that was the exact same job that was agreed on at the beginning that was becoming more and more costly. In addition, he wanted me to do some of the job he had said he would do in the first location.
Nevertheless, Nick and his partner started trying to take shortcuts on the time .
- They did not want to paint the paint matched color is trimmed with by the cabinet which wouldn't match
I texted Daniel a list of items I had done in my home. He said he would have somebody contact me immediately, which they did, so far so great. I went over my list
After a delay of almost a week since Nick's spouse had to visit Miami for household (understandably those things occur ), the job started.
I wanted a backspash installed, but we did not agree to do this within the scope of work, which will be fine.
To mepersonally, this is unacceptable.

- The center island drywall was cut the baseboard went inside the drywall, as well as the drywall was shaved off
So I have damaged and unfinished pieces.
tl;dr

He came out and responded quickly to my telephone call. So he needed to go to Home Depot, he didn't have the part available. The service was great, but I really do have one criticism. He stated components was comprised and offered me $150 but he phoned me and explained that the price was going to be $ 200 because the part that my fuse was more than he anticipated when you got into the store. If it is going to fluctuate, he shouldn't estimate a price.
This inspection is for work. Sorry for the delay.

Had a range of queries for him and Daniel didn't mind checking out everything! Filters filters so that I do not need a plumber;-RRB- showed me a few tips!

Daniel is the best! We just bought our first home and had to get all the electrical outlets replaced (such as GFIs) and Daniel handled all of it on his own. He was reliable, punctual, and reasonably priced! Daniel did such a good (and was exceptionally rapid ) we had him perform extra projects for usceiling fan setup, TV mounting, light fixtures, curtain rod setup, dishwasher air gap issues. He also has colleagues that he works together on his team that could do anything that he can't, we used a few of them for exterior painting & toilet plumbing issues.

Fantastic job! Was elastic around our hours when we called he was and we obtained response. Was pleased to work together with our unusual ideas. Total 5 starts!

This is my very first home I own (not rent) first time I had to phone a handyman to fix some cabinets due to water damage. Good experience, fast response and caring handyman who found solutions for me - the exact same moment! He gave me the cost beforehand came to take a look at the project, went to Home Depot and had my issue resolved within 2-3 hours! I'll be calling this business in the future for other home projects!!!! So impressed!

I've used My Handy Group a few times for pluming needs round the house and have had expert and extremely fast support. Dany is very good to work with and that I would highly recommend. I will certainly keep using this business for projects around the house.

My Handyman Group did a fantastic job! I came across an ad for them so I called. I was anxious about some water damage. They fixed the issue the day and came the exact same day! Miguel was favorable. I would hire Miguel and operate together with My Handyman Group again!

Daniel and his coworker were meticulous and got the job done!
He was ready to negotiate although daniel lent. And that was the best money! No worries, no worries. Daniel took care of everything.
We moved into a new house and have a lot of paintings to place up along with bidets and a few rods for our bathroom.
I foresee Daniel being called by us again shortly for any jobs around the house!
My husband and I are not the handy people. That's where Daniel is a heaven sent!

The first time Daniel arrived to replace lights he was amazing. Quick, punctual, efficient. . Even went over and beyond to ensure my garbage disposal did in fact need quick and replacing mended a lighting dilemma on his way out the door.
Which brings me to the last and next time. Another light fixture issue; I was somewhat wary but seriously, how can he be awful and that great the first the instant? To relationship bi-polar women, I am either utilized or have to recognize my masochism however I messaged Daniel to get assistance. Appointment made for 12:30. Thus far so great. At 11 2 pm was requested by him. Between 1:50 and 1:55he also called a time to state he doesn't do repairs called back to say he can, and called to say he couldn't make it. I adore not going about my business whilst waiting for servicemen (only to learn that they aren't coming) as much as the next guy. . .but this is absurd. He could be great, when he does come. However, being a handyman includes keeping and earning appointments. 2 from the 3 times that I contacted him were wastes of my time and definitely not he fees. Cross your fingers you receive the guy.
Can you get excited about finding a Handyman after seeing glowing reviews and A"Whoohoo" Star rating? So did I! And honestly, if I called him one time, my critique would seem the same.
I contacted him again to mend said crap disposal. Following the first go around, I went with him anyway although amazon charged almost $30 less. Said he'd call me that evening to schedule an appointment but did not. . .its okay...I recall the miracles he worked earlier. Messaged me in the morning to schedule a 10 am. Yay. There was an emergency except he called after 10 to state that day and he'd come. I understand you see a pattern developing but please bear that very first knowledge in mind. He did not reveal however his 8:45pm message offered again to come in the morning. I went together with the Amazon installers who were less costly but ultimately less proficient.

Daniel takes a whole lot of pride in his work, and if you are currently looking and won't benefit from you. . .call Daniel!
Needed some help also came across My Handyman Group who had a whole lot of good reviews. I contacted Daniel who immediately reacted, and did a fantastic job at a really fair price.

They did a fantastic job! Nick and then painted them and his spouse installed my cabinets. Definitely going to phone them.

POSTSCRIPT: Daniel who owns My Handyman Group replied:"That is really a mistake. I never did you any jod."
Our reply: Was it a mistake that we have your company's signed contract and a transaction showing your business was paid by us for a JOB your visitors did?
NOTE: If you wish to manage this company because you like their estimate, just be forewarned that you will want a lot of PATIENCE as your job will proceed along their timeline, none!
After doing some research on contractors, we decided to do business with Convenient Man Group to renovate a 9x5 feet bathroom (a very simple removal of existing tub and replaced with walk-in cupboard, such as replacement of flooring, accessories/fixtures, etc - nothing fancy). They started June 21 day, because the arrangement was that they will work afternoons only starting at 3:30 PM (because they are working on a job in the evenings ) and full days one weekend, to complete the job on time. That was fine. On the 1st day - demolition afternoon - they arrived at 3:30; afterwards, they arrived without regularity: sometimes 4pm, 5:30pm, 6pm, 8pm - constantly with an excuse for example being called to service a crisis, etc.. The job was completed on July 1st - or so we believed! As they do not install the shower glass door - we predicted in a different contractor - that pointed out that the obstacle (between the shower floor and the bathroom floor) wasn't flat and needed to be repaired prior to the glass doors could be installed. Plus, the caulking needed and was done repair too. We called the handyman who stated one night, he will fix it. Indeed, he arrived at 10PM!!!! Who works at 10PM??? The handyman was accommodated by us so we can get over this job and done . It required 2 evenings enhance the caulking and also to level a piece of tile. We believed we are finally done! We analyzed the shower manage they installed, the next day. IT CAME OFF, because the required screw wasn't put in place. Really??? We contacted the handyman and he said he will fix the problem. He did, TO THIS DAY. Never called/never delivered any message that he can/cannot mend it. We had to obtain a pair of shower manage to fix the problem. In fairness to the handyman he wasn't the one that did the tile nor installed the shower manage - but he had been his hire, hence. As for the quality of the work - well, you get exactly what you pay for!

Called Daniel yesterday replace a chandelier and degree a buff. Today he came. He was not able to level the fan mostly due to the fan's extreme height.
The chandelier replacement. . .not a problem. It did not take long and it had been done right. It looks amazing and I am pleased.

We had an outlet installed during a bathroom remodel. We called Daniel to come out for a quote. He came out after we gave us our quote, got home from work and told us he can do the work right then and there. Perfect! We had been in a time crunch and he provided exactly what we had.

They could come to the home to put in a washer and drier and According to a Sunday, got everything hooked up and functioning flawlessly. Not many folks would work Sunday afternoons, especially on short notice. Highly recommended

Daniel from the Handy Man Group was a gift from the gods! Our restroom fan/light combo in our shop was making a sound when turned on and defective. I had called other services and not have a look and one wanted to even come out. The Handy Man Group had outstanding reviews so I called Daniel and was so happy I did as he came out into our location in a few hours, evaluated what had to be achieved, went into Home Depot and got the enthusiast using all the light combo(!) And had it installed and working in about 90 minutes! I'll call upon Daniel AND utilize him for my personal home repairs . I am quite happy with Daniel and don't have any hesitation to highly recommend him to others. Thank you! :)

If you're currently trying to find a fair price with prompt, fast, courteous service done the correct way then he is your man.
Thank god for Daniel! Not only did he fix the faucet and come over right away he helped my wife mend our shaking sink as the builders we hired to install it did a poor job.
That he was ready to go the additional mile and take her and assist her purchase the correct faucet and sink sealant, since my wife purchased the incorrect type of faucet. Going the extra mile is what sets him apart.
I broke my faucet 5 minutes before I had to go to work, spraying water onto my ceiling and counter and my wife staring at me with an angry glare; exactly what a way to start the day, right?!
