Louisa handled my questions and also the appointment setup and was nice and very useful. Cliff showed up right on time and had the garbage disposal along with the pipe. He had been completely professional and very pleasant, I want to know what might have to be achieved if it wasn't quite that easy and describing what he was planning to do.
The quote I had been quoted was there was no mess left to clean up and exactly what I was charged. I know that seems silly to have to point out, however I have had some"professionals" do function just to have to clean up enormous messes that they made when that is something they ought to have done.

The woman I talked to on the phone was pleasant and it was simple to set up an appointment. Cliff showed up on time with all the tools that he had to complete my project (video of my sewer lateral) and was very professional. He even took a few minutes to provide guidance.

Came out to do a bit of work under our sink. Showed fixed the matter. Charge was for 1 hour that was around $120. That seemed fair and that I appreciated the quick reaction.

I had help ASAP and Olney came through like a champ. Had there broke and the water closed off a toilet when it turned. Yikes! I Yelped a request for quotations and Olney got back with a tech and a quote in a few minutes. They had been here in an hour and completed in an hour. Fantastic reaction! Fantastic service! Excellent experience. Assessing the appointment was painless. I called around 4:30 on Wednesday and service was scheduled for 9-10 that the morning after. Cliff came around 9:30, understood the cause of the problem immediately and educated us about how to prevent another problem. He was friendly completed the work quickly and even zip tied our AC heating hose for us into the grate. We could not have been more pleased and the price was much better than the specials being offered elsewhere.

Called them to attend an problem using our garbage disposal unit which was dead. As I asked Speedy response to our inquiries and had them. Very professional and very reasonable pricing. They went and replaced my unit very quickly. I highly recommend.

Had a most important line backup in my basement. Submitted an online request for quotation and obtained a telephone. I was told Shane could be in my house 3 hours later. Shane did a fantastic job, professional and very personable and showed up 20 mins early. He did a wonderful job describing everything and completed the work quickly.

They were fantastic. Responded in a timely fashion and were able to come over to my home. Shane, the technician, was exceptional. Very cordial, professional and efficient. And he obtained the backup cared for within one hour. I hope I don't need to use them but they'll be my telephone when another problem arises.

Cliff is to help or fix upgrades a few times to our home we were trying to do that. He's always friendly, polite, and quick. We never have a problem having him come out with little or no notice and are delighted with the outcomes. Kudos! We will always call Olney later on!
