For the ones that say these kinds of people do not exist. I am here to inform you they do!
I finally ran across New Flo plumbing! My phone was answered by them the first time, dedicated to come along and confirm the job the following day, done the job the identical day and everything needed. There was one small hiccup I discovered the following morning. I called, they made the correction and arrived instantly. Done!
Until I find them, I'm an over homeowner and need things I will hunt for the person.
I searched over 1 month for a licensed, bonded, insured +employee compensation company to dig a trench 65ft, about a tree and beneath a walkway.

They came same day and did a great job. Did anticipated with cleanup. I did not bother with multiple estimates-but and can't really state if pricing was great because it was a small job I was really delighted with the service.

Reluctant to try a plumber however these guys got me. Needed help on a Sunday to get a water heater at our construction. They got it done in a timely manner for a excellent price.

24 Hour Service. I phoned at 0310 and obtained response. Mr. Armen got to my home within 45 mins and mended my splurging backyard pipeline in only a few minutes. Newflow came to fix it, when all of the big pipes businesses stated I would have to wait till reasonable hours . Very inexpensive. I'm a proud supporter of Family Own Firms.

Since the strain was about 120 PSI, I had to have a Pressure Regulator installed at my house. (Not a replacement, but a comprehensive reconfiguration of the primary shutoff.) Armen from NewFlow managed to give a competitive cost, great response time, and has been normally very knowledgable. He managed to finish the work in a reasonable amount of time. When I a leak introduced itself the following day about the PVC connection visiting the irrigation 27, and most important NewFlow stood behind the guarantee. They corrected the problem at no cost and came back out promptly the following day.

Specifically, NewFlow has done my kitchen sink, bathroom hookups and toilet sink updates.
His team and armen are clean punctual, educated and friendly. No bull. I use them for my plumbing requirements.

Arman (or maybe Armen) is great. Told him I had easy occupation - 1/2 hour. He gave me quote - cheapest of my three calls - and then said he could be there in about 90 minutes. Said he would update me when he would be leaving occupation. That is what he did exactly when he said, and he showed up.
It wasn't a very simple job. Of course nut has been rusted on. Of course. Always. Needed to saw it. Arman got quite a work out and it took closer to 90 minutes. I waited to see what the upcharge would be. None! He said he hates then chaining it and quoting a cost. I gave him more anyhow.

In Monday morning, I called New Flow Pipes, and Armen picked up.  I explained the problem, and he said they'd arrive between 10:30 to 11:30 that morning. This was great timing, since I'd Lowe's Delivery scheduled that morning, to get a Washer + Dryer set to be installed.  The Lowe's men arrived at 9am, and weren't able because one of they said that my Washing Room Drain Hose was obstructed to set up the machines.  I was like That is weird, since I never had moisture damage or any water overflowing from this allegedly clogged Drain Hose before.  But, we can see the water level that was high.  The men of the Lowe stood that I had to unclog that Drain Hose before they'd install.  I was disappointed and amazed, but figured since a Plumber came anyhow, I could have him take care of this after the bathtub.
Good and friendly plumber to boot, I would use them again. New Flow is competitively priced too, especially with the Yelp reduction.  Thanks guys.
To prove he understood what he was referring to (and I wouldn't suffer major floor damage afterwards ), we poured 2 large jugs of water down that Drain Hose.  Sure enough, the water level remained the same within the hose, meaning the Drain Line under was not obstructed and totally clear.
Dependable company with good customer service.
He tested it with his powered snake for a brief piece, and seemed in Drain Hose.  Then he immediately realized that whoever installed that Drain Hose (was installed before I moved into the home ), simply installed the very P-Trap high, near the opening of the hose.  This implies that there was not a clog at the Drain Hose, the Lowe's guys simply mis-diagnosed it and did not realize that the visible water level was because of it being really the P-Trap of the nozzle (water is constantly present within any pipes P-Trap in use, similar to the ones for our kitchen or bath sink).
I noticed all of the way could not drain in the bathtub and gave my 2 boys a tub late night.

I then told him about what just happened with the Delivery of Lowe and the Washing Machine Drain.

Good dudes... came out to my house and installed a brand new pressure regulator SAME DAY and billed me a reasonable amount. Finished fast... No BS. Highly recommended

I had to get my sewer line replaced (which is a huge job) and my dad had called another firm who gave him a quotation over the phone as soon as they arrived (late), they wanted more money, simply to survey the job! So we called Arman, who arrived and gave us a very quote and identification.
