Wanted $1k for small repairs
I found myself suddenly backed into a corner with what I believed was a minor fix with a no longer helpful irrigation pipe that had to be capped. Well. . .like all items, when generally it becomes a little more complicated than what we picture in our heads we all prefer to find the minor. That being said, after calling Now Plumbing, the technician, Avery explained my options. It was soon clear after his coming matters were going to cost me more than I ever expected to have things right. And after a comprehensive explanation, which made a great deal of sense to us, we rationally agreed to perform the"professional" fix required. I could not be more pleased with the results.
Had damage from a water flow, a friend recommended we call Now Plumbing and
we are glad we took the information. Starting with Greg, whom we first spoke with on the phone
into Joey and Jay who preformed the work. Speedy service, educated (fully explained the problem and the answer ), courteous, timely and incredibly clean. They clean as the go and do a
whole clean up at completion of the job. We then had another water problem, totally distinct from the first, so we called Now Plumbing again and got the exact same great service. We would definitely recommend this company.
My water heater was leaking Now plumbing came out right away changed my water heater . I never had such fast service they're fast and well organized. I'd recommend them to everybody!
I used this firm. Chris was good plumber and a wonderful man. He was clean and worked with me. Between working with me on the purchase price and Greg giving me a call after the task was done. I needed to leave a review. I would recommend this business, they are only people.
We're thrilled with the support we received in a crisis flood situation because of a ruptured toilet supply line. Greg skillfully responded by phone which enabled us to locate and turn water off to the house to the emergency. Juan spent time teaching us and replacing the valves and provide lines on our toilets to avoid this from happening, identified the source of the issue, and arrived soon thereafter. Both Juan and Greg supplied support and service that got us via a plumbing emergency. We are grateful for their support and attention, and look forward to working with them in the future to decrease the odds of plumbing dangers.
